We've been in our house since it was constructed in 2004. In that time, the screens have never been removed and the bottom windows never really received a thorough cleaning. The second story windows had only been given a clean from the inside and the outside just got a hosing from the ground. I received the big deal from Angie's list as we were getting ready for a 4th of July party. I figured it was a good time to get the windows cleaned since it was on my list of things to do. When I saw the big deal and talked with the owner (Renee), I just had to do it. I set a time and although they didn't make the original appointment, I got a call at the correct time and an actual explanation. I've worked with many contractors and most don't have a sense of time and think nothing of lying to you. Renee was straight up with me and they got to the house within an hour and a half of the original appointment. I was truly impressed with their honesty. After a survey of all of the windows in my house (many are over size), we agreed upon which windows to do and settled the difference in price from the big deal. Our windows didn't look this good when we moved in and we realized we had more work to do both inside and outside the house now that we could see clearly! The hard water stains were dealt with and everything absolutely sparkled. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend Shine Bright to our friends and neighbors!

Arrived on time, explained to me what the service included. Counted windows and gave me a total of what cost would be over and above what I had paid through Angie's List. Price was $2.00 over what I had paid, and it was "forgiven". Everything that was explained to me was done in a timely manner. Windows were sparkling clean. So nice to be able to see outside again. They even assisted in moving my desk in my office in order to get to one of the windows. Definitely recommend.

Renee was great about getting back to me in a timely manner and managed to get me worked in sooner than I expected. This was great since I had every weekend booked with guests from out of town. They got here on time and did a wonderful, thorough job in a timely manner. They are really great people and enjoyed getting to meet and talk to them a bit. The windows looked great (until the rain and winds came back) and I look forward to having them back this summer to clean up again...

I recently used Shine Bright Window service to clean all of the windows in my home, both inside and out. Scheduling an appointment was easy & they were right on time. I was a little surprised when they quoted 5-6 hours to complete the job, but once they started working I understood why! They were extremely thorough! They cleaned every nook & cranny, removed and cleaned every screen, and did an excellent job! They worked solidly & efficiently the entire time. One person worked on the interior while another worked on the exterior. When complete, they pointed out some spots of concern & recommendations for windows in need of repair. This service was worth every penny and was very fairly priced for the work performed. My windows haven't looked this good ever! I will definitely use them again and recommend to others as well.

See services performed (NOT performed). This experience is not enduring me to use Angie's List! I will however, not evaluate their total services based on this totally unsatisfactory experience.

First they came out and provided an estimate. Then they scheduled a date for the work to be done. They showed up on time, did a great job. I think it took much longer than anticipated but they stuck to their estimate.

They did an excellent job! They were very knowledgeable about my security windows and they were also very thorough.

It took longer than i thought it would, but our windows were probably worse than I thought they were -- and it was cold outside which makes the cleaning process not as efficient. At the end, the windows are very clean and we are happy.

They removed the screens and storm windows and cleaned them. They used vinegar which I appreciated as it is nontoxic. Next Jason cleaned the outside while Renee cleaned inside. It took close to four hours to clean the windows and replace the storms and screens. The windows look great.

Great job! They arrived on time and did lots of prep work on screens and windows. It's a fairly long process, most of the day from start to finish. Windows were cleaned outside then inside. Work was thoroughly checked. They also cleaned my outside lights.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal and it was a really good one. Renee and Jason showed up at my house right on schedule (having called the night before to confirm) and the did a great job. They were both very friendly, knowledgable and professional. They cleaned 9 windows and 2 glass doors, inside and out, and they did a great job. I will definitely use them again. I'd give them my highest recommendation with no reservations whatsoever.

Renee's work is impeccable. She's a perfectionist and all the windows in my home positively sparkle. I think the screens are as clean as they've ever been, too! Renee's also a joy to work with -- when she learned that I needed the work done quickly because I planned to list my house for sale, she shuffled her schedule to accommodate my job. Renee is kind and courteous and I felt completely confident having her in my home. I will definitely use Shine Bright again in the future. I'm quite sure that her work will help show off my house to its best advantage!

Overall service: Excellent. They have their own formula for the window cleaner and it works terrific. Green Eco environment friendly. They take off the screens and clean the complete window inside and outside. The wife team member even cleaned all my mirrors and glass shower door for no extra charge.

They were very friendly and flexible with scheduling appointments. I would continue to use them in the future. Actually, I have rescheduled them for the end of this month.
