Description of Work: I bought the coupon and she stood me up on our first apppointment.. I waited six months and called her again. I wasn't in a hurry and thought she was probably dealing with multitudes of calls. She gave me an estimate which was expensive - to remove wallpaper in my bed and bath. I have a 75 year old house and it is not an easy job. She was to start on a Monday and then due to my tile guy not being finished I called her and said that I needed her to start on Tues. or another time. I know that it caused a loss of a day's work but there was not anything I could do about it. It was her night to go bowling so she rushed through it and charged me $100.00 extra to seal some cracks. Even with the $200.00 coupon it was $700.00 for one bedroom and small bath. That would have been O.K. but it was far from ready to paint. There was still tons of residue to sand - lots of work still to be done. All in all, I would be careful. I won't call her again even though I still have much to be done.

Description of Work: The work done was of good quality and Sherri was very personable. We had a small hitch in that she misunderstood the day we scheduled, but she immediately rescheduled and was there on time and when expected.

Description of Work: Great job in removal of Wallpaper, texturing and painting. The team also patched tile back splash! I will continue to use them as more projects become available

Description of Work: I called Sheri's phone number as listed on a Monday and left my name and phone number... NO RESPONSE. I sent an email to the email address as listed on Tuesday and requested Sheri to contact me... NO RESPONSE I visited her website as listed on Wednesday and hit CONTACT ME, left my request to contact me... NO RESPONSE I called Sheri's phone number two more times and on Friday, got lucky on the second call... She actually answered. I gave her my name and described the service I needed. She said she would visit my home on the next Friday at 10 AM. I told her I had sent her an email and also sent a message through her website. She said she "doesn't fool with that on-line stuff." Come the following Friday, Sheri did not show or call. I stayed home all day so as not to miss a call just in case she called to re-schedule an appointment. I returned to Angie's List to reveiw more reports and discovered several that stated the same or similar experience I had with her. Several of the reports state that Sheri does excellent work but I will never know. Angie's List has Sheri rated with high marks. She may do great work but her adminstrative prowess and professionalism is non-existant.

Description of Work: I can never get in touch with anyone, ever time I call I get voicemail. I have left several messages requesting an estimate and no one calls me back.

Description of Work: Sheri removed difficult wallpaper from a large and a small bathroom, textured the walls and then painted the ceilings and walls. She did an excellent job, was very professional and left everything neat and clean. I wish I had discovered her sooner so I wouldn't have had to live with the ugly wallpaper for such a long time.

Description of Work: Sheri stripped some wallpaper, textured and painted the walls and ceilings, glazed my fireplace, and made the twenty year old woodwork look brand new. She glazed some of the woodwork to change the color. My windows on the outside of the house were faded and she painted the trim around the glass and made the frames and screens look brand new.
