My mother reported that it was a smooth process.

Showed up on time, and both men were very professional. They even cleaned our area rugs on the tile areas.

I moved into this house a few months before and was hoping to bring new life to the kitchen pavers. Had them go ahead and refresh the grout in the bathroom while they were at it. Result was not what I had hoped for. I thought they should have said it was still going to look dirty and discolored if that was the case - even the bathroom grout and tile was not as expected. I called the service sales guy back out. He came out, looked around, said he would send someone out the next day to go over it again so that it was more to my satisfaction. I never heard from him again. The date and cost are approximate as I tried to erase this bad experience from my head.

It went well. They got out there quickly, showed up on time. did a thorough job. We had them come back when the AC and leak were repaired and they sprayed a disinfectant and air freshener throughout the duct work to protect from mold. That cost $125.00 and was well worth it. They worked around our schedule and also showed up on time and did a good job. We plan to use them in the future for steam cleaning the carpet.

I was genuinely surprised the technicians were there less than 15 mins for 3 rooms. They were polite and careful but did not offer to move any small furniture items (side tables, light chairs) or go out of their way to do anything but the most basic of jobs. I cut them some slack because I know it will look different when it is dry. Once dry we honestly could not tell they had been there at all. I was really disappointed in the results so the owner came to see the rooms a week later and agreed it could be better. I have used this company before and I have always had super results and great technicians. I had even spent the day before pre-treating any stains like they suggested when I booked the appointment. He advised that the $50 special I had through an Amazon Local deal was only for the most basic service and that normally it would be sufficient for most basic cleaning jobs. Our carpet is old and stubborn so they would recommend a different level of chemicals to get better results. He had the technicians back out that day and they redid the two rooms that needed a bit more care. We were really pleased with the results and the level of service we received. I can highly recommend...even if you get a cut rate deal, you wont get cut rate service :)

They were good. He came out and he was very professional. He was very informative. He explained to me what he was doing and what some of the things to look for are. He wasn’t finding any sand in my duct system. He said it was a good sign and that my foundation was good. He was very good. The price sounds like a lot.

Bought the big deal for Duct Cleaning. I have 10 ducts and a return, but they didn't clean 2 of them because the duct was too small. In my personal view it is their responsibility to have different brush sizes to fit the customer's need. For this reason I gave them a B for quality and price, as it makes them expensive and not thorough. I like that he was willing to crawl under the closet to clean the whole return duct.

The service went well and the provider was very kind. He did the work well, as far as I can determine. He did not completely clean the carpet areas below the ceiling vents and left some debris on top of bookcases, but mentioned the issue to me. He explained that some debris would come out of the vents initially, so he cleaned as well as possible for the time. I actually think he could have cleaned better, but it was not a big deal to me. Otherwise, he did a good enough job. I would use this provider again, but doubt that I'll have the same need for a few years.

The carpets weren't that clean when they finished so I wasn't very happy. I’m not sure if I received a carpet protector. I've hired carpet cleaners in the past that get my carpets much cleaner. I didn't reach out to them regarding my concerns, but if I do and they responding accordingly I would consider hiring them again.

Did so carefully and moving furniture as well as placing all furniture feet onto protectors to prevent staining or rust. Took care to protect doorways and surfaces from hoses or leaks.

They did a fantastic job! Spoke with the owner on the phone beforehand to ask questions and explain problems with previous cleaners. He was very helpful! I usually have my carpets cleaned every 6 wks - 2 months due to four small dogs. Lately the cleaning had only been lasting a couple of weeks before the stains wicked back up and odor came back. The service tech arrived on time and got started right away. I explained the previous problems I have been having and he assured me I wouldn't have them with his work. He was right! Carpet looked fantastic and cleaning lasted three months, plus the pet odor has NOT come back. I will only use them from now on!

They were friendly and prompt. However, they did not move anything, even small tables to clean under. I didn't expect them to move large pieces of furniture, but I did expect smaller pieces to be moved. Also the service was supposed to included deodorizing which consisted of them going around and spraying the carpet with something in a spray bottle.I could have done that! So obviously they did not get the whole carpet. I was disappointed with the service. They also left without notice so I did not have a chance to ask them or talk to them about anything.
