A pain! After the first set of doors or put in there were scratches, couches, and drill marks in many areas of both doors. Another set of doors were installed about a month later. One of the panels was scratched again so another panel has been ordered to replace that one. I was left without screens until the second set of doors were installed. The second set of doors were installed and one set of doors was installed Criss-Cross of the board it sits on. I was constantly assured that the job would be done correctly to my satisfaction. When I voiced my opinion several times that I was concerned that I might have a problem with the door sitting Criss-Cross I was assured there will be no no problem and they will will stand behind their products and installation. Now they are going to have to install a baseboard that should not be necessary because of the incorrect installation of the door. When I pay $3,700 for a product and installation, I expect it to be installed correctly the first time without any defects. That is not what I received from this company. All their assurances that they stand behind their products and installation and will make it right does not make it right when they take up your time to have to reinstall and correct their mistakes. I will not use this company again. There were still minor scratches and defects in brand new doors, but was told that I could continue to order them and they were probably still going to have some defects. I asked them for an adjustment to the price of the doors, since they wanted me to accept the doors as is, but have not been contacted or received anything for defective doors or the amount of time I have been used to have the try to correct problems. If I weren't retired, I would have had to take off 2 days for installation, and at least partial days to have them come out to assess problems with product and installation.

Upon meeting Kevin Baldwin I felt he knew exactly the best solutions to problems we had with our previous siding job. He explained to us how he would correct the problem so that we should not have this rotting wood fascia again. The job was big and certainly not an easy one do to the amount of rotten wood and heighth of house but Gary, who did the work did an excellent job. Kevin continuously inspected work and chose the right personnel. I am convinced that I could not have chosen a better company to correct this difficult situation. Kevin has proven to be a man of integrity.

Kevin is awesome. He brought the sample windows to my home. We discussed at length the difference in vinyl and aluminum. He was very honest with me and I felt extremely comfortable and confident in his knowledge and work. I got 3 big picture windows and 3 tall, narrow windows. I also got regular size bedroom windows and a great double sliding kitchen window with a sliding screen. He also replaced a double storm door on the front of my house. He was much less expensive than I could have gotten from anyone else. His installers a great as well and are very meticulous on cleaning up after themselves. My front porch is probably cleaner now than it's ever been!!

They were pretty good. They had a salesman that came out and measured, he showed me the different options and I picked out the options I wanted. They actually make all their own products. It was a couple of weeks because the factory was making all of it, then they scheduled the time so I took off work. They came out and installed it all in one day. It was clean and everything was nicely done. It was a good experience for me. They were the best price.

They did a fantastic job. We especially appreciated the attention to detail. All the corners were finished beautifully. They cleaned up at the end of each day and cleaned our property thoroughly at the end. Workers very polite and the owner very responsive.

Yumiko and I are very satisfied . The installer did an excellent job. I have no complaints about the finished product. It took a little longer than planned, but there were several days of bad weather preventing them from working. They did a good job of keeping the site clean and not disturbing the plants. I would highly recommend them.

Kevin was very professional. He came out and took measurements, had a portfolio of work performed in the past, also client references when he came for the estimate. He was very reasonable on pricing compared to competitors. His installers are hard working amazing guys! They do what it takes to get the job done. They were respectful of us and the property. Would recommend and would use them in the future.

The installer was very good, thru planning was able to work every day despite the spring weather we were having.He did not disturb plants or property, made friends with my dog and took great pride in his work.My house looks great and I'm looking forward to not having to paint ever again. I plan to use them again on other home improvement jobs.

That type of service and selflessness is what I appreciate and will put my loyalty in. If I ever need a full replacement I will be calling this group!

Kevin does a great job letting you know exactly what he will replace. He sent several follow up letters outlining what to expect. I was able to get in touch with Kevin easily and he answered all my questions. The gentleman installing the siding did an excellent job! He paid attention to detail and definitely has pride in his work. The quality and color of the installed siding and guttering exceeds what was originally installed on the house. There was a problem with the size of one of the down spouts, but Kevin had it fixed promptly. He was courteous and handled it professionally. Out of 3 quotes, they were the middle price wise. We decided to pay more due to Kevin's quote that outlined in specific detail the work to be completed. I would not hesitate to call him the next time I need siding and guttering work.

I am SO impressed with Kevin and his work team. Wood around the door and windows had to be replaced before they could even do the siding. Then they replaced two storm doors. They got into a little more work than they had planned on the garage but Kevin stayed with his original bid. He ALWAYS return my call in a timely manner. Explained everything completely before starting. We have had a lot of work done lately and I've been so disappointed in the workmanship, professionalism, ability to just return a call. My faith has been restored that there IS someone out there who does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, and does a excellent job. (and no I did not know him previously. I got his name off of Angies List, so thank you Angie!)

Kevin provided an estimate for replacement windows for my home. My metal windows were nearly 50yrs old needed replacing. He was professional and not pushy or phony. He brought a window sample and colors to my house and discussed the available options, install process and timeline. Baldwin delivered on what he said he would do and that is becoming more difficult to find in this day. His crew installed the windows quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the job site afterwards. They even came back and put some extra trim around one of the windows. Of the three estimates I received, I was most impressed by Baldwin. It was not the highest or lowest, but it was the one I was most comfortable with. I'm amazed at how the new windows cut down on street and exterior noise, my house cools more efficiently and the windows look great. I highly recommend Baldwin to anyone, and would use them again.

