Description of Work: I have used Mr. Comfort twice in the past 6 months. First for a water heater hose rupture, and new water heater. Then recently with replacing a 30-year old indoor faucet behind my fridge. Both times Felipe came out on time, and was extremely professional in explaining the work needed with the water heater, and doing everything as desired. I even got an electronic scale-buster for my water heater, and an automatic shutoff valve for the heater.to prevent future rupture water disasters. Had previously used the same plumber for 25 years before he retired, but am even more pleased with Felipe and this company. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: We needed new sewer lines for our house. Naun and Felippe did a great job in about two days. They were careful with the backhoe in the yard and made sure that the city easement was in place for the portion that affected out neighbors. The sewer is working well and we have not had any of the problems that led to the need for a new line. They had to cut a piece of sidewalk, but cut it neatly and replaced it perfectly when they were done. I appreciated that we did not have to get a separate company to repair the sidewalk. This company and the same individuals have done other inside jobs for us and the work is always timely and top-notch.

+ -1 moreARS Service Express wanted $60 for a pan I found online for $16. They also wanted to charge me $150 for a $14 stand. I felt they were price gouging me because they thought I knew nothing about what they were doing. However, I used to do home repairs.

+ -1 moreARS Service Express gave me a time frame when they would be out, then they arrived late. They said that work needed to be done in a certain area which the area was wrong. They damaged part of the wall and now the faucet is not even secure. I have to hold it when I turn it on and off.
Description of Work: ARS Service Express came out to my home and changed the line on my outside faucet. He had to break the brick wall to get to the line.

+ -1 moreARS Service Express did a good job. They came out and did the wiring in about a half a day. They came out the same day we called them and showed up shortly thereafter. I thought they charged a little too much for the work they had to do but it had to be done.
Description of Work: I had to have the wires reattached for my central air conditioning due to a tornado. I called ARS Service Express to take care of this for me.

+ -1 moreAdvanced Airco and Heating does great work and offers yearly contracts to come out in spring and fall to maintain the furnace/air conditioner. They always call ahead of time and are very clean and efficient at what they do. I would highly recommend them.
