Description of Work: Kevin arrived for the estimate on time, and completed it quickly. He even pointed out an issue that he later repaired for me at no cost. He was professional and courteous. | |The windows took about 3 weeks to arrive, and then the installers arrived at the scheduled time, performed the installation quickly and professionally. They were done in less than 4 hours, even cleaned up great. | |I have no complaints and have already referred this company several times to neighbors and friends.

Description of Work: They arrived on time to give me a bid to replace my windows. He explained what I would need, the type of windows, warranty, installation, etc. This was one of 4 bids that I received on exactly the same thing. This bid was not the lowest or the highest, but it was the most professional and well outlined & explained that I received. This company was referred to me by a friend who had them install windows at their home. I felt this was the best kind of reference to use; so I was glad I met with them I have not had the work done, yet - but when I do, I will let you know how it goes.

Description of Work: Though I did not end up using their services, I was totally impressed with the professionalism of Mr Baldwin. After returning my initial call promptly, he showed up when he said he would and met me at my property. I was inquiring about re-siding after a hail storm. Mr Baldwin, rather than selling me his goods and services, respectfully (and rightly) suggested that I go with a more traditional product (Stucco in this case) rather than siding. He said he would have been happy to do the work but thought that the property would be better served by going back to its original look. This was exactly the kind of input I was looking for and I really appreciated his candidness in that regard (and he is absolutely right). Given that he does not do stucco work, I thought it was especially nice of him to suggest something that didn't put money in his pocket. I will definitely call him if I do have a siding need in the future.

Description of Work: They put siding on a newly built shed and the second story of our house. The work was completed in a timely manner and a year later, it still looks great!
