Very well. He gave us an estimate and then came back and did the work. There was extra work because we had the shed moved some. However, he didn't charge for it. Kept us informed and was very knowledgeable.

Highly recommend this company, Kenneth contacted me timely, kept me updated on the situation, described the repairs and completed the job timely. He even came back on a Sunday and finished the job, he showed me everything that needed to be done and took care of it.

Mr.Jones was very punctual. He performed inspections on all zones and provided options to fix the problems he found. He was very professional throughout the job. He was also very persistent in trying to locate the leaks and offered options to fix them. Overall, Mr.Jones provided an honest and reliable service.

Mr. Jones provided excellent communication and responded in a very timely manner. I had talked to him on the phone out of concern for a suspected leak in my lawn irrigation system and he was able to work me in to his schedule earlier than I had anticipated. He gave me a time window of response on day of service and was there within 30 minutes of that widow opening. He called me on the phone and provided confirmation of time of anticipated arrival to my house. He ruled out leaks quickly, checked my system and replace two defective sprinkler heads within an hour. He was very professional with his service and educated me to findings within my system of which I was unaware. He was very knowledgeable regarding local city ordinances and city policies regarding irrigation equipment, installation and set up when I asked him several questions. I will use Mr Jones' expertise for future system replacements and repairs and would recommend anyone who has issues with their lawn irrigation system to call Mr Jones for an assessment. The service was great! Kendall was able to walk me through how to set up a new control panel for my irrigation system over the phone, which saved me time and money! He is incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to help me without even seeing my system! It was clear on the phone that he knew what he was doing, and he went out of his way to help me. I appreciate his great customer service and desire to get the job done well!

T & K Irrigation responded quickly, performed the necessary tasks in a timely, skilled and proficient manner. The cost estimate and scope of work to repair the damage and accomplish the seasonal conditioning was explained in clear concise manner and was formulated for a comprehensive repair for future care and use of the system; and not simply as a guess at what i wanted to hear. Prior to beginning work, the technician used good talent, skill and the necessary tools to diagnose the architecture and appraise the damage to the system. Once the cold season is over, T & K will be back to recharge the system and finish restoring it to working order. The fees charged were nominal and the conduct and skill of the technician were excellent

The job went great. He explained and demonstrated what was wrong and what to do about it. He repaired everything and made sure I was satisfied.
