It went really well. They came and they were on time. They wrapped up all of our big furniture and gave us boxes to move our clothes. They got everything done in a quick amount of time.

I had the rental house packed and ready to go. The guys showed up on time, and got to work very quickly for the entire time they were packing up the rental and unpacking at our house. I recommend them to all our friends.

It was okay, but they went a little over time. I got the Angie's Special, but if it was over a certain amount it was half priced. I had to pay them $40 extra for going a half an hour over. What stands out the most is that they were trying to hurry. I'm glad they did because I didn't want to have to pay extra, but they busted up a couple of things. I'm not a wealthy person and it wasn't that fancy, but they weren't as careful as I had wanted them to be. Their responsiveness was very good.

They were fast, excellent, and professional.

I had an unexpected urgent need to do a partial move & called at the last minute. They were able to meet my needs and do the move the very day I called! That was the beginning of a fabulous experience with this company! The two men showed up ON TIME & immediately ready to get to work. They were the best movers I have ever encountered and I've done a good number of moves over my 60 years. They were a very skilled team, efficient, willing, professional, and pleasant! I did the 2hour special for $111. and only had need to add one additional hour. I would absolutely use this company again!

Initially emailed Andrew, the owner, Thursday evening to request service. Decided to call first thing Friday AM, placed order for service, and scheduled a time window on Monday for the work. Tim called me on Sunday evening to narrow down their ETA. He called this morning before the move to update me on arrival. Tim and Mike arrived on schedule and carefully moved the items to the truck. They followed me to the other house and had things unloaded within minutes. Good experience. Good communication. They made the move very easy for me. I was particularly impressed that the folks in the field are equipped with mobile TECHNOLOGY which allows them to do transactions and navigation on a tablet, making things all the more efficient. Thank you, You Move Me, for your expert help.

Before the move - Communication was very clear and timely. Customer service called me to arrange time convenient for me and confirmed it prior to move date. Day of the move - They had an issue and were going to be 15 minutes late so they called me to let me know. They were very efficient, courteous and helpful. Everything completed to our satisfaction. Post Move - A friend called and said they wanted help moving just the BIG Stuff! I hooked them up with Yuo Move me and they are very satisfied also.

After the process was over, was not satisfied with the scheduler, Abdudell (sp?). He made claims that just ended up not being so. However, I was more than satisfied with the movers, Richard and William. They had quite a task of moving from a 10 x 20 foot storage unit to a 10 x 15 unit. I have only praise for them. They were sensitive to my situation and very professional. They were early and worked at a steady pace, in spite of the heat, the whole time. They took great care not to damage anything further, that hadn't already been damaged, mostly by the rains. They didn't come with the towels, blankets, boxes, etc., that Abdudell said they would, but I don't believe it was their fault. Thanks so much for making a very tough day, go as smooth as possible, Richard and William! I really appreciated your hard work and dedication.

It was great. They were very helpful. I think we spend about $90 more because they spend an extra two hours or so. They were fast and efficient and got the job done. I didn't have any complaints. I would use them again.

Arrived as scheduled, very professional and cordial attitude, carefully moved the furniture and appliances and exceeded my expectations.

This is the first time I use a moving company in OKC, very satisfied with "You move me."

I was pleased with how the move was conducted. The two young men were very professional, pleasant attitude and gave me assurances that they would take care of the special heavy pieces of furniture. A few of the pieces have special sentimental value. They questioned me as to where I wanted the items placed in my new home and showed a willingness to make sure I was satisfied. Care was taken in the handling of my property. The move lasted about 2 hrs. and 45 minutes My only slight complaint was that I wanted to have a couple more wardrobe moving boxes available for use, but this did not happen. There was one provided. This request could have been stressed more clearly in setting up the appointment. and confirmed on the pre-arrival phone call. Overall, the move came together very satisfactorily and accomplished my objectives. This was phase one of my moving and I plan to use You Move Me again, with the discount offering on Angie's List.

The mover/packers seemed to be moving at a slow rate of speed. Other than that, the service was excellent and generally no complaints. Would have given them an A if they wouldn't have charged for an extra 30 minutes.
