They have done a real good job. They are really prompt and responsive, especially if you have a problem. The product is working well.

Killed a section of my yard which I had to have the grass replaced.

We have an annual contract with them. I have used other companies, and the people with them are scary looking. With this company, the people are more professional looking. We do normally have to fertilize a second time ourselves.

I have been very pleased with their service. I didn't have them do a winter application last fall because I thought I would have moved by now, and I can tell a major difference in the quality of my yard compared to years past.

I haven't been particularly impressed. They've done a decent job. I feel they're a little bit overpriced. Their customer service, to be honest, hasn't been great. There's been a couple of instances where I've called customer service and they either haven't called me back in a timely fashion. There's been a couple times where I've called and they don't do a good job of getting back in contact with me. The actual service they provide is decent and fair. It's nothing that blew me away by any means. I haven't really searched out a competitor. I think they have a little bit of leeway on when they choose to come. I haven't really had any problems with their professionalism.

They have been providing service for my property for years. They take great care of my lawn. Their punctuality is questionable, but I recommend their services.

Overall, they are always good. We have been using them for a couple years now. They came out relatively soon after we had called. The work was satisfactory.

They come out and spray for fertilization and weed control. We like mainly that they take care of the weeds and we have everybody around us that have weeds in their yards, so we use them to keep the weeds out of ours and they do a very good job.

Back in 2003 and for some years TruGreen was fine and they took pretty good care of my yard. I noticed a decline starting last year and starting calling almost after every service call for a fix. TruGreen used to have supervisors come by and check on their employees and their work and that ended a long time ago. This year has been an absolute nightmare as their service and quality could not be any worse. I gave them one final chance to improve their service and they failed. I actually set them up by making them come back to retreat the yard and I watched from inside and the young man they sent apent a grand total of 3 minutes in my front and back yards. He did nothing. TruGreen is out of the picture now and they earned it.

Great. Just wish they could give me a better idea when they are coming.

Trugreen in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, "worked" approximately 5 years on my lawn, front and back. At the time I hired their service (in 2003) I had a flourishing front and back lawn. Around the third year of their "service", my front lawn went from looking healthy to looking pretty awful with dead patches here and there. At that time I asked them to do something and was told I needed to aerate the front lawn (a service they did not provide). So I contacted someone else and had the front lawn aerated. The next year (2007) the front lawn looked even worse and they said I needed to dethatch the front lawn (another service they did not provide). I again had someone else come out and dethatch the lawn and then asked Truegreen to please do something about my lawn before it died altogether. They said they would. The next year (2008) I had even bigger dead patches in the front lawn and their representative came out and said "I agree, we definitely dropped the ball on this one".... and I told them never to come back. I have since contacted someone else and my lawn has made a small comback. Trugreen is the "pits" in my opinion and my front law agrees wholeheartedly!

The results are good. They are dependable and easy to talk to when I had questions about billing or starting and stopping the service. They are easy to work with. The only negative experience is that they have salesmen call but the local office has been real good about trying to satisfy me. I haven?t compared their pricing.

They were fair. We felt they missed some of slices over the edges where weeds came out. They did come out and re sliced them but we but we finally dropped it. We started doing it ourselves.

Poor service. Had weeds all over. They came back several times and could not fix the problem. I had another company do my back yard due to remodel and the lawn was green and weed free. My front was still brown and covered with weeds. Final straw was a rude service person.

Every time they come out they leave a receipt on our door to let us know about the work they have done. The lawn looks very good and I would recommend them.

When I contracted with TruGreen, I expected appropriate application of fertilizer and weed preventatives/killers. In addition, I gave specific instruction that they needed to get rid of the red clover in my yard. Their estimator assured me that request would be placed in my record and receive special treatment. 11 treatments later, I still have red clover and also now have green clover and other assorted weeds (including crabgrass) throughout my yard. My Bermuda yard is thinner than before TruGreen. No yard responds immediately to treatment, which is why I've given TruGreen a year and a half to turn my yard around. Sadly, it is no better now than when I contracted their service. I don't know that they dilute their applications or under-apply, but their results on my yard have not been acceptable.

They claim their technicians will move items in the backyard to ensure complete coverage but I never witnessed this or saw evidence it was done. I recently received a bill for service but never saw evidence it was done. They don't use dye in their applications and claim they will get fined by Midwest City for putting a small sign in the yard showing they were there. Usually they leave a sign in the back yard or at least a note in the mailbox. It has been windy so perhaps. The national company I used a couple years ago contacted me and gave me a price I couldn't pass up. $20 cheaper per application.

We had a coupon for much less, but somehow they magically figured our lawn to be bigger than the fine print on the coupon, so we ended up overpaying. Many parts of our grass died, so we opted not to use them ever again. Now they call every month and tell us that our next appointment will be on a certain day and a certain time even though we have not scheduled an appointment and have told them, we do not want them to come again. I would not recommend TruGreen.

Scotts Lawn Service did a great job on servicing my lawn. They were nice and did a great job. I would recommend them.

TruGreen ChemLawn are always on time and do a good job whenever they come out. I have them do various jobs on my lawn. I would recommend them to friends and family members.

TruGreen has always taken great care of my lawn. They work with my budget to make it affordable and are quick to inspect when I need them to. They are great to work with.

The product doesn't do what it is suppose to do with weed control. I am not pleased with the work being done or the lack of results.
