Description of Work: I had to have the drain line snaked twice in as many months, so I called Mullin and they were able to do the second snake the day I called & they said there was a separation & I asked if they had a camera to find the exact place to be dug up & he said yes, also I asked if he could install a back flow valve to prevent a sewer backup, he said no problem. The next day he scoped the line & found the spot to be repaired. They called to have the utilities marked for their safety and the next day he was back. When I arrived he had it dug up and showed me where the problem was & was waiting on parts to be delivered, but within a short time he had received the parts, repaired the line, showed me & asked if I wanted to take pictures for future info which I was glad he did. All the digging, repair & back filling was done the same day, all done by about 3pm. Using the camera helped keep the footprint very small, disturbing very little yard & saved some money too. I'm very happy with everything they did. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They sent me an unacceptable plumber at first that botched the job and wanted me to pay for a third visit because of his mistake. The manager sent a very nice, competent person to correct the problems and ,in the end, I was pleased with the job. I wouldn't use them again, though, unless you can request certain plumbers to come out.

Description of Work: Washing machine drain was clogged, and after a video camera inspection of the drain, it resulted in them tearing up our concrete slab to get to the pipe and fix it. A hole had resulted in the PVC pipe, which created a blockage of sand and dirt in the pipe. The job was completed in one day. Very hard work for these guys. The price seemed a bit high, but plumbers are not cheap, and it had to be fixed.

Description of Work: Replaced 150 feet of water well pipe and replaced and well pump and new wiring. Quality of service was good.

Description of Work: We had experienced an issue with a pilot light staying lit on a hot water tank. (We live about 40 miles north of Bethany) Mullins came out to inspect the issue and gave some options. They said if the issue persisted, to call back and decide whether we wanted to replace the defective part or replace the whole tank. There was no charge for the trip even though we live in the middle of nowhere. When the problem continued, we decided to replace the tank with a higher quality unit that they recommended. Highly professional staff. They are both quick and courteous.

Description of Work: While doing laundry, my toilets started gurgling and my bath tub became clogged. Therefore, I contacted the Oklahoma City office of Mullin Plumbing and scheduled a plumber for 4 pm on Friday, Jan. 11, 2013. However, the plumber did not show up until 7:30 p.m. When he finally arrived, he did not do anything to try an unclog the line. He also did not have all of the items he needed. He even asked to borrow a bucket, which he took and never gave me back (it was a blue mop bucket). The plumber started digging in my yard, and after an hour and half, he stated he could not find the problem and would have to come back. He was "willing" to come back the following day (Saturday) on his day off, and he would talk to his supervisor about waiving the overtime charge. However, he told me I could not use my toilets, and if I had to use the bathroom, I had to go to the 7/11. He left leaving a big hole, uncovered, and pile of dirt next to my neighbor's garage. The following morning, the plumber arrived at my house. After five minutes, he informed me that the sewer line was broken and that my drainage system under my house needed to be replaced. Interestingly, he made this assessment without going into my crawl space or inspecting the plumbing under my house. He told me that he had to go talk to his supervisor and see how much this would cost. He drove up the road and came back a few minutes later. He told me not to worry. "He was going to take care of me. He was a representative of Mullins, and a licensed plumber." He told me to call him on Monday (1/14/13) on his cell phone and not to call the office. I thought this was odd. He would put me on the "board." He was going to "find a good helper," would come back out, give me an estimate, and take care of everything. Once again, he said I could not use my toilets and that there was nothing else he could do for me. Lucky me, he was not going to charge me for Saturday. However, he spent three hours on Friday, so the charge was $269.50. However, he never spent three hours. I asked the plumber what I was looking at in costs. He said he wouldn't know for sure until he came back. I asked him to give me a ballpark and told him I would not hold him to it. He said about $9500. He left and again left the hole uncovered, so I had to go to Lowes and get something to cover it. I hired another plumber, and he was able to unclog my line and temporary fix the line so I could use it until he can replace the sewer line for $150. He also said my drainage system under my house was fine. He is going to replace my sewage line for $3000.00.

Description of Work: I had a couple of issues that were difficult to describe over the phone and I live in a rural area. I had a water leak in a wall that I feared was too close to the slab to repair without breaking concrete. They were able to replace some poor work by the house builder without breaking any concrete. I also had an ongoing issue with one of my water heaters. The pop-off valve would randomly discharge water. A plumber from another company had replaced the valve and the water heater three times in two years without solving the issue. Mullin's technician advised that since we were in a rural area and located near the end of the line of the rural water company, our water pressure could fluctuate greatly. These surges in water pressure was causing the pop-off valve to open. He installed a pressure regulator on the inlet side of the water heater and said that should solve the issue. The technician was able to come quicker than anticipated, did a fantastic job, was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will rely on them for any future plumbing needs.
