Perfect on ever level from sales to installation a real professional job !

The windows and doors look good and function well. The installers (one in particular) treated the project as a new home versus an existing home. Did not clean off or remove dirty boats until asked to by me, did not try to protect home from dust and debris, did not clean up broken glass particles before leaving.

It was perfect, all the way from the ordering to the installation. The windows look great. Thank you so much.

I had Windows replaced several years ago, than siding. Both jobs were exceptional. I am extremely happy.

Installed a new sliding patio door. Good quality door for less than the competition. Installers were knowledgeable, quick and left the area clean. Will use them again.

The sales rep was very helpful and we felt he gave us good info without being “pushy”. When we decided to go ahead with ordering new windows to replace all of our old windows, the windows were ready as scheduled. The installers that they sent were on time and completed the job quickly and cleanly. We were very happy with the job they did. Our sales rep even stopped by a couple of weeks later to make sure we were completely satisfied.

We had previously used Window World at a different location and were very satisfied. When it came time to purchase windows in our new home we didn’t even consider another company. Professional, dependable, efficient, pleasant, excellent quality of products and work! Would definitely use again if needed!

Great windows; great service. We first bought windows from Window World ten years ago and were very pleased with those windows. When it was time to replace the windows at a rental property, we called them again. Same great service; same great windows. Highly recommend.

They were very professional, completing the two jobs superbly in a timely manner.

All of the windows were installed correctly on the day promised. There was one window screen with a small tear, and they replaced it without any issues. The workers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The price I paid for these low-e windows was significantly lower than what Pella and Anderson were quoting, but the quality was excellent.

The salesman was a huge disappointment, guy that came out and measured and installers were ok. One of the windows isn’t sealed properly. I called and reported it as windows are supposedly under warranty and still haven’t heard back.

I called on Wednesday, they responded and came to review the situation the very next day. On the following day, my siding had been replaced. I have used this company before to repair siding installed by another company and have always found them to be very responsive, personable, thorough, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They came out and measured, and returned to double checked the measurements because every window had to be custom made. The installers were punctual, professional, friendly and very patient with our dogs who were a real nuisance! They left my house very clean and picked up everything they used! I definitely recommend this company! And the value is AWESOME! I saved literally thousands and thousands of dollars!

Turned out one window just needed a bit of repair. David fixed it for me at no charge. The second window needs to be replaced. The price was very reasonable and will be done when the budget allows. Also, David was friendly with my dog. I do not expect repair people to go nuts over pets but am always suspect when they completely ignore them.

They were very accommodating, resolving any issues and did an excellent job. They were polite, timely and cleaned up really well. I will recommend and will never use anyone else.

It was professionally done, they were more than happy to answer all my question, I had no problems with the previous work nor the work done in September. Price was a bit high but the expertise and quality was excellent.
