I purchased the Big Deal. I kinda felt like it was a little bit of a bait and switched. I paid for the $109 but then once I got there to really do what I wanted to do and I had even talked to them on the phone when I made the appointment I had to pay more. I don't remember how much more they charged me. It wasn't insignificant and they ended up doing a decent job. They did what I needed them to do for the most part. I was pretty happy at the end. I remember having trouble getting in touch with them. Need more detail on their deals. At first, I was a little irritated because it ended up being different than what I thought it was going to be.

Very well, returned immediately when a problem occurred.

It was whatever was on the coupon, $119/$120, something like that. I thought the price was very good. They were excellent and I would definitely use them again.

It was fine. There were two workers that came out and it took them about at most half-an-hour to 40 minutes. Their cleanup was good. Some of them were not quite dry and they kind of spotted at the bottom. They are using a new system and I think it is very good. I think they maybe need to check the bottom of the windows when they are finishing that everything had dried.

Good. They were very good and I plan to use again.

It was the best thing. They are thorough. They double check everything. She came in and talked to me first as to what I wanted done. She did even more than I thought she would be able to do for that price. She didn't charge me a cent more. They worked really hard. They came on time. When they left, they sent me a postcard with a picture of my house. On the other side, they stated how much they appreciate my business. Their cost was absolutely perfect. I was very satisfied with their cost, with their performance and ability.

Renee came out the day that I called her and gave me an estimate. The price was reasonable so I booked with them and they came out 5 days later and cleaned all my windows, inside and out. I have an older home and some really big picture windows that are really hard to reach. They did a good job getting them clean and were very friendly and professional.

We were really happy with their new processes. They cleaned the windows with pure, filtered water. Wow!!! Panes are so clean; they sparkle like new. Our shower is perfectly clean, too. And some bad stains were removed from the floor mats and carpet. They worked so hard. We have been using Shine Bright for 6 years, and they just keep getting better!!! Ann

Went well. This was the third year Renee and Jason did our windows. Last year they even did our 10 solar tubes (I plan to do them every two years)

They did a good job. They didn't clean the inside windows which I didn't ask for. They didn't charge more than the deal. They were on time. They called when they had a problem getting here the day they're supposed to come. All in all, they're good, young-working folks. There was a gentleman and the lady. The lady was the one who wrote the bill. They were a little higher than what we paid before. For what they do, they were acceptable.

Renee contacted me within an hour after I purchased the big deal. She was very friendly and willing to schedule at a time that was good for me. They were a little late but called in advance to let me know that they would be a little late. They did a super job and I will definitely use them again!

In preparation for an event we were having in our home I had scheduled several services to get the house ready. This service was the one I most anticipated and they did not disappoint. This husband wife team worked together very well. They were well prepared with whatever equipment might be needed. They ran a bit late due to weather but stayed in touch. I really liked that they used essential oils to clean the windows, and natural cotten cloths. Shine Bright is a great name for their company as that is exactly what your windows do once cleaned by this couple. Well done.

Renee responded very quickly to my query, and kept in touch via email. They showed up exactly when promised, measured my house, and gave me an estimate on the work, both cleaning windows and replacing some damaged screens. Renee made some reccommendations for keeping the windows clean while the house is on the market, and we've made an appointment for them to come back in a month and touch up the windows. Everything went very smoothly, and I consider this a wise investment of our money!
