They had problems with the equipment, had to call another truck to replace the applicator, took too much time to complete the job, left very wet carpets that took a day to dry out. Other than those issues, the carpets were clean when they finished.

They were about average-I've had better and worse. Wouldn't use again1

So I know a bit more about good and not so good than the average home owner.

Russell was punctual and very good at what he does.

I had a coupon for carpet cleaning for three rooms. He was punctual. I would have preferred that he put on shoe covers to protect my floors as it was damp outside. The work was adequate. He could not clean around the borders of the room next to the walls. I was very disappointed with that. He said it had to do with using water & no chemicals. They should have a solution in place to clean the entire carpet, not just the middle part of the carpet.

It is a high traffic area and there were also a few pet stains that I was not able to get out, but they did a great job and were able to get the carpet clean. The were there on time and finished the job quickly

We are very pleased with the results. We have 3 kids at home and two dogs, plus lots of gatherings with extended family. Our carpets were in terrible shape because spills happen. The technician was polite and helpful. We did have extra help on hand to move furniture so he was able to finish quickly. Carpets took longer to dry than we thought they would but they do look much cleaner. This worked much better than the steam cleaners you rent and there was a lot less work for us! I'd say 90% of the stains were removed (would take a miracle for some of them) and the whole house smells better too.

It was fine. They did all that they could. They had to come back and fix a couple of things.

There were 2 young men who showed up on time and got right to work. The steam was visible so you could tell it was doing the job. When I rent and do it myself it is hard work , never hot enough for steam, and the carpets are wet for a longer time. It was well worth it and I will hire them again.

I am very pleased with the company. They emailed me shortly after I bought the deal. I was having some work done on home and wanted to wait to have the carpets cleaned. They said that was not a problem. When I was ready for the carpets to be cleaned, they scheduled the appointed on the day I wanted and gave me the choice of am or pm. Drew arrived and went right to work. He was friendly and professional. My carpet looks good and my home has a fresh pleasant smell. .

I have had my carpets cleaned by several companies but this was the best job I have ever received. They were so concerned about how the carpet would look when it dried but I was more than pleased. They took their time and went over the difficult spots until they were cleaned to satisfaction. I would certainly use them again.

Russell came out and cleaned the carpets in every room of our house. He took his time to make sure it was done right and even managed to get out some stains that were previously left. He was courteous, polite, and professional before, during and after the visit. I will use OK SteamClean from now on for any of my carpet and upholstery cleaning.

The guys were on time and were very polite and answered all my questions.

They did such a fantastic job on the rooms I asked if there was anyway they could clean the sofa while they were there. They happily agreed and now my sofa looks much better than it did before.

It turned out just fine. They showed up on time, they did a good job and I’m perfectly happy with how they did. He came in, I showed him what to clean and he went at it. I thought it was a good price. Their responsiveness was good. I actually had to postpone it a couple of times due to various reasons and they were always very cooperative to set up a new time to get fixed up.

They arrived when they said they would and did a very good job cleaning the carpets. They cleaned where I told them to. I would hire them again.

prior to appt ; I was notified by Tammy of Oklahoma SteamClean on angieslist message center of appt date and time and was requested to contact them to verify. Tammy was so friendly and polite. I had requested they call prior to coming to my house as I have guard dogs-they called in plenty time for me to secure my pets. The cleaners were on time, professional, friendly and very precise with the process. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future with or without coupon.
