Unable to get return call then decided to sell home.

Sheri is very personable and professional, and gave me an estimate for a paint job and a guarantee that she could have it done by a certain deadline (which she did). She removed wallpaper from several walls, textured, and she and her crew repainted most of our new 2400 SF house. They did have a delay getting out on the first day - which she called me to let me know - but they still managed to get the whole house painted before the move date. Due to a miscommunication one closet was painted the wrong color (which we let slide because it just matched the room instead of being white, no biggie) but other than that we were completely pleased with both the experience and the quality of work we received. Unfortunately, I did call again (twice) for more work while she was running her Angie's List Special, and didn't receive a call back - possibly because she was swamped with other jobs at the time.

Sheri is so professional and does an excellent job. She has painted and hung wallpaper for me before and has done an excellent job. I had lost her number and was glad to find her on Angie's List.

The ladies arrived on schedule and went right to work removing old wallpaper that had been on the walls for many years. They were very friendly, very efficient, and left everything clean and neat when they were finished. Sheri also removed an intercom speaker from the wall and patched the Sheetrock for me. I would use them again if the need arises.

Process went fairly smooth. Sheri kept an open line of communication throughout.

She quoted me a price of $1200 telling me that it would take her and her crew two days, possibly a portion of the third. In reality she finished the project in 8 hours. She had me give each of her two helpers $200 each, keeping $800 for herself. Which equates to $100 an hour for her services for a job that I was left with paint on the woodwork, on my carpet and on the ceiling fixtures. There were several spots along the baseboard where the paint had been pulled off (or she missed painting altogether) when she removed the masking tape. When I pointed some of these things out to her she complained that I was too picky. For an 8-hour $1200 paint job I would have expected quality work. I left a message on her machine the next day hoping that she would return and fix her mistakes, but I never heard back from her. I would definitely not recommend her. The people who recommended her to me came over and were also disappointed in the quality of the work I received and were very apologetic to recommending her services.

I think they did the job professionally with a fair price.

She never called me back after multiple calls too her. I had a coupon and it was a waste of my time.

She quoted price to paint bathroom cabinets and trim over phone, It was a two day job. She primed and put down first coat on Thursday. Friday it was bad weather so she rescheduled for Saturday. She arrived Saturday and finished the job.

She did a great job! She was punctual, professional, and our pets even enjoyed her, she even took the time to let them outside when needed. We will have her back soon to finish texturing the small bath and then paint. We have to have the tile removed before she can come back. We were very comfortable with Sheri being in our home, we even gave her our house key so she could come and go as needed.

I bought the Big Deal and left several messages. Never got a call back. Finally the deal expired and I gave up.

Communication over the phone in the beginning was at times difficult. Phone connection was not very good. However after that everything was great. She did great work. Came in, did the job and finished. Very professional and quick.

went well. They worked us in over a holiday weekend, and were prompt. arrived on time and completed work in expected time frame. Accommodated our request to paint one ceiling when it became apparent that this was necessary- after the first coat in one room the ceiling (which had been previously painted a light tan) looked incredibly dirty compared to the pale icy blue paint we had selected for the walls. Sheri was good about working this change in and didn't charge an extravagant fee for the additional unexpected work. Cleaned up after they complete as well.

Sherri came and gave me an estimate as well as advice on the work I wanted done. We scheduled a day for her to strip and re-paper my kitchen and another day for the kitchen and family room ceilings to be painted and the family room to be painted. The original paper was very tricky to get off so it took Sherri much longer than she thought to strip and prepare the wall to her satisfaction so we had to add another day to the job which was fine. Sherri does excellent work. She is very neat, thorough and meticulous. I would highly recommend her and I will certainly be hiring her again. Some reviews say it can be hard to get a phone response from her. This is true, but it is worth being patient.

I bought an Angie's list "deal". I paid $99 for $200 worth of painting; however, when I went to book the date, I was told there was a $250 minimum for her to come out. So I was forced into paying the extra $50 that was not documented as part of the deal which I thought was very misleading. She also had to reschedule which wasn't really a big deal to me. I'm not exactly for sure of the date of service; however, you system wouldn't let me put "Fall 2012".

She was extremely nice and professional. I decided that I would just do the work myself.

It took numerous attempts to schedule the Angie's List special with this firm. Once we finally got her there the work was done professionally and they did a good job of cleaning up. I used the special as a way to see the quality of their work prior to a larger job which was painting the entire downstairs of a historic home we are renovating. Sheri provided an estimate which appeared about right, cost wise, but she didn't seem really interested. It seemed the special was just trolling to find really big jobs. Our proposed $1500 job just didn't appear to be important to them.

Contact wanted to do roof work. I only wanted painting. The painter was nice.

purchased the "big deal", called sheri est in may or june 2012, she informed me that it would be an additional $50.00 that was not revealed in the "big deal". Got the information on how much paint to buy and that I would call her back to set up an appt. Attempted to call Sherri twice in Sept about a week apart and got no return call. (not even a number on the caller id) Called AL to get my $99 back. Still need to get the bathroom painted.

She said she'd be there by 5 O'clock that day but she never showed up. I tried to call her the next morning and she didn't return the call. And then I thought I'd check my credit card and PayPal and the credit card comes reversed to charged and I had paid her $119 to do the job. After I did this, I'd noticed that there was one other comment on Angie's List that this guy had put on there, he said pretty much the same thing, that she was non responsive and unprofessional. I'm sure she does good work when she comes around to it, but she is busy or whatever.

Though she had not used the paint before, she was willing to research how to apply the coats with Lowe's prior to beginning the project. She carefully and diligently worked through the process to apply the coats correctly despite the fact that the instructions on the can and from Lowe's was not exactly accurate. The final job was perfect!

There was not any work done by this company for me! Would not return my repeated calls & messages. Even tried e-mails. We did speak two times in six months. Seemed totally NOT interested in doing the work I needed done.

They painted the trim/woodwork throughout our house. It was a bit difficult to schedule, I think because Sheri has so many jobs, but once we scheduled a time they did a great job. My only disappointment was that they didn't do a great job cleaning up paint splatters from our floors when they were done, so I did a lot of that after they left. That said, I never asked Sheri to come back to address the issue, so all in all it's a pretty minor complaint. Overall, they do a quality job at a good price, and I'll probably call Sheri again for future projects.

They did an excellent job, brought the paint and everything they would need. Their work was excellent and I highly recommend them for their work.