Work was done very neatly and professionally. Most was covered by insurance. We also were able to change style and color.

Our house needed a good paint job or siding. It was decided by the family to get three (3) bids in considering which company to hire. We decided that Angie's List was the best way to go. We are so glad we did! Baldwin Enterprises, Inc. was excellent! Kevin Baldwin, the owner, was not a "pressure" salesman. He answered all of our questions, made suggestions; but, all of the final decisions were ours. Kevin did not rush. He always made sure of what we wanted and wrote it down. Mr. Baldwin was very relaxed and at ease when meeting with our family which consisted of my husband and myself, our daughter, granddaughter, and nephew. Before the job was completed we had become good friends sharing family histories and stories of day-to-day life. We worked with the siding installer, Mr. Jim Bean, by allowing him to have full use of the garage for the duration of the job. The garage was used as a "workshop" by allowing Mr. Bean to work in the shade and store his equipment away each day in a locked facility. Otherwise, he'd have to load and unload his equipment each day. We enjoyed speaking with Jim. He is also a nice person who's easy to talk to and get to know. Mr. Bean is a professional who takes great pride in the quality of his work. The siding looks absolutely beautiful! The house looks new! The whole reason for me signing onto Angie's List was to have a guide to complete some major repairs to my home, windows being in the top two. For some reason, I thought I needed to go with a company that had a showroom (which means overhead). Boy, was I wrong! I got several different estimates, on what essentially was the same window. The estimates ran the gamut and to say I had sticker shock is an understatement. I nearly didn't go with Baldwin Enterprises because they rescheduled the estimate time (he was sick), they don't have a showroom and I thought, "Who doesn't have a showroom?" (They DO have a website) But because they have such great reviews I decided to go ahead and keep the appointment...THANK GOODNESS! I am so unbelievably happy with the way my home turned out...it looks fantastic and I can already tell a difference in the way the temperature feels in my home. I could tell you all sorts of negative things about the other guys - but I won't, because Kevin is the real deal. His work crew was on time, neat and clean. A quality product from a quality company. Kevin is a true professional and straight shooter...highly recommended.

Still negotiating with the insurance company. Baldwin has done other work for me, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job, done right, on time and for a fair price. There are some who will do the job for less, but you get what you pay for and Baldwin is the best!

Owner Kevin Baldwin met with me to discuss remediation of rental property in disrepair. Lapboard wood exterior was rotting and missing in numerous areas. Discussed with me my options as related to end result and costs in formulating a quote for remediation and new siding job. He gave a full explanation of the process his company would undertake such as remedial efforts and materials to assure a good backing, insulation and siding. The meeting was pleasant, informative and very professional. When I explained I would get back to him with a decision he made no attempt to pressure me. No high pressure treatment whatsoever. I obtained several more quotes, some for more money and some for less. None with the informational process I had experienced with Mr. Baldwin. Several months went by. I contacted Mr. Baldwin again and arranged a second meeting. Despite my expectations to the contrary because of the passage of time, Mr. Baldwin said he could stick with the pricing of his original quote. I requested some additional work by way of replacing guttering and an exterior door. He pointed out a structural support on the porch that was failing. These items were added to the quote at reasonable price additions. At no time did he try to "up-sell" me or pressure a decision. I can't remember if he volunteered or I asked about insurance, but he was prepared with proof of liability insurance and workers compensation insurance coverage. We picked out colors for the siding and set the job to commence with a week to 10 days. The work was performed methodically and without rush. I drove by on occasion and at the end of each work day the job site was left in such a way that I doubt the neighbors ever had reason to complain. The job turned out beautiful and I am convinced it is a quality job that has added to the not only the appearance of the house from curb appeal, but also added energy efficiency and value to the property. His staff was very pleasant and professional. Generally I dealt with the owner, Kevin Baldwin. He was always available immediately or in short order. After completion of the job and payment he later followed up with a letter of appreciation for the business and inquiry of satisfaction on the job. I will use Baldwin again and refer him to others. And no, we are not related. I count on reviews in Angie's List and it was important to me to spend a little extra time on this review to express the quality of this experience.

I had 4 contractors give me estimates. All 4 were ranked high on Angie's List. I called Baldwin Enterprises (Kevin) and another company back because I had more questions. Both gave me clear answers. I decided on Baldwin Enterprises. The Everlast siding sold me. Everything Kevin said he would do was done in a timely and professional manner. The job started on time. The workmen showed up on time each morning. The work quality was super from start to finish. I got just what I wanted and more!

I hired another company to repair the siding and replace a rotten wood beam .I called the owner on Friday 2/6/2015 and he told me he would start the job on Monday. I informed Warren that I needed to have the job completed by Thursday 2/12/2015 because I was selling my house the closing date was Friday 3/13/2015.my wife called Warren Sunday before closing on our house.Warren informed my wife he had a emergency,and could,not do the job. My wife found BALDWIN ENTERPRISES in the phone book. I looked on Angie,s list and this company all A rating. My wife sounded. so desparate on the phone. Kevin told me would do the job on short notice. Kevin's company did a excellent job , completed the job on time. Thank' s Kevin the buyers love the job you did.
