Description of Work: They replaced all of my windows (11) with double hung, low E, argon filled windows. I also had 2 large picture windows replaced with slide windows on the side. |David, my rep was on time and answered all of my questions. Alton installed them on time and was great to fix any little problem that came up. I just can't say enough good about him, he was awesome!! All in all very positive experience.

Description of Work: We had our siding replaced. They were very professional. Kept us updated on when the work would be done. Also sent an employee out after it was done to check the work and saw that there were a few imperfections. So they sent the guy back out to make sure it was up to their standards. We also used them a few years ago for our windows. They did a great job then as well. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: They installed all new siding. They covered all eaves and soffit, and all door openings with vinyl and aluminum. They installed four new columns for the front porch and one side garage door. Everything was done in an excellent manner. There were several areas that I was not totally satisfied with that they worked until we were satisfied. The only area that I was not completely satisfied with was the caulking around the back French doors. I would like to use them in the future to remodel our double overhead garage doors to a single overhead door.

He held the highest marks on Angie's List, and the Better Business Bureau of Oklahoma City. | |He was not pushy, but helped guide decision making through sharing information and asking fact finding questions. | |A major concern of mine was hidden structural damage to the wood underlying the existing cedar wood-siding, by water damaged window sills. To meet the concern, and at minimal additional cost, Baldwin's craftsmen removed the old cedar siding, which was rotten, and replaced any water-damaged sub-structure with new lumber, restoring the house to soundness, before applying the Norandex insulated-foam backed siding to the house. | |I learned, vinyl siding expands and contracts with the weather temperature changes. By using special screws, instead of common nails, the crew accurately adjusted the tightness, or looseness, of the siding to allow for the expansion and contraction. | |I enjoyed working with both the windows and siding crews. Good guys, hard working, with a sense of humor. Took them all to lunch. | |The window men worked together as a team, moving clockwise around the house: prepping and removing the old aluminum storm windows, along with the ancient wood sash windows. As they progressed, they installed the new windows, at the same time. | |The new windows silence exterior traffic noise. There is more light. I enjoy the ease of operation, locking out winter drafts, but allowing spring air ventilation, cool breezes carrying the pleasing aroma of fresh mown grass. | |Special thanks to the siding crew, who tackled a huge task of straightening the old wood garage. It leaned three different ways, creaked, and was a safety hazard. They used their years of experience in carpentry and common sense, brains and brawn, to quickly level, square, reinforce and plumb that old garage into a safe, solid structure. A job well done. | |An architectural feature I requested, was to install scalloped siding on the eaves of the house, the garage face, and the front of the porch entrance. These craftsmen did their work very well, and allowed time to do the work right. They made the transition between the siding styles seamlessly, changing a plain, ordinary house into a cute, cottage-like home. | |The workmen were flexible, supported each other in the tasks at hand, and conferred with Kevin Baldwin when concerns arose. They shared ideas and explained to the client - in terms I could understand - what was to be done and how they were going to resolve certain issues. | |They resolved my concern of rotten or missing window sills by replacing the wood, before they applied the vinyl-clad aluminum coil. They fabricated the coil (on-site) with precise measurements, that sealed the new wooden sills and the vinyl windows perfectly, in function and appearance. | |They cleaned the worksite; the yard, flowerbeds and all around the house, before they left each day (even when they were tired and had worked late).
