Excellent from beginning to end.

Mr. Rhodes was very professional in his presentation and provided the most cost effective bid out of three contractors that we interviewed - he also gave us addresses in our neighborhood of siding jobs he and his team had completed that were excellent examples of high quality work. His team was so professional and friendly; showed up every day at the designated time, kept us posted on the progress and worked around our rather excitable 'puppers' when needed! The team was great - even advised when they thought something didn't quite look right on the trim they had just done one evening and Bob came right out; we all talked and the problem was fixed the next morning! The guys even took cell phone pictures for me of the old siding that they replaced with plywood per our discussion prior to them starting the project just to confirm that was completed. These folks have all worked together for years and it is evident in how much they enjoy working together and the pride they have in their work. Their integrity is evidenced by their actions - I can't say enough about Bob and his team! Our siding looks fantastic - couldn't be happier! Wish we would have done this years ago. And, I think the dogs miss the team coming over every morning. Carla Oh, they ordered/installed gutters to perfectly match the siding trim and it looks amazing too!

It took the better part of the day; but they did a professional job (cleaned up, etc.). The windows are wonderful - top quality! They were mindful of shutting rooms off (to save on air conditioning) and to close the gate so the dog would not get out. They are friendly & helpful, showing me how to adjust (open/close) the windows, etc. They made sure the alarm system was working when they were done.

The installers were on time and very professional. They worked hard to install the windows to perfection . They cleaned up any mess they made along with cleaning the windows after installation. I would encourage anyone needing windows and/or doors to contact this company. I will give this company an excellent recommendation in all areas. Thanks Bob and installers

He came out and showed me the window that he would put in. He measured and gave me the cost. Came back the next day with the guy who is over the crew who puts them in and measured again. He takes no money until the job is finished. It usually takes 2 weeks to order and receive the windows. He is in constant contact with you during the whole process. The crew who puts them in is very friendly and polite. They don't mind you watching them put them in. This is the second time I have use M. Rhodes Company LLC. The first time was eight years ago, and he replaced 24 windows. I contacted three different companies, before contacting him. He beat their prices by three to five thousand dollars. The windows have lifetime warranties. He is a very pleasant man to talk to and be around. He stays in touch to make sure you are satisfied. I also had some holes in siding from a tornado at another house and he replaced the siding for free. I would highly recommend this company.

I was referred to M. Rhodes Company from a previous customer after getting a quote for over $10,000 from another company. I was so happy when they came out and showed me the windows they offered and was even happy when the price was half of the previous quote. Installation went great!! The workers were very professional and cleaned everything up. They did a awesome job. We are so happy with our new windows that we have already referred the company to two different friends of ours.

The M. Rhodes Company did a fantastic job and was very efficient! They came out and gave me an estimate and when we made the decision to order the windows a week later they said it would be approx. 3 weeks for the windows to arrive. They were correct and came right out and removed each old window and replaced it with the new one. They even reinstalled my alarm contacts on my windows and ensured they all worked again. They were very good at cleaning up all of the mess on the inside and the outside and took it away so that we didn't have to do any of the clean up ourselves!

Installers were polite and friendly and worked until all windows were installed. They cleaned up afterward both inside and outside, rehung my blinds, and instructed me in how to operate the windows so they could be cleaned from the inside of the house. I was very satisfied with the quality of the windows and the workmanship of the installers. Love my new windows!!

The gable ends and facia were in terrible condition. The crew replaced rotten and missing wood and really made the house look good. The guttering was an excellent added touch. The job site was super clean when they left the job. They used quality materials and their price was best. I got a quote from someone else that I had used in the past, but M Rhodes was much more professional and had a better price. I am glad he was recommended to me by a friend who bought windows from him and I would highly recommend M Rhodes to anyone needing windows, doors, siding, or guttering.

Everything went great. With my new aluminum bronze windows, wicker siding and guttering, my house looks amazing. I could not be more pleased. It probably increased my property value by $10,000-$15,000. Everyone I had contact with was very professional and the work was beyond excellent. I always knew what was going on, and even with weather delays, it was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Bob&his team were a pleasure to do business with. They were fast&efficient. They were very professional&cleaned up well as they went along. It took two guys 4 hours to replace all 14 windows in the house!

Perfect could not be happier

Installation went smoothly and the crew was very professional. They were able to do the install on Saturday morning which worked with our schedule well. My utility bills have dropped about 40%, a much larger drop than expected. Product is high quality. We had an issue with locking a window. Bob was at our house within the hour and resolved the issue. This is a local owned business that has great customer service and quality.

We have a two story brick home with a large amount of wood siding and two covered porches. We had planned on getting vinyl siding to cover the wood for some time, but we were very nervous because we had no idea who to have it done by. We were telling this to a family member and he told us not to worry or look any more just call Bob Rhodes. He assured us that he would see that things were done with quality materials and installed correctly. We contacted the M. Rhodes company and made an appointment. Bob met with us and gave us what we considered a fair bid on the work to be done. Within 10 days the crew started the work on our home. The two gentlemen that performed the work on our home have both worked for the company for over 20 years and did what we consider a great job. The work they did was beautiful, they cleaned up every day and were very careful in the flower beds. They took down the guttering to do the facia and replaced it so no new gutters were necessary. The work did take a little longer to complete than expected due to bad weather, but they kept us informed throughout the process. Mr. Rhodes stated several times that he would only use the best materials and do thing as if it were his own home. Another important thing: He asked for no money until the job was completed to our satisfaction. The only glitch in the entire process is an item was replaced to one of the newly covered posts and screwed in lower that we would have liked. Without hesitation they replaced the covering on the post and re-attached the item where we wanted it. I understand that they do replacement windows as well. I would highly recommend the M. Rhodes company to anyone to have siding or windows done.

We are quite pleased with our new siding. It looks just like wooden lap board. Mr Rhodes came often to inspect as the installation progressed. We were also in touch by phone frequently as he answered any of our concerns and questions right away. Our neighbors are now talking about remodeling and have called to check on siding with Mr Rhodes. Our home is several different levels and was not easy to work on. We have not discovered even one flaw.The crew worked quickly; at times in winter weather. They cleaned up as they worked and left things neat and tidy at the end of each day. We have had contractors coming by to give us bids for a bath remodel; they all want to know who did the siding and who the manufacturer was. What a compliment from people who also install siding.

Pleasant experience! Workmen showed up on time and started right to work. Cleaned up as they finished each task. Windows were cleaned and sills were polished. They worked around six children and two rowdy dogs and never stopped smiling. We have had so many compliments from carpenters and contractors biding on other projects here at the house.

Everything went great. I didn't have any complaints. Rhodes was here when they said they would be. They were very professional and courteous. I feel they did fantastic work, and they stuck by the price they estimated in the beginning. I would recommend them to others.
