Description of Work: Built a good solid fence for the price agreed. Rick really cares about the quality of the product that he provides. I have recommended this contractor to friends and used them on more than one occasion.

Description of Work: He was hours late to come and give estimates, was to start job on Monday and has never shown up. Call by us was made, but never returned.

Description of Work: Removed old fencing, built a new gate and installed new fencing on each side of the front facing privacy fence. These were 6 x 8 foot panels that I purchased at Lowe's and decided not to try to install myself. Rick came out to quote the job and followed through with a very professional job at a very reasonable price. He used one of the panels to build a new gate and used the hardware from the old gate. He also screwed the old panels to the fencing on running along the back of my yard in case I needed replacement boards for the fencing I did not replace. The reason for replacing just the front facing fence was because I had a storm shelter installed and had to remove the fence for them anyway. Fence and gate were rotting and I will use Rick Kelley again when I replace the rest of my fence. Very good experience. Great value for the price.

They worked really fast and as a result some of the pickets were damaged and not the best care was taken around existing hedges. They removed old wood posts (including concrete) and installed new metal posts and they did clean up very well. Felt the pricing was good.

Description of Work: He called back almost immediately to set up an initial appointment for the next day. Showed up on time, gave us a price and we set an appointment for the work to be done. Again, they were prompt. Our side gate fence posts had rotted, so the gate had fallen. They cleaned up the old gate and posts, installed new steel posts and a new gate, pulling the fence a little forward from the old location. Excellent work, excellent materials and great service. We'd have them back for future fencing needs.

We took advantage of Angie's List special and had our fence inspected and the gate repaired. Very pleased with our experiences with Rick Kelley fence work.

Description of Work: I was very impressed with their responsiveness. They scheduled an appointment right away to give me an estimate. The morning of the appointment, they were running late so actually called to let me know that. Our experience with contractors is that none have ever done that so very impressed with Matt from Rick Kelley Fence. They came out to do the work which was done very well and they were very professional. Would definitely use them again for fencing needs.

Description of Work: After working out a date with a sales person at Rick Kelly fencing I was called two days later to say that the job was not done but that would be done the following week. I received no call the following week and called the week after that. I spoke with the salesman again and he said they still have not been able to get the work done but he would keep me in the schedule. I'm not ecstatic about that but I will see if he can get it taken care of within next week or so, otherwise I will likely go with another company. __________________ When I decided to have the work done it still took some time to have the job completed, though it looked quite nice! They installed the free gate as part of the Angie's agreement. I spoke with Rick at length over the phone. He explained his delays very honestly to which I was satisfied. He also gave me a good education on fencing and materials, which I appreciated. Thanks guys

Description of Work: Because of heavy rains in Oklahoma over the month of March and April starting the ground work for the fencing project has been a lesson in patience. However, on April 29 the steel poles and concrete were laid winning half the battle. The owner Rick Kelley and his associate arrived at my home and after the preliminary introductions there seemed to be a mutal reppore which each other. Rick Kelley is knowledgeable and seems to be a straight up person as well as his other associate Matt who I have corresponded with during this entire experience. Rick observed areas regarding my existing gate that he felt needed addressing and said he would perform the reinforcement measures when he obtained the materials needed. After a while I felt comfortable and trusted Rick to decide the best methods for the first half of this fencing project. Rick and Matt both stated it would take two days for the cement to harden before the actual fence could be constructed and wouldn't you know, it it is supposed to rain. When the second half of this project is completed this surevey will also be completed but I felt the need to respond to the professionalism and knowledgeable demeanor of Rick Kelley and his entire staff including the gentleman that accompanied him for the first half of this work. The second half of these comments will reflect workmanship during the installation of the fence, quality of the fence and articulation to details which Rick so far seems to ace in spades. Rick stated several times that when he was finished it would be "real pretty" I have never been passionate about a fence before but I can hardly wait for completion.
