Description of Work: What an amazing handy, handy man! Hired contractor to power wash our house and then kept hiring him to do other things on the property. He just kept delivering! He is on speed dial!!

Description of Work: Told us exactly what he was going to do to renovate out bathroom. Did it. We bought the materials and he passed to contractor savings of the store onto us. |Met us at the store gave good advice of the better brands. Cost was abit more |than his usual b/c wife wanted something put in that took 2 days more to do. |Made plans to use him again. He also does small things like ceilings etc. Easy to talk to. Knows his stuff. Plans to use him again. |

Description of Work: Plugged holes in brick mortar that allowed rain water to come in windows

Description of Work: Built privacy fence around back yard and swimming pool area, as well as enlarge the gate size sufficient for me to drive a full sized truck and trailer through. The best part was how well he used previous materials from the portion of the fence that had been taken down. Saved me a lot of money and did great work which was completed in less than a week from when I first contacted him.

Description of Work: Work completed was done very nicely. He removed some cabinets for some plumbing repairs and then reinstalled. I asked if he could do some additional work -- laying a few tile under the washing machine. He informed me he had a $150 minimum for laying tile. While I understand having a minimum for making a trip, $150 for laying 10 tiles when he was already there I do not think is reasonable. I ended up laying those 10 tile myself (they are under the washing machine for goodness sakes).

Description of Work: He caulked on outside wall and around windows. We have a leak when it rains in the window, but cannot determine where the water enters first. He came and caulked around windows and cracks in mortar/brick. It rained the next day and it did not leak, but it didn't leak everytime it rained anyway. If we do not have water leak during the spring we will consider it successful. He was very punctual and finished the work on time The only negative is when he wanted to collect his money, he was a little frustrated because we were not at the address that was fixed, it is a second home, he had to come to our actual home. Guess he did not think we were good for the money. Anyway, we may have him do work in the future if the leak is actually fixed.

Description of Work: We had Robert create a new opening in the wall so that we could move our dryer from one side of the laundry room to the other. He was very prompt in his response, and provided excellent work. I highly recommend. The price I listed included parts and labor.
