Window World of Oklahoma City

The work that they did was okay. They did three windows for me. I wouldn’t particularly say that they are craftsmen. Their care for detail in their work was not that great. Their salesman mismeasured a window; so it had to go back to the factory. They took about five weeks to get the new one ordered and to come out and put it in. This was the only time that I’ve used them. I am considering other people the next time I have a need.

We have been having ongoing issues with this company ever since the installation of our new windows. They originally came out to install new windows in the majority of our home and a new sliding glass door. We chose to go with tilt in windows due to the convince they offer for cleaning. In the dining room they didn’t have the correct window so they left us with a plywood patch for a bout two weeks until the correct sideIn the living room there is a large picture window with smaller windows on either side. The workmen installed metal weather flashing inside as well as outside and never gave an explanation about the indoor flashing. In the breakfast nook the new sliding glass door was installed very sloppily. With caulking left everywhere! However the biggest issue is with the kitchen window. Every time I open the window to let air into the house the top sash slides down so when I go to close it and lock the window at night I am forced to climb up onto the counter or get a broom handle and shut it from this award place. I am a 60-year-old seizure patient who has no business being up on a kitchen counter much less trying to mangle a window shut! I have spoken with Patrick at the local store who is in charge of customer service; I have also spoken with David at the 1-800 number. They both seem to think that there is nothing wrong with the windows and that it’s something I am just going to have to deal with. The windows are drafty in high winds that we regularly get around here and they have leaked on several occasions. Window World has sent work men out to recaulk the sliding door and a few windows. The last time there were here they broke the vertical blinds that are for the sliding door by not removing them properly before they caulked. I have left countless messages with countless people at window world. They are horrible at getting back to a person and offered the suggestion of a broom handle to close my kitchen window rather than actually fix the issues. The last time that they were here the company’s workman was recording our conversation with out my knowledge just to cover his poor job if installing. When I saw the recorder I raised my hand and told him to just get out! He then stated I tried to strike him and switched off the recorder. The other workman who was with him just gave me a sympathetic look and left. I would advise against using this company in your home!

We contacted Baldwin when the contractor we initially were going to have do our roof and siding fell through on the siding. Kevin showed up when he said he would and the work started when he said it would start. The installers were professional, respectful and attentive to our concerns. They care about the work they do and it shows. When they finished they made sure we were happy with the work and they did a good job of cleaning up. Kevin came by maybe a week later to inspect the work with me making sure we were happy with the work done. Several weeks later came a letter in the mail thanking us for our business and a very thorough form asking us to evaluate Baldwin and the work done. From start to finish I was very impressed. Kevin was good to his word on everything and the work done was exactly as we expected. Overall an A+.

They responded to our call and let us know due to the high volume of work they would not be able to provide an estimate for several weeks but would contact us in an approximate timeframe and they did. Once they came out they provided a competitive estimate and told us approximately when they could do the work. We signed a contract and work was performed and they even assisted in negotiated with our insurance company to get additional repairs done that were not originally included in the insurance claim/payment which was a huge help to us. The salesman was exteremly helpful, nice, responsive and patient by thoroughly explaining the entire process to us and what to expect working with the insurance company and once the installation began. They did not ask for any deposit or payment until the full job was completed to the last detail. I would use them again and recommend to others.

I was really impressed. They didn't leave a speck of anything on the floor. They didn't disturb the drapes. It was really really good service. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Outstanding. The sales tech was prompt, courteous and informative. He indicated that it would be approx 5 to 6 weeks to obtain the window. (Note: Okla City has experienced an unprecedented hail storm). In the time indicated the installation technician called, was right on time and had the old window removed and the new one installed in about 1 hours and a half.

Because of the extensive damage in the city there was a long wait time for services. Baldwin was no exception but they did make the repairs when promised. The used out of state contractors but both were friendly and did a great job. They do what they promise.

Did excellent job of daily cleanup. Crews were on time to work and interacted well by explaining the details of the installation. They seemed to be very experienced with this type of work.

The house is part brick, part siding. The old siding was wood which had started coming off every time there was a mild breeze. Baldwin Enterprises was one of three companies I interviewed requarding installment of new siding and gutters. Final decision had very little to do with price in the end. Mr.Baldwin went over everything and put it in writing. He did not pressure me or make me feel pressured to make an immediate decision. He brought back actual samples of siding(not the little squares like paint color samples) and left them with me while I went through the excrutiating (to me) part of picking a color. Calls were always returned and in a timely manner when I had further questions. Every person I encounterd or spoke with at this company was nothing but pleasant, helpful, and courteous. The installer did a fantastic job. The areas of rotten wood were completely removed and replaced. It's like looking at a brand new house. The workmanship is great.

Kevin Baldwin promptly provided me with an estimate that was the least expensive out of several other estimates from different companies. After we agreed on the details, the crew was out shortly and did a wonderful job installing vinyl siding. Overall, the job was the least expensive out of all the compaines I contacted, quick, and done professionally.

They work that had done was fine, they did a very good job. I would use them again if we need any more siding done.

Kevin was fantastic from start to finish. Took us over a year to decide and budget for the project, but he was also accomodating and patient. Once we gave him the go-ahead, he delivered on what he promised. The windows are wonderful and the install process was smooth and easy. Kevin is easy to deal with and extremely friendly and helpful.

Kevin Baldwin is a very pleasant person to deal with. He came out and met with us to discuss what we wanted done and made suggestions. There was no rush and no push to get us to do anything. After deciding what we wanted done, we set a date and Kevin's crew came out and did a fantastic job of installing the siding, gutters, and patio cover. Kevin and his crew went the extra mile by moving and installing our old cover to a different location. After checking around, I feel confident that the price for our job was fair and I know the work that was done is professionally installed. I would certainly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again if I need to.

The gutter was not flowing properly due to heavy rains and they fixed it. They were honest and the price was inexpensive. The person who came to work was here on time.

They sealed everything very well and their pricing was pretty much the same as other companies. They were very professional and didn?t try to hold us hostage to go through their whole field. We told them what we wanted and they looked at it and gave us an estimate. Then, they ordered the windows, brought them in and fixed it and charged me what it was going to cost. The windows look beautiful and we were very pleased with their work.

The job they did could not have been done better. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. We are handicapped, and they did jobs for us which should have been done before they got here. They finished the work and cleaned up after themselves. I had some problems after they left and called them for suggestions. They sent me a person the next day to help me. They were very responsive. We did not have to shop around as we were satisfied with the price they quoted us.

Baldwin took approximately 3 weeks to complete the work. Rain was part of the reason for the time. Also, the company has different crews/speciallists. One crew (2 people) did the siding, one crew did the gutters and one crew did the patio cover. I liked this because I'd prefer speciallists do the work rather than a "jack of all trades".

The owner came out for the estimate and was very professional and friendly. After accepting the estimate and agreeing to work, we waited for someone to come out. It took a week before someone finally showed up. The person replacing the siding worked fast but didn't say a word to us and didn't let us know when he was done. The work was fantastic and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the job.

They are allowing me to install 1 window at a time as I pay for it. They are very polite. They explain everything they do. The make sure everything is perfect, and if not, they fix it.

There was no pressure when Kevin came over to give us a quote on the things we wanted to have done. As you can see from the services performed that our project was extensive so it was very important to us that we did not feel obligated immediately. Kevin's guys were prompt, very courteous and kept the work site neat when they left for the evening. After meeting with Kevin, we felt very comfortable about hiring Baldwin Enterprises to complete our project.

They did a good job. They were very professional and prompt. They cleaned up after themselves and finished in a timely manner. There really were no problems whatsoever.
