This company is very professional and friendly. It was a large order yet took care of in a timely fashion. The installation crew did a great job. Lots of windows in various sizes all installed very well. Would recommend them to anyone anytime.

We live in an 80 year old home, which had very old and terrible aluminum windows. A family member referred us to the Rhodes Company. They measured each window twice for accuracy. The windows were installed when promised, which worked out well with my vacation days. The installers were careful, professional, and courteous. They took extra time to make sure that the caulking was complete and that each window was sparkling clean when they left. They cleaned up and vacuumed all the particles. A great experience and value that has already made our home quieter and warmer (note-it is 23 degrees right now and a winter storm is beginning). I especially love the frosted glass in the bathroom window. Do yourself a favor and consider using this very nice company. Mr. Rhodes personally came by and inspected the work afterwards to ensure that we were completely satisfied!

It couldn't have gone any better. From my first call to inquire until completion of installation of 21 windows was approximately three weeks. Very professional and personable. Mr. Rhodes had put siding on a different house for me approximately ten years previously so I knew I could trust him to do a great job. The installer (I am sorry I cannot remember his name) did a great job also. He kept me informed, put the blinds back up, cleaned everything, and hauled off the old windows. I highly recommend M Rhodes Company.

We have several rental properties that were all in desperate need of updating. We have used M. Rhodes Company several times before and have always been absolutely delighted with the results. They are extremely nice, professional, detail-oriented people. They make sure the job is done 100% correctly and that you are happy with the job before they collect payment. The first house we had sided looks brand new and before it looked really bad. Everything was covered absolutely perfectly and we couldn't be happier. Mr. Rhodes is great at communicating when the project will be started and completed. The crew he has working for him have been with him for over 30 years and they're so nice and excellent at installing vinyl siding. They are also very reasonably priced and through Mastic they guarantee their siding for life. It's an amazing value because the properties look brand new and we would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The installer was very professional. He did the job right and efficiently. We were impressed with the time he took to clean up afterwards and with how great our new windows looked! After shopping around at several other places for windows, we were very happy with the price we paid and the quality of windows we purchased. We needed seven windows replaced and shopped around for the right company to do it. A neighbor recommended M. Rhodes Company so I gave them a call and I'm glad I did! They were less than half the price of the nationally known company that came out first. Bob was very informative and communicated well about the process. The installer was quick and very meticulous. I couldn't even tell that he'd be there except for the new windows in place. As for the windows, my wife and I both commented about how much quieter the house seemed. I highly recommend M. Rhodes Company and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends.

We are very pleased with M. Rhodes Co. They gave a very fair price (the lowest bid of three). They kept us updated and informed of when to expect windows, checked on progress during the installation and after the install. The installer was a very nice fellow and very skilled at his craft of installing windows. He keeps your home meticulous during the install process and he is pleasure to be around. I am extremely pleased with the windows . They are lovely to look at and the house is so much quieter. I highly recommend this company to any one buying new windows.

The Rhodes Company is first class. They were very professional and walked us through the entire window installation process. We had 14 windows replaced. The quality of the windows for the total cost can't be beat. I would definitely use and probably will again when I need my siding replaced. We could not be more pleased with our new storm windows installed by the M. Rhodes Company LLC. I obtained quotes from four different vendors and Rhodes was not only the most economical by between $2,000 and $4,000 in comparison, but the Simonton windows were of superior quality, as evidence by a high Consumer Reports ranking. We had ten double-hung windows installed, seven measuring about 36" wide and 72" tall and three at about 36" x 52". From consultation, to selection, to scheduling the installation to cleanup, the work could not have been more professional, efficient and friendly. After the installation was completed, Mr. Rhodes made a follow up phone call to make sure we are pleased with the job. You don't stay in business for 81 years and have consistent rave reviews unless you're doing something right. The M. Rhodes Company definitely is. I highly recommend them for price and service.

Bob Rhoades and his daughter Tara were just what I needed to do the repairs on my home. My husband passed away a year ago after a short 3 year illness and I did not know how bad my house had gotten on the outside. Bob advised me on several matters that needed immediate attention. He and Tara offered help with color combinations and I love the way my house looks now. The 2 men that did the work on the house were very kind and sensitive to the special needs of my family. There was no mess to clean up when they were done for the day. Their quality of workmanship is excellent. They even took time to help me decide on what color paint to put where. Bob stayed in touch with me daily and inspected the job site almost daily. I was very comfortable leaving them alone with my home unlocked. I had gotten several estimates from others and M. Rhoades Co. was from $5000. to $12,000 cheaper. I would recommend them to anyone and have them back to my home anytime I need help with my house. When the painting is complete I will post before and after pictures. Great Company and Crew.

The two gentlemen that put in the windows and siding did a great job. They worked very hard, only took one break for lunch. The owners are very nice people. They offer a great product at a very fair price. They will respond back to you very quickly if you have a question. They come out and check as the work is being done. Please check them out before you purchase anywhere else.

The entire experience was terrific from start to finish. We received a recommendation through the NEXTDOOR APP. We had multiple bids from some of the well known companies like Pella and Anderson. Most were high pressure, vague on many items and wanted a contract today to get the best price. Of course the price kept going down when they thought we might not bite. We chose Rhodes LLC Company mainly because of the Owner Bob and his daughter. It was like talking to another family member. There was no price jockeying. They measured all the windows and gave us ONE price. Didn't try and over sell anything. Bob said that was the only way he does business which was music to our ears. Bob had been doing this for I think over 40 years. Took it over from his father back in 1931 if I remember right. The timeline from start to finish was exactly what they said it would be. He has used the same installer for many years. Brad and his brother were exceptional. Taking the old windows out was a bigger deal than I thought and these guys had everything under control. Cleanest and most efficient workers we had seen in a long time. Bob came out on several occasions to check on the progress. Could not find a flaw in the entire process. If you want an honest and hard working company this is the one for sure. Highly recommend.

Bob was great and offered and excellent price. He was very responsive and coordinated for his crew to come out and perform services without a hiccup other than one day of stormy weather. The installer, Stacey, performs great work. He performed the work as if it were his own home. He is very meticulous and is VERY thorough. He ensured all debris was removed and you could not even tell work was performed there other than wonderful looking windows! Overall, I would hire again. Bob's price was substantially lower (up to $1700 less) for flawless installation and a better window than the others were quoting me. I checked with two other companies and was underwhelmed. Bob was referred to me by a friend who highly recommended him. Here I am, HIGHLY recommending his services to all of those who are diligently performing their research before making a decision. You will not be disappointed.

The workmanship was well done. The installation went well and the workers were on time cleaned up after the work was done. Ray was efficient and very polite. Very satisfied with the quality and expertise of the work. My next project is windows and I will hire him to install them.

If you ever thought about replacing all of your home's windows but didn't for fear of the costs and/or quality - don't do what I did: nothing. Our home's windows were 35 years old with bad seals. We needed to replace 1 picture window, 7 large floor-to-ceiling casement windows, as well as, three single-hung bedroom windows. I knew quality windows would cost us and I held out little hope for a decent warranty. We might have well as asked for the moon. To our rescue was Bob Rhodes and his daughter, Tara! They handle Simonton windows [[*** Link removed ***] tops in JD Power, Consumer Reports...and we got superb windows, energy efficiency, and a fantastic warranty. Bob & Tara handle it all for you and have a great work crew. And did I mention we only paid $5200 for all of this? Pinch me!
