Barry, the inspector, was very courteous and thorough in his evaluation of the termite service we would require. He set up 4/13/2015 for the date to install the HD bait stations in our yard. We learned so much about how termites attack the home and the best way to eliminate their colonies. We are very pleased with the overall experience from Barry and the Emco personnel.

The first time that I used EMCO for this service a year earlier in 2013, I was not impressed (I would have rated that service 'D').EMCO had a different technician in 2014 who was very good, thorough with excellent attention to detail ('A' rating).

I met with the rep and he check my house for about 45 minutes and saw no signs, gave me a price which also includes an insurance statement which EMCO will cover any damage if they do come to my home. The set up stations, and put in bait and will check back in a year.

The service is excellent, prompt and extremely flexible with visits. Highly recommend.

I have been using Emco since April 2012 and they have been the best pest control / exterminator service I have used. Their pricing is very reasonable, all of there people are friendly and helpful and most important, they do an excellent job. I have no tiny spider webs in the house, no bugs and any time I see anything at all, they come do the inside again and take care of it.

I have used them a number of times prior to this and they are great each time. I initially found them on Angie's List and have continued to use them because of their great track record.

The technician arrived and did the exterior inspection. They only come out once a year but if I ever see anything of concern or accidentally hit a termite station with the lawnmower, they are happy to come out. Service was fine.

Buried Sentricon stations all around the house. They called when a year had passed to let me know they would be doing their annual check of the stations. Found no trace of termites, and said they'd be back next year. Call if I had any worries. Price of $275/year is reasonable, and we'll see if their system is good at detecting termites, if we ever have any. We've had them for 1-1/2 years now and I am happy so far.

They're great. My pests are gone so everything is fine. I would recommend them. They do what I ask them to do.

They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. Had used them over 15 years ago and had been recommended by many friends as still very good. Very honest and dependable.

It was a bad experience. They came to treat cockroaches in our place but it did not work at all.

Over the weekend of June 16th and 17th we found termites around the back door in our garage. On Monday morning I called Emco Termite & Pest Control and within 2 hours they were at our house giving us an estimate. On Tuesday morning they installed the Sentrican System. Now, who could ask for quicker service than that. This is an awesome company, they are very professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them for your exterminating needs.

We had a bug problem in our home and had family coming in from out of town for a graduation event. It was time to call in the pros as I was not having the right results with the over the counter stuff from the Do-It-Yourself stores. The sprays I was purchasing did the trick with spiders, but were having no effect on the ants. We were told to be patient, that the initial treatment would certainly help, but that to fully address the problem follow up would be necessary. My initial response was, here we go again.........Upsell long term return service treatments. The person I spoke with over the phone however reassured me that a full treatment of the attic, interior, and exterior were necessary initially but then a more targeted interior approach and full exterior treatment would be the course of treatment. This made sense so we decided to go ahead and have them come out. The tech arrived on time and was very polite. He went over the treatment approach and was more than wiling to answer any questions. I was surprised at how quickly he finished. Not that there was a lack of attention to detail or poor work completed, quite the oppposite; he was simply very efficient. Refreshing! We have an inside dog. The tech was careful to explain what was being used would not harm her, we simply needed to keep her crated for the next hour or so while the treatment dried. After that she was fine to be let out. Overall I was very impressed and pleased with the service. Professional, timely, and price was good too. Thanks! We will certainly continue with our service schedule and recommend them to friends and family.

Extremely smooth. A good experience at a bad time! I called them and they sent out Barry, a highly competent and pleasant individual who explained all about the problem and the solution. The prices were less than the national brands (being locally owned.) Pleasantly, a few hundred dollars less. The installation was done next day by an equally professional and pleasant individual named Larry. Statement of Fact: We are pleased.

I received two bids (had requested 4 but 2 did not respond). The second bid from EMCO was nearly $400.00 less than the first and they have a better treatment product, safe for pets, and without any chemical smell. The system was installed in less than an hour. The inspector and the installer were knowledgeable and professional.

We've had several bad experiences with other pest control companies in the Tulsa area. Our experience with Emco, however, has been very good. The people at Emco have been totally professional, responsive, and friendly. The rates are competitive and we got a very good price on a newly-installed anti-termite system. I would highly recommend this company and I thank them for their quality service.

They did a really good job. I got them off Angie's list so I guess the cost was reasaonable. They were very responsive. I would definitely choose them again.

They are very professional and helpful. They are awesome. I have been threatened by brown recluse spider and they call me before each visit to check how the spider activity us in the house. They give extra services if needed. They asked me before I ask if they need to spray. They are very reasonable. They never raise their prices. They spray the outside and they spray inside if I request. They also set traps for the bugs. They also give me a discount as I pay them in advance for the year.

They did a real good job and were professional. The workers who came out were very good. I didn't see or talk to the workers at the place but according to my tenants, they were very professional. The guy I worked with and talked to on the phone was very helpful. He'd let me know what was going on and how it was supposed to go and what the cost was. He was very straightforward and I would definitely recommend him to others. He was on time and cost equitable to everybody else.

So far, so good! We do expect to see a temporary increase in bug sightings, but that should taper off within the next week. The ants are completely gone! We had been fighting them for well over 6 months without appreciable impact. We're set up to continue the service for the remainder of the year. Both on the phone (when initially setting up the service), as well as in person - very professional and willing to explain everything. Highly recommend them!

I called for service and they explained options and set up an appointment within 48 hours.

It wasn?t good or bad, they just did their job and they were polite. We have a contract with them for a year.
