Rick Kelley Fence

Description of Work: Came to fix gates, but also had to replace fence post next to gate for gate to work properly. Cost more than the Big Deal, but was satisfied with the finished fence.

Description of Work: Rick & Virgil did a wonderful job on our fence (almost 200' total). They were able to repair some warped posts w/o having to replace them. Very impressive because i had two other estimates that said they had to be replaced.

Description of Work: Came and evaluated the fence. I received an estimate for $1,600 to completely fix my fence. My fence is not in bad condition. My neighbor on the west side had her brother fix that fence in 3-4 hours. Felt the estimate was unreasonable. I never had them return so I have not received the "deal" deposit back.

Description of Work: Put bracing on two side gates, and a double drive-way to backyard gate.

Description of Work: My fence facing the street at the front of the house was replaced on both sides. A gate was also constructed. The gate I had was difficult to use. The posts were replaced with metal posts. An area in front of the fence section was also constructed to hide the trash bins. This section was built just high enough to obscure the containers. The work was done in a timely manner with consideration given to my work schedule. Mr. Kelley had a hard time reaching me, but that was not his fault. He was persistant about communicating with me. The quality of the materials was excellent and the clean up was well taken care of. Several people who know more about fencing than I do have commented that the work was very good. I am pleased and would call on this company again.

Description of Work: Great job. Real craftsman. He was a perfectionist about the job. Explained how he put the gate together. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: Rick did an excellent job on our fence. Installed 300ft of chain link fence and two drive through gates. Although his workmanship was great, his timing and communication was not. Every appointment was either late or rescheduled for the next day. Normally this wouldn't matter since its being installed outdoors, but we had to make special arrangements to be there and adjust our schedules because we weren't moved in our house yet. The previous owner had to change his work schedule to let us on the property for the fence estimates and we felt rather burdensome having to tell him about the reschedules. Overall, we felt ricks quality of work was worth it (both the money and time) and would hire him again.

Description of Work: I had the same problem a couple of others did. I had a 5:30 appointment for someone to come out to give me an estimate on about 80' of fence replacement. I rushed home to be there by 5:30, and no one showed up, nor did they call. Not a good way to do business.
