Bob and his crew were very particular about the quality of work and included me on any decisions that were needed as the work progressed. The crew was very nice and hard working. Bob made this experience very simple and we will be using him again on future projects.

Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing this company is!! Customer service was excellent, install team was professional, and everything was done in a timely manner. It only took about 2 weeks from the time we got the quote until the project was complete. And the price? Let's just say Rhodes pricing blows the other guys out of the water AND they provide a quality product. That is a rare combo these days. We are so happy with the pricing and results that we are already making plans for them to redo the siding on our house in the near future.

Every thing went as planned. Mr. Rhodes measured for 10-11 windows and gave me a free quote. The quoted price was 2 to 3 thousand less than another contractor I had come out. This helped me make the decision to add a storm door to the project. All windows and the door were replaced in one day. Quality work, quality product.

Stacy did a really good job installing the windows. Stacy was friendly and answered all my questions. He worked nonstop till they had them all in. When he had an issue he came and got me and showed me how he were going to fix it. Overall I’m very satisfied with their performance in the windows they sold me!

Initial consult went great. Showed up as scheduled and was very nice and informative. Bid, contract, and order was prompt and professional. As soon as windows were in, appointment set to install. M. Rhodes kept in contact all the way thru reporting on progress. When the installers arrived they immediately went to work. They protected the inside floors, outside ground, swept and vacuumed, and polished every window. The installers were great. The were kind, respectful, and worked hard continuously thru out the day. I am a perfectionist and they met my expectations. This house is a complete remodel and contractors can be a pain sometimes. Thanks M. Rhodes Company for your professionalism and commitment to excellence. And an extra thank you to Stacey, the lead installer, who is a perfectionist himself, for a job well done.

Bob came out and brought samples and discussed all our options and took measurements. We had a couple unique shaped windows and he came out with others a second time to ensure all measurements were correct. Two weeks later him and his team came and installed they were very professional and did an amazing job and followed up to make sure we were happy. Excellent the whole way.

The crew was excellent, on time, cleaned up perfectly, and made little noise. We couldn't have asked for a better result.

The removal and replacement of our windows went well, from beginning to end. M Rhodes delivered on all of their promises, from measurement, to ordering windows, and scheduling installation promptly. I had an exceptional experience working with M. Rhodes Company. They came out quickly to give me a quote (which was a LOT better than Champion Windows) and then when it came to install them their guy Stacey Parrot was as good as they come. He was a perfectionist and treated my home as if it was his own. I would use these guys again (and will use them again on another house I own.) I would not hesitate giving anyone a 'Great' reference for my experience with M. Rhodes Company.

Work was performed in a timely manner. the area was cleaned inside and outside when work was completed. It made a very attractive upgrade for my home. All personnel were very polite from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.

Great. Very professional & efficient.

The work went very well. They arrived when they said they would, finished the job on time and cleaned everything up. The windows are very nice and have made it much quieter in the house. I noticed that I can't hear the wind blowing now and we had 40 mph winds the day after they were installed. The installers were very friendly and worked well around my dogs. All in all it was a good experience.

Everything went extremely well from the bid process to the completion. We are so happy with everything and would recommend M. Rhodes Company, L.L.C. and their workers to anyone.

A salesman was at our house for an estimate the day after I called....and windows were installed 4 weeks later. Workman were neat and professional, and very prompt. We plan to call in a few months to have the rest of our windows replaced.

Great....Everyone was so nice. They were there when they said they would be. Each day they cleaned up after themselves before they left and even let me know they were done for the day. They removed and put in/on new windows, siding, fascia, shutters and gutters. It looks so new, fresh ad clean...like a new home. Thank you to Robert Rhodes and all of the workers. Installers did an excellent job, cleaned up area after installing each window including washing the windows/door, removing curtains and reinstalling them after each window was completed. I couldn’t be happier with my windows, storm door, or the entire experience. The owner was always very responsive to responding to any of my questions.

Great! Rain caused delay, but they worked late to make up for it and finish in a timely manner.

I literally did no research on the windows before hand which is unusual. I used this vendor solely based on the quality job they did on my next door neighbors house. My neighbor did all the research for me and I was not disappointed. They are completely professional. I left them alone and they worked until they were done. There was no cleanup and there was no mess. The windows literally made the difference between night and day inside the house. Due to storm windows, this is the first time I have been able to open a window in twenty years. The windows completely changed the look of the outside of the house. The windows are sliders and the open from either side (double sliders) and the screen moves depending on which side you open. The west side of my house is a hot box in the summer and I had them install 366 degree windows on that side and it has made a tremendous difference in the temperature inside the house. Professional, fast, and smooth transaction.

I recently requested a bid for new windows to be installed in my house. The price I was given was fair and reasonable and the windows were installed on time. The two gentlemen that installed the windows did an excellent job and cleaned up behind themselves. The flowers and scrubs on the outside of the house were not damaged and they also took the time to covered everything in each room inside, before starting to work. I would highly recommend them and appreciate there honesty and outstanding workmanship.
