Responded very quickly and did a great job for a very reasonable price

Kenneth was so helpful from the minute he returned my call. He was able to help me figure out if I had an irrigation valve box to shut the water leaking out of the burst PVC pipe around the backflow preventer. He arrived on time the next day to make the repairs on the broken PVC pipe, providing a lot of useful information and going above and beyond. I would recommend his company to anyone needing irrigation installation or repair.

They were on time and called me before as was agreed to. Everything was explained and my questions were answered. The work was finished in around 2 hours.

Had Ken out twice recently and could not have asked for better service. First time was to troubleshoot a problem (zone would not work) and to do an overall assessment. He found the problem with the zone (simple valve turn). He could have told me I needed to replace the valve and I would not have known any better. His assessment was very thorough and methodical--placed flags at each discussion point. He then walked me around property to each flag to let me know what he had done or what needed to be or could be done. By the time he was finished, sprinkler system adjusted and/or repaired. Had a firm quote for any additional items. Second trip was to add a couple of heads to a back flower garden. I had been planting, so I just trenched with a sharpie along the bed. He gave me a discount on the price since I had already done 90% of the trenching. A lot of people pretend to know how sprinkler systems operate. Ken actually does. He is honest, knowledgeable, and fair priced. You can't go wrong.

Called a left a message. Message was returned in less than 15m by Kenneth. Spoke to him about what I thought I needed and he pulled my house address up on a mapping system to see if he could see it. When he couldn't, he told me to go to the hot water heater location and look for a certain piece of equipment. To help me understand what I was looking for he texted me a picture of the equipment. I was still unsure so I snapped a couple of pictures and sent them back and he immediately called me and told me that I absolutely already had the correct equipment installed and that it even had the correct permit sticker still attached. Exemplary service and total integrity. HIGHLY recommend.

Kenneth came over within a couple of hours and fixed it...affordably! Great guy with great service. He's our new irrigation guy!

Ken was the best! Knew exactly how to diagnose the problem and fix it. Had to replace the main control box that was partially impacted by a lightning strike to the house. Felt he was honest and very efficient in every move he made. Came equipped to perform what ever would have been necessary and would not have had to spend time chasing parts. Highly recommmend!!!

Provider came out, located all valves, repaired several and enabled system to work as new. Ran system several times with me to ensure proper operation. Guaranteed work too!

Perfect. I cannot recommend him highly enough. All the reviews on here are legit. The service, the approach to working the customer, the quality of the work - top notch. The word is out on T & K - you'll probably have to wait a week to get an appointment, but it's worth the wait.

I had a major leak in my sprinkler system and Kenneth was able to walk me through stopping the leak over the phone, thus saving a service call. He then came out and found the issues and gave me an estimate before starting the work. He got the work done in the morning, tested all the sprinkler heads and also replaced three nozzles and a rotor head. Kenneth also identified 10 sprinkler heads that needed to be straightened and flagged them for me, as well. Kenneth's explanation of the issues, his resolution and instructions for the new controller went above and beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to call on Kenneth in the future. In fact, he will be returning in the fall for my winterization.
