They were on time and finished when they said they would be. Left it all very clean and hauled off their trash. Customer service was exceptional.

Everything went great! They made my house look decades younger and took their time to do a good job on my siding and windows. I'll continue to recommend them to others as they have done a great job for other I know who used them.

Bob and his team are the simply the best! The most affordable and fastest team for installing the top rated windows. Don’t waste your time with Anderson or Pella….better yet get a quote from those big money businesses and then you will truly appreciate Bob and his team.

I would hire M. Rhodes Company 100 times over! Stacy’s work is immaculate, such a perfectionist. The crew was kind, professional and tidy. They truly do excellent work. Bob and Tara made sure they walked us through every step and that we were happy along the way. Thank you for all you did to give our home the make over it needed!

Called 5 different siding companies. 2 didn’t respond. The other 2 were the big name companies. Got estimates from the 2 big names. Seemed like used car salesman offering “special deals” for a few days only was quoted $62,000 and $58,000. My wife found M. Rhodes here on Angie’s list. Called them they came and gave an honest estimate (under what the big names did) $27,417. Very quick responses from Bob and his daughter Tara. They use high quality Mastic siding. Signed with them work started a week later. (Was told probably 10-14 days before it would start). Quoted 3-4 weeks to finish. Finished within time even with all the bad weather we had. His crew did an AMAZING job! Very friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend enough! I will be calling when I need windows! Thanks for a smooth fair transaction with quality work!!!!!

Everyone at his company was friendly, and respectful of both my property and my feelings. It looks great! My house has gone from the ugly house on the block, needing a lot of trim work replaced, to looking wonderful! Trim was replaced and covered, all areas were caulked well, and I now have an extra layer of insulation - and octagonal gable vents! Because of the extra trim work and caulk, my house cost more than just siding would have. I got quotes from a couple of other companies, and they were higher, plus this is a family business, so they care more about doing a good job than a large company, where you're just a number, and all they care about is getting done and moving on.

Purchased windows and and sliding doors from them. Very easy to work with and communicated great. Never had a question as to when things would happen. They were super fast and there was basically no additional work for me to do when they were completed. They cleaned up after themselves. Installer did a great job. They take pride in their work. I have use them for two houses now, and would use them again.

It was amazing. I have three cats and they helped me feel safe about moving the room to room during the install. They worked clean, they were kind and professional. And my windows are gorgeous! Best part… when I greeted them at the door, my door handle fell off. It had never done that before. Today, a day later, I noticed that they fixed it! That’s a class act boss move right there.

My husband and I constantly agree we made the right pick when choosing M. Rhodes LLC. They were straight to the point, no frills and sales pitches which we LOVED. The windows arrived about 4 weeks after we signed the contract and installed within 3 days. We had 26 windows to replace and they did an incredible job. We already feel a difference in the home and are happy in love! The light, the sound, the temperature is all a weight off our shoulders. We hope to work with them in the future when we decide we’re ready for siding to be replaced. I honestly wish they did roofs and everything else too with how incredible and stress free the process was.

We have used M Rhodes Company on three different homes over the last 25 years which included the replacement of siding, windows and storm doors. Most recently we wanted to replace twelve windows in our sunroom and a glass storm door. We received a quote and estimated timeframe for the order to be placed and installation completed. The price was great and the job was completed within the timeframe promised. They were really good about working with my schedule as well. We have recommended this company to many family members and friends over the years and all have been very pleased. I highly recommend this company!
