Description of Work: This provider no longer serves all the areas listed in the posted description according to Mr. Appliance 's receptionist. I live in Harrah, OK. The receptionist in Oklahoma City indicated there were a number of other towns listed in the description that they did not serve. Is it the responsibility of the provider to post current information about the business or is it Angie's List? The receptionist told me that they had nothing to do with the information listed. This is my first experience with Angie's list and my first post! This Mr. Appliance must be a different business than the one that provided services at my home in the past.

Description of Work: Diagnosed problem in SubZero Freezer, got the part & replaced it. |He was knowledgeable, worked ast and was responsive. |He stayed in touch to let us know when he'd arrive & be back with the part. |He came back in the evening with the part to finish, instead of leaving us torn up until the next day. |I just wish he hadn't stood on the furniture. Everything else was great.

VEry satisfied.
Description of Work: Told us our ceramic stove top was too old to repair. Needed didoes that simply weren't avaliable. Analyzed our situation and told us several alternatives. Said our wiring was inadequate and how to get it updated. We thought they were very professional and knew what they were talking about. We followed their advice and came out fine. Very satisfied.

No services were performed.
Description of Work: No services were performed. They did not show up when scheduled. After 45 minutes of waiting, I had to return to work. I called to cancel, and then their representative said that there is a 2-hour window for the service technician to arrive. They never mentioned that to me when I made the appointment. I was very disappointed.

When we set an appointment we ALWAYS give a 2 hour time frame, like 9 to 11 or 1 to 3 there is no way we could give a specific time frame because we don't know how long any repair will take. So in this case the customer set a appointment and some how thought that we would be able to arrive at an exact time and complete the unknown repair in about 20 min. because when they called in at 20 min. past and had to go back to work the tech was already routed and ended up with nothing to do for that hour. That cost the company money.In truth the tech was on time (within first 30 min of the 2 hour time frame) and could have done the job within that time frame.

Mr. Appliance was very prompt, as they were able to get to me within 3 days. They had everything they needed to do the repairs with them. He was able to fix the machine in a timely manner. He was real courteous and nice. Seemed knowledgeable in his work.
