Dirty Deeds handyman service was excellent. Showed up when he said he would and completed tasks right on schedule! He hauled off the old stuff too, nothing to clean up after he left! I was well pleased with everything done.

Fair price, showed up when scheduled, and did a great job. Would hire again in an instant!

Robert was very professional and courteous. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job removing old chipped paint and then repainting the trim work and fixing a badly rotted door frame. i was quite impressed with the quality of his work. He also replaced some insect damaged wood above the front steps and painted that. He cleaned up everything completely after the job was done. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone wanting some painting and/or home repairs done right.

The main thing he did last year was removing an old basketball hoop that was set in concrete so I could make a flower bed. He did a great job!

Robert arrived on time and fixed all the things I showed him. He arrived on time, did his job well and cleaned up his mess.

Robert was punctual, very professional and self motivated. He did a great job. We ran into a few surprises such as rotten boards that needed to be cut off and altered on architectural details. He was able to cut them off and cover them and made it blend in perfectly. His rates are very reasonable for high quality workmanship. I will definately be hiring him in the future.

Siding was repaired but never came back to paint and finish job, no trash clean up

Came same day I called. Very punctual, professional. Took old serviceable fan to Habitat. Very cool. Installation and clean up very professional.

Robert is very punctual and professional. I had a weak place in my floor and wasn't sure what needed to be done to resolve the issue. He designed a plan which has resolved the issue. He used good quality lumber and didn't cut corners. Robert is a man of his word and wont change the price just because it took longer than he thought. I will use him again in the future.

The two fence companies that I called wanted almost $1,100 for a new fence. Mr. Saunders said that I really didn't new a new one. He just replaced the rotten post. Everything is now fine. He also fixed a pantry door. I will call him again.

Robert inspected my deck and offered alternative approaches to correct sagging and warping. He explained options and estimated the cost of materials and labor for each option. We agreed on the scope of the work. He began the project on the date promised and worked continuously until the repairs were complete. The quality of workmanship was excellent. He made enhancements at no extra charge. The finished work exceeded my expectations. Robert conducts his business in a very professional manner.

Robert shows up EXACTLY when he says he will. He has never been late. If I have to leave a message for him I know that I'll get a return call that very same day. Some of the items he fixed had been chronic problems. Once Robert lays his hand on them, there's never again an issue. He does quality work for fair prices. I cannot say enough great things about Dirty Deeds!!

He works with our budget, he is very reliable, and does absolute high quality work. I have given his name to everybody I know!

He gave me an estimate of 900.00 plus... He was good while he was there giving the estimate. But when I told him to call on Friday to see if I still needed him to do the job he was VERY RUDE when I told him I simply could NOT afford him after all the other estimates were a few hundred dollars cheaper. He got smart mouthed and said that was fine he had plenty of work and jobs to do and didn't need mine anyway. So yeah.. he's nice till you tell him no. Dunno bout his work... don't have that kind of money to find out!

Great! I couldn't even get anyone to come give an estimate on several little jobs that were huge for me. Robert didn't mind. We talked cost on the phone, so I knew roughly what to expect. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, his punctuality and professionalism. His rates are reasonable and totally fair. And guess what? He cleans up after himself! I highly recommend Dirty Deeds.

He came over for an estimate very soon after I placed the call, he was very helpful concerning recommendations for repairs that would save money and time. He provided a list of typical repairs and the prices from a list. We agreed upon the type of repairs I needed and he scheduled me for the first week in September, but promised he would work me in between jobs if he could. He was able to work a couple days for two weeks and got all the repairs done that I needed. So it was done before schedule and at the price we had agreed upon. His recommendation as what to do with the kitchen counter saved me a ton of money and it looks brand new and very expensive.

Our work with Dirty Deeds is ongoing, because we find new things everyday that we want him to tackle. He does excellent work, and we will continue to use him. He is great at suggesting solutions when we don't know exactly what we need to resolve an issue. We couldn't be happier that we found Robert on Angie's List.
