Description of Work: I was having storm windows installed and needed to have my windows cleaned one last time before the installation. I asked Shine Bright to clean the windows and I also made it clear that I also wanted them to remove paint that was present in a band around several of the window panes (due to a somewhat sloppy paint job done be previous house owners). I left for work and felt content that I would get these windows clean just in time for the storm window installation later that week. Instead, when I came home, it was clear that the windows were clearn--but they did not remove any of the paint. I sent an email to express my disappointment and the owner said it was a misunderstanding on my part and offered no break on the price. I was going to let this slide, but it's actually bothering me two years later and Angie's List just keeps prompting me for a review. So, here it is--I don't recommend this company.

Description of Work: We have a large house with many windows. Shine Bright's quote was three times what we had been paying for window washing. We settled for getting just some of our windows cleaned. They were very professional, very neat and extremely careful to do a wonderful job. I wish they didn't cost as much as they do--I would use them all the time.
