You Move Me

Overall the service was great. The movers were quick and didn't scratch or break anything during the move. Would definitely recommend to all in the future.

They did an excellent job. It was with a coupon, the big deal. The staff was very good and excellent. I liked the way they took care of the furniture, they were very careful when there were doorways and things like that. They helped us moved a couple of other objects out of our house. We didn't know that they were going to be there when they came out. I absolutely will use them again in the future.

I called them one day and they were able to schedule it for the next day. They called 30 minutes before arriving at first location.and followed up before the delivery. They were very courteous and professional. They helped me set it up and took all the wrapping off. They did an excellent job and the price was great! I would definitely recommend this company from my experience with them!!

The timing of the move went better than expected due to the fact that we had prepacked numerous boxes and labeled which rooms they went to. The actual care of our goods is what has left a bad taste in our mouths. The movers broke two bookcases, broke or lost two shoe racks, dented our clothes dryer, destroyed a CD cabinet, broke the base of an exercise machine, damaged a two drawer lateral filing cabinet, and last but not least the damaged the screen of a 60" Digital HGTV, which is non-repairable. They offered to reimburse me $1.20 per pound which will not replace the TV they destroyed. The original cost of the TV was $1200.00; however, I stated that I would accept $500.00 for the total damages. Issue is not resolved. I would not recommend this service or use this service in the future.

It was good. They moved my daughter from north to south Oklahoma City. Their professionalism and customer service were good.

The service went very well. Anthony and Seven were great and did everything we had asked. They completed the move in about an hour and a half. I spoke with Bill before they came out and he was great to work with. I was surprised by the additional $50 charge for the truck. I thought the truck was included in the deal. Bill was very cordial and courteous. He was very flexible with me having to reschedule on a few occasions. I would use the company again but would make sure I knew of all fees ahead of time.

This is the third time I have used "You Move Me" and I will use them again, if needed, in the future. Chris and Tevin handled my move and I couldn't have been more pleased with the work they did. They are always extra helpful, friendly, and they make a very unpleasant job as enjoyable as possible. Chris has helped in all 3 of my moves - one just a few days after the Moore 2013 tornado and twice in the last month. Their packing is excellent and I've never had any damage. They work extremely hard! All aspects of the move are handled quickly and efficiently and any time changes/delays have been communicated well in advance so there have been no issues. I highly recommend You Move Me and appreciate all their effort.

The move was excellent. This is the second time I've used this company. The first was two days after the May 2013 tornado in Moore. They worked in horrible conditions yet couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Today they moved what I had recovered from the tornado and had kept in storage for 1.5 years. Things were dirty and the storage unit had an issue with spiders but the crew took extra time to help me take care of the issue and went above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about Chris A, Chris M, and Travon. I plan to use them again in mid-October and I hope the same friendly guys show up. Thank you!!!

Overall, the service provided by You Move Me was very good. The move was aligned in time and price with the estimate, my items were handled with care, and Jerry and Billy were friendly and helpful. I have two reasons for providing a low rating: 1) The movers first went to the incorrect address because of an error with the GPS and they were about 30 minutes late in getting to my residence. 2) Secondly, but most importantly, the movers left a very important item of mine on their truck and took it with them to their second customer. This item was a safe containing confidential personal information and important sentimental items. I had to make several phone calls (one to the driver of the truck, one to the main line, and one to Felix) to get the item returned in a timely manner. It was careless at the least, and suspicious at its worst. I do want to note that Felix worked with me and the movers to locate the safe and return it to me within the hour, but I cannot recommend You Move Me because the incident occurred. Additionally, my cell phone was dialed several hours later from Felix's number. He did not realize he called me and I overhead a personal, inappropriate conversation. It wasn't a big deal, but it was very unprofessional.

It went pretty well. I had more stuff than I thought, but they helped me pack it up and even took out some trash for me on the way out of the complex. Timing went pretty well. They were very friendly and helpful.

Felix and Nathaniel were fantastic!! They arrived at 8:30 and were ready to go. They were very nice and professional. They did the job in a reasonable amount of time. There was no damage to anything. The price was very affordable. I was able to use the Angie's List discount. This move was a breeze thanks to them. I would definitely recommend them.

The men showed up on time, loaded everything quickly, drove 30 miles to the new house, and uploaded everything in about 5 hours.

