+ -1 moreThe lawn looks really good, had a couple of TruGreen ChemLawn workers come up to our door to see if we had any questions. They leave a questionnaire for us, so if we want any thing looked at. They just automatically come when scheduled.

+ -1 moreThe grass is still dead. The grass was better before TruGreen ChemLawn came out then it is now. We used them for a year and the grass is horrible. They did leave notes that said what they did and what we need to do and we did our part; they didn't do their part.

+ -1 moreTruGreen ChemLawn sprayed, but he did not spray it even, and I pointed this out to him, but he continued to do it his way. I called the company and reported this. They sent him out again, but he did the same thing. So when they called back for more service contacts, I passed.
Description of Work: TruGreen ChemLawn offered a special for a one time service. This was for weed kill, so I gave it a try.

+ -1 moreI am very upset with Tru Green Chem Lawn. They pester us constantly with unwanted phone calls, and on one occasion, came to our home without being asked. I was infuriated when they actually charged me for this. I would not recommend them in the least.
