 + -1 moreExcellent work from start to finish, very helpful owner and staff.only down side, not a current selection of fabric. Next time I would take my fabric with me from a fabric shop. Their choices were a bit out of style.

 + -1 moreWe took pictures of our built-in bench and measurements to Truman's. They have an entire warehouse filled with fabrics, which would have been overwhelming if not for the super assistance of one of their employees. She spent a lot of time showing me bolts of fabric, and cutting swatches for me. I also had the measurements for my valances, so she was able to estimate how much fabric I would need to purchase for them. We also picked out leather there to have our two leather recliners and ottomans reupholstered. Everyone at Truman's is super helpful and congenial. These people know exactly what they're doing, which ensures a quality product.
Description of Work: Using our measurements, Truman's made four cushions for our new built-in dining nook. We purchased 10 yards of the same fabric used for the cushions to have valances made by a seamstress not associated with Truman's. Also, Truman's reupholstered 2 leather recliners and ottomans. The total price we paid was for: Foam, material and labor for the cushions. Ten yards of fabric for valances. Leather and labor to have the recliners and ottomans recovered.

 + -1 moreWhen we arrived at Truman's we were greeted at the door. We explained that we had two couch cushions and a footstool in the car's trunk. The owner helped us carry the items in and showed us the types of foam they use in couch cushions. We selected the foam we wanted. We had extra fabric that matched the cording on the footstool, so we didn't have to purchase fabric from Truman's. (They have a HUGE room filled with fabrics!) The price quoted to us that date was the price we paid when we picked up the items a week later.
Description of Work: Replaced foam in couch cushions. Also replaced frayed cording on a footstool.