When I originally scheduled my move with the call center we went room by room and discussed how much furniture and stuff in general. We have A LOT of stuff and I relayed that information to the rep so he said he would schedule 3 guys and a 24 foot truck and it would take 3-4 hours and priced accordingly. I got a call before the move and confirmed the amount of stuff I had and added the storage said and was told it wouldn't be a problem. The day of the move Chris and Dallas show up (at 6:50) with a small truck and are shocked by the amount of stuff we had. I immediately called Andrew and told him how upset I was that they were not able to move all of my stuff in one trip because it was going to take more than 3-4 hours. He told me that I had a 1265 square foot home and that the small truck should be able handle it just fine. I told him that Chris was at my house and had just finished telling us that it wasn't going to work. So they all stood around making calls trying to find an extra guy or a larger truck and no such luck. Chris kept telling me he would do whatever to make me happy. Then the loading began (7:30am). By 12:30pm we had moved 2 mini-van loads, my husband's truck, and the moving truck. We took a break for lunch which we provided for the guys. I left at 2:30pm in the middle of the truck being unloaded to go back to my old home for a walk through with the person buying the home. The guys and my husband had told me how well they had packed up the truck and it wouldn't take much to move the rest of the stuff with our personal vehicles and they were going to move the storage shed as soon as they emptied the truck. When I showed up at the home I was angry. The amount of stuff left could have easily of filled up the truck half way (ended up taking 9 loads in personal vehicles and were moving until 3am). By that time it was too late to make the guys come back because they had another job to go to. At 4pm they finished at the home in Edmond and moved on to the next job. Some of the reasons I think all of this happened the way it did was 1, it was not the company's fault that the call center did not inform them that I had to have a larger truck. 2, I should have been very clear when I left them (husband included) at 10:30am that they had to make a second trip and load up the old house. 3, Chris and Dallas actually made the moving experience very enjoyable we had fun laughing, telling stories, and joking around (REALLY great guys). Next time I will be VERY clear with my expectations and crack the whip a little more. Moving is just not very fun, but I don't think it was unrealistic to expect it would take them less than 8 hours to move what they moved.

The moving company we had originally contracted were a no show leaving us stranded, this company promised us to move us that Sunday without fail. Despite their previous job taking 4 hours longer than they anticipated they still showed up and did a fantastic, professional job of moving my daughters stuff into her storage unit including following her instructions of how she wanted everything placed. They also kept us in touch with when they expected to arrive including all the unexpected delays from the previous move. They were exhausted when they showed up 4 hours later than schedule and yet still did all that needed to be done. We will definitely call them when the time comes to move the stuff into an apartment or house for my daughter and we will definitely refer them to others! Great company, great service!

Felix and his partner in crime showed up early and waited for me, while I was making way to meet up with them. Their customer service were exceptional, not what I would expect from a couple of young tattooed guys. I didn't have much work for them, so it took them 20 minutes to carry the furniture into their truck. They were at my new address in less then 30 minutes, and off loading didn't last more then 20 minutes. Ladies, if you want two strong attractive guys moving your household goods, I recommend you request for Felix and his partner (do not remember his name) in crime.

Absolutely wonderful! Very friendly guys. Worked quickly. Were very professional.

They started out slow, and I had to pay for extra hours, but they got better. One of the two guys that moved me had only worked for them a day or two, and the other one was more knowledgable. He hadn't worked long either. They had to stop to do another job for a short while, but they were good overall. I would use them again.

20 minutes late A little slow

Felix and Chris were on time and got right to work loading the furniture and assorted misc. items. They were friendly and relaxed, but also professional.

Felix and Chris were great. There were no problems. They did a good job, didn't waste time, were careful, and they were also more professional looking and acting than other companies we've used. They did an all around good job and we'd use them again.

Chris and Jerome walked through the house with me, assessing the furniture and Items to be moved. Nothing was to big or daunting for them. A plan was quickly formulated and they began the process with no wasted time or motion. They provided wardrobe boxes, no charge, which i quickly transferred the hanging garments into. The cressers were moved with all the items in the drawers....amazing!!! and awesome. Furniture was carefully wrapped and loaded, paintings, etc. Whn we arrived at the destination home, the process was repeated. Theese super guys, placed the furniture where I wanted it place, tweeked it wiithout the slightest bet of frustration. The total moving time was 5 hours. Amazing, they took the wardrobe boxes and were on to their next project. I would definately use this company again. I have recommended it to several people who also have had very positive outcomes.

It was very good. The entire process worked very nicely. I have no complaints at all. Everyone was very friendly.

I have recommended them to a friend and she was thrilled. I have also recommended them to another friend who will be using them in the next week or two. They were such an awesome moving company. They were just so nice. They were not like the typical guys that we see moving things around that we are kind of freaked up by them. They came late but it was because they had another person who had a lot more stuff than they had said. They were really organized and they explained things. They were good. They were careful and they didn’t break any thing. They took their time but not slow; they didn’t rush and they didn’t end up damaging stuff. I got them on a special and even then they gave me a couple of discount cards which was nice. I gave them to my friends.
