I have to say, that I was extremely pleased with Rick Kelley fencing. His salesman came out to bid the job and was right on time. He was friendly and answered any questions I had. When I called to ask them to do the job, they had Okie Dig out there the next day to mark the lines. Okie Dig didn't mark all the lines on both sides of the fence so when I voiced my concern about that, they had them come back out to mark it all again and never complained. The day after all the lines were marked, Rick Kelley, himself, came out to start the work with his workers. The salesman didn't ask me all info that Rick needed, so he called me directly to get the information he needed. Rick was wonderful at making sure everything was done right. He was out there digging holes and setting concrete with the other guys. He was the one that made sure all the poles were perfectly level. They stayed late to make sure all the concrete was poured so it had time to set before our rains came. Before they left, Rick told me upfront that they would wait until the water levels from the upcoming rain went down before they came out to put the fence in to make sure it is done right. I didn't have to wonder when my fence was going to be done. Today, they came and installed my beautiful fence. It is perfectly straight, very stable and very professional. Within a few minutes of them leaving, neighbors came and said it looked amazing and asked for their information. Rick Kelley stands behind his work. There were imperfect boards in some of the panels and he took them out and replaced them right there. We didn't even have to say anything, he noticed them himself. He would not leave until he and we were perfectly happy with the fence. I have had several people ask me to let them know what we thought, and I am not going to hesitate for a minute before recommending Rick Kelley. Truly honest and you get the quality you pay for! Thanks Rick, I appreciate all of your hard work!

Well, I did not have the same excellent service as reviewed by others. Rick Kelley came to do an estimate. The price was great. I talked to my neighbors (since they were sharing the cost) about his bid and price. I recommended to them that we use him and gave them copies of the reviews from Angie's list. I called him back to schedule a date for him to come and get contracts signed and answer any questions the neighbors had. They were also going to have him replace fencing in their yard. This is where things went bad. I called him twice in one week, left voice mail messages and he never returned my calls. There was no answer on his office number or cell phone. The next week I called his office again. Someone answered and said they would call him immediately and have him call me. I have never heard from him. Very unprofessional!!

I got bids from three fence companies, all of which had good reviews on Angie's List. Kelley Fence was the lowest bid of the three. He was very professional when he did the bid. When I told him I was going to split the cost of the long piece of fence with my neighbor, he wrote up separate contracts for each of us, and was patient to answer all my questions. He did the work himself, with one helper. Once he started working it became clear he is a real craftsman. You can tell he wants the job done RIGHT and isn't happy until it was done in the best possible way. The gate is much nicer and works better than it did before. The fence looks great and I'm confident it will last a very long time. Great job Rick!

Rick Kelley came out to give me an estimate within a day or two of my contacting him, and was very willing to take the time to find out exactly what I wanted, and to discuss options and ideas. He gave me an estimate for the work, explained the process, including all of the steps and what equipment he would be using and leaving on the job site. He told me he would start the next week, and that his policy was to completly finish a job once he started it. I know that this is true because due to the complexity of the custom lattice work for this fence it took longer than estimated, but Rick held off starting another job and contined on ours until it was finished. He also held to the original estimate without any hesitation, even though it took at least three days longer than expected. Because Rick Kelley Fence is a small company, Rick was personnally on the site during the entire job. I would not hesitate to use Rick Kelley Fence for any fencing project I had, and I highly recommend him if you want outstanding quality work and materials at a very reasonable price. If you are looking for a cheap, rushed, fence, I would look elsewhere because it is obvious that type of work is not in Rick Kelley's nature. Highly recommended!!!!

I called to request an estimate and was promptly called back by the estimator to arrange the appointment. The start date was as promised but the finished date had to be delayed in order for the cement to set properly due to cool weather. The delay was not a problem and I appreciated the concern for quality. Rick even replaced a neighbors damaged top bar on his cyclone fence so it would join with my new fence properly. My new fence looks great and the quality is first rate.

I had a tenant who had a gate that would not shut or work properly. I looked at it and expected that it would need to be replaced, but when I talked with Mr Kelley he told me that he would just need to replace a few of the boards and tighten up some things. He did the work very quickly even around a holiday week. He did a good job and is very professional.

Mr. Kelley performed a wonderful job he was on time and finished the job on-time I am a pleased customer.

They did a really awesome job. The quality of the work and the materials that they used were really top notch. They were very punctual and got the work done. Even though it took them a little longer than anticipated they stuck with their price. I would say to use them because the quality of the materials they used all of our neighbors commented about it. It is a terrific looking gate. They also reused some of the hardware on our old gate to save some money there. It looks like it will last for a good long while.

I am very pleased with their work and the price that they charged. The guy who came out told me that he would never be able to give anybody else same price that he gave us. They got the work done really quickly even though they were busy.

Rick Kelley came out to give an estimate. He spent over an hour discussing the options that might make the job less expensive. He gave three prices, one for wood posts (will last 25 years) and 4 inch dog eared cedar pickets, one for metal posts, same pickets, and one for metal posts with 6 inch, 7/8 thickness pickets. His price for wood posts was the lowest estimate I received, the one for metal posts with 4 inch pickets was lower than the next best company. He gave me several references to view fences, which I did, and hired him to do the low cost estimate. He had something like 8 other jobs going on at the same time, but still managed to complete in 13 days (he had estimated 10 during the bid process). In addition, there is a creek running through the yard, and a bridge over the creek. He used his back hoe to get the bridge back level. He also filled in a washout by our pool house be getting the back hoe in the creek, and filling the washout (charged an extra $200 for this - all well worth it.) As a bonus, when buying the 4 inch pickets, he couldn't find 5/8 thickness that met his standards, so he obtained 7/8 thickness - and at no additional cost to me. There was a heck of a lot of work done to pull the old posts, set the new ones, and then build 360 feet of fence. Cleaned up and left the yard looking good. If you live in Oklahoma and need a fence, this is the guy to call!

Kelley Fence gave a free estimate. Once I agreed to the work and singed a contract they put me on the schedule and came out on the day they told me they would. They did great work. They put up a 180ft long 6ft tall Cedar fence. They used steel posts with three brackets per post (a must).
