Description of Work: Called to make an appointment and left a message on an answering machine. Kenneth called back within an hour. We set up an appointment for the following week. Very prompt return of my call and he was very personable on the phone. The day of the appointment he called to let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time. I've lived in different states over the years and have usually had a sprinkler system on each property we've owned, so I have had a lot of experience with different irrigation companies- Kenneth was BY FAR the most thorough and knowledgeable irrigation specialist I have ever hired. He asked about concerns I had with the sprinklers and spent time assessing the system on his own. He came back to me with items he felt needed to be addressed and showed me each area, taking time to explain why he felt they should be fixed/repaired and how he proposed fixing them. His recommendations were spot on and I had him fix all but one area (an area of the lawn may need an extra sprinkler to be added-I may add this later this summer depending on how dry the area gets). He was here over 4 hours and did a great job. I will definitely use T and K Irrigations and Kenneth for all my lawn irrigation needs in the future. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: The Angie's List provider who originally installed our sprinkler system didn't install a required back-flow preventer. T &K installed one and then winterized the system.
