Fabulous, cleaned all by hand, no streaks and very kind & efficient!

They arrived on time after a prompt service call the day before and got right to work on the windows! They did an excellent job on the cleaning and were very careful with the fixtures and the yard. The work was done very professionally and I would definitely recommend this provider for your window cleaning project. I would absolutely use them again in the future!

The big deal was marvelous, and I have talked to them about window cleaning, and fan cleaning, and anything that they do like ceiling cleaning. They are absolutely marvelous. They will be coming out this spring, we don't have the dates for it yet. They gave me a cost for cleaning my ceiling fans and it was negotiated right here at the house, there were no problems at all. They are a husband and wife, and they do a great job, and they want to make sure that everything is done to my satisfaction. I would recommend them for their price, but the main thing is that they are good Christian people, and they do what they said they had to do. I did not have to go back and say they did not do something. They cleaned out the light bulb cases, which was above and beyond what they were supposed to be doing.

This first experience with Shine Bright Window Cleaning was very good. We moved in not to long ago and the windows weren't cleaned for 2 to 3 years. It took them over 5 hours and Renee and Jason were dedicated to their work and did a meticulous job. I got a 10% referral discount and the amount of $ 348 was a good price for the many hours it took them to finish this first thorough clean. Renee cleaned the inside windows and helped Jason finish the outside job. He once had to come in and help Renee out and put covers over his shoes to keep the floor clean. After they finished, Renee did a thorough check. They gave me estimates for quarterly, semi-annual and annual follow-up cleanings, which - of course - will take less time (and money). I'll definitely try their services again.

They did a wonderful job. I have had them out twice now and will continue to use them.

We've used them before and were familiar with their service. Of note, the owner called to reschedule since a heavy rain was falling at the original time. The ensured our windows were at their party best!

Second time that I have used them and they do a great job.

Purchased a Big Deal for window cleaning. The listing indicated there would be an extra charge for things like storm windows. But when the provider contacted me directly they said they DO NOT do storm windows under any circumstances and would not be able to honor the deal. Recommended calling your member services for a refund,which I did. Found another window service on Angie's List that DOES do storm windows and they are supposed to come by for an estimate this afternoon.

As always, Renee and Jason did a wonderful job of leaving our windows and doors sparkling. Wonderful job!

They did an excellent job. It was $99 for the whole house and I was not expecting a lot. She did a great job and she followed up. I had some questions and she called me back. They were very thorough and she worked hard. I was very impressed and I would hire her again.

Again, I did not use them as another vendor could do the work sooner. This vendor was very pleasant to deal with over the phone and I may consider them in the future.

Due to the fact that I had storm windows they could not perform the service. The lady was very nice though and recommended another company who could do the work and even called them on my behalf. They were very nice and helpful even though they could not perform the service. I have requested a refund from Angie's List.

Absolutely stellar service! This is the second time Renee and Jason have cleaned our windows and they do a wonderful, thorough job. They are professional, on time, and very personable. We will use their service regularly. Highest recommendation.

The company was unable to perform the work for what my big deal was valued at. She told me she would get back with me with a new price but never got back with me and then kept my money for the big deal. I have not been able to get a hold of her since.

They were a little late, but called first to let us know they were running late from their previous morning job. I didn't catch that the window cleaning Angie's List deal was for the outside only, so I had to pay more than I was expecting. They did a great job on the windows, and an pretty good job on the bottom of the window channels. It is great to have clean windows now.

I paid for window cleaning for outside windows. The gave a fair quote for cleaning the inside and they performed all of the services promptly.

It was very good. I bought it on a Monday and they came the next Thursday because of the rain. They even came inside to show my husband how to take the screens out and back in. They were polite and professional. I was pleased that they showed my husband how to take care of the screen. The windows look great and shiny. We will use them again.

They arrived promptly and one-by-one removed all the screens on the ground level and cleaned the windows. They were wonderful! They didn't charge much to add on the patio doors. It is so nice to be able to see out of clean windows!

They use organic cleaners so there is no noxious odor or concern for safety. Renee wears shoe covers to avoid tracking anything into my house. Jason is careful with the ladders so the flowers and shrubbery are not damaged.

They were running a few minutes late, but called, so it would not be an inconvenience. They used a wonderful cleaning solution that smelled mildly of cloves. Both worked the entire time they were here. Very pleased--will call them again in a few months.

Renee and her husband came and submitted a free estimate and they were both punctual and courteous. On the day of the cleaning, they and a helper arrived early and went right to work. The windows were absolutely beautiful when they were finished and they cleaned each one thoroughly. All of the screens were removed and washed and each window cleaned by hand. We have two upstairs windows and those were done as well. They did great work and I will use them again.

The experience with Shine Brite Window Cleaning was a good one. My house was a new build when I purchased it in Oct. 2013. The builder hadn't cleaned the windows after having them put in, so when Renee w/Shine Brite showed up, she had her work cut out for her. I purchased an Angie's List Deal for $99.00 to clean 15 standard windows inside and out. After Renee looked at the windows, I had a couple that were not of standard size, so I was charged an additional $32.00 The first thing that she and her partner did, was look at all the windows to inspect for any imperfections to determine if they had to change their strategy on cleaning. They actually found 3 windows that had deep gouges in them from the initial install and pointed them out. I was able to call the builder and those window panes are getting replaced. Renee did the inside of the house and her partner (sorry, but I can't remember his name), did the outside. Renee was very friendly and we had good conversation while she cleaned. They both did a great job and I plan on having them back around Aug/Sept . I rated them a C for punctuality, but only because they did not show up on time. However, this was one of those things that neither them or I even thought of. When the put my address in the GPS, it didn't pull up since it is a new build on a new street. I have the same problem when I try and order take-out. Unfortunately, they tried to get in touch with me to advise me that they could not locate my address, but I was on a plane coming back from a business trip so I didn't get the phone call until I landed (luckily it was a very early flight). After I was able to contact them and give them the directions, they headed my way. Again, the rating is not based on anything that the company personally did, but solely on them unable to arrive at my residence when scheduled due to GPS unable to find.

Project went very smoothly. Work was excellent and they were friendly, but very business-like, which I appreciated.
