Description of Work: left details of what I needed and someone called back and left message on phone when we were not home, got called out of town on emergency. Called back and Pool Dr. never returned call.

Description of Work: Conveniently lost appointment which had been confirmed in january for services and repair in the spring. Called In May, and was informed that I was not on the list for service. Has not made any attempt to reschedule this appointment, or to provide service of any kind.
