It took longer than we thought but the work was so thorough that we didn't mind... Very friendly very punctual very professional.

Very professional and worth every cent! Removed all screens and in concert with one another, they cleaned the windows without disturbing any interior items or outside plants. The exterior lighting looks brand new! I highly recommend them!

They were so professional and personable. They spent a lot of time with the windows. They fixed the screen and I did not expect them to do that because they just charged minimally. They were an excellent company. I will use them again. I waited a little while to have the service done just because things were going on here. We had a wedding and we had a baby so we were just busy. I did not call to schedule it for maybe a couple of months after I purchased the big deal and that was my choice. I just paid them an extra $5 for the screens. I just went with the big deal because my house is not that large anyway and there are certain windows that are really high that I needed their help with. It was a good deal. I actually referred them already, in fact, I have put them on my Facebook and I took pictures of the windows because they looked so good. One thing that stood out to me the most about them was their knowledge. I had no idea that using just rugs and Windex or whatever was not good for the sill around the windows and they explained all of that to me that you would want to use a squeegee to avoid damaging the sills. So, they knew what they were doing. You would think that cleaning windows is not a big deal. I also did not know that windows have certain life expectancies and mine are the original to the house and the house is like 25 years old and they have to be replaced periodically and it is kind of important to know that. They were full of information. They were wonderful and their pricing was excellent.

I was satisfied with the work, but there were some extra charges. They said we had some double windows and over-sized windows. They also brought a child with them when they did the work which I did not expect. I may use them in the future, but I would first get other estimates.

Excellent service. It ended up costing more than I thought, but I approved all the additional expenses.They did an excellent job cleaning the coach house fixtures that had a very heavy hard water deposit on them due to the sprinkler system.

I didn't have the inside cleaned. I'm sure their price is no more than others charge, but more than I can afford if I have both the inside and outside of the windows cleaned. The special price seemed reasonable, but it didn't cover close to the number of windows in my house. It's not only the number of windows but the size. My mistake. I will have them again after I've saved enough money.

This was a positive experience. Renee and her husband are very professional and quick. Once we were able to schedule an appt (after a couple of weather delays and one personal delay) everything went according to plan. Our windows SHINE BRIGHT now. We will probably follow up later this year with a maintenence appt. I never want my windows to look less than perfect again. They also offered to replace broken/missing screens but we don't need them right now. It was nice to have the option though. Overall, this was totally worthwhile and I recommend this company.

Because of January weather, I waited over a month between purchase and getting the service, with several re-schedules.

It went very well, they were a little late and we had an appointment and it rushed us and we rushed them.

The experience went well. They were very thorough, and they took about 6 hours, but they made sure they washed them and not just cleaned them. We have 25 windows. They used green products which I liked, they were very punctual and very good in communicating. We will use them again. I think that the price was good because I got the deal. I paid an extra 50 Dollars. Their price is on the higher side, but they are more thorough.

Renee was beyond helpful. She went the extra mile to help me on my schedule, not hers. I can't speak highly enough of her.

Cleaned windows, inside and out. Missed some spots and had to call back out. We then got a rather condescending lecture about window oxidation causing a problem. With a degree in Chemistry and physics, it was a bit more than I needed. They also stepped on one of the window blind cord ends and broke it. Said they would replace it, but have heard nothing. Frankly, I didn't expect to and will take care of it myself. By the way, your latest magazine had an article discussing how to treat a provider. That's a two way street!

Renee and crew always do a wonderful job and leave my window cleaner than I could ever hope to do on my own! Renee worked with me on a schedule constraint I had, arriving early (after calling to ok), to make sure they were finished in time.

The price was fair and the people were professional. They explained what they could do, what may be problematic (the caulking of the storm windows on our long, rectangular windows that don't open had been painted over when the previous owners painted the house) and gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision.
