Very satisfied, job completed in total. Installation crew very professional & clean. This was our second installation of new windows with the M. Rhodes Co. (very much a great job well done). if we ever need anything done again I will be calling them.

Mr Rhodes was out to measure my windows within a day. I needed 13 windows replaced and 1 patio door. He gave me a price as soon as he was back to the office. The price was affordable. I only had to pay a partial deposit, the balance was due when service was finished. Mr. Rhodes had to order my windows, but kept in touch with me as to when the windows were in and when he would be out to install them. The Windows and patio door is an excellent product, very well made. The service was excellent. The installers were promt and curdious, and cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend M. Rhodes Co. to everyone. Top notch company.

The installers Stacy and Scotty were punctual every day, friendly and answered questions that we had. They even realigned the front screen door for us. The only issues/delays we had were due to the manufacturer not the installers. Mr Rhodes called and checked frequently about the job and asked if we had any issues or concerns to be addressed. Bob said he would address any problems that might occur. Bob also visited the job sight during the process.

Mr. Rhodes and his daughter Tara came out and gave us a quote to install siding on our single-story home. They showed us samples of the materials that would be installed and walked us around the house to make sure we understood exactly what would be done. They explained the installation process and answered all of our questions. Their crew showed up on time and were courteous and professional. The crew kept us informed during the installation process and made sure we knew how everything was going. Mr. Rhodes also came by during the installation process to make sure we were comfortable with everything. The siding installation was finished ahead of schedule and the crew did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. They walked us around the house and made sure we were happy with the siding installation.. Mr. Rhodes followed up with us after the job was complete and made sure we were happy with their work. It is nice in this day and age to work with a company that does what they say they will do and believes in good customer service. We could not be happier with the entire experience !

Arrived on time. Called ahead to confirm appointment. Estimate was concise and well explained. Windows were of good quality and priced reasonably. No surprises. Workers worked hard, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.

WONDERFUL! When I got home from work the first day, the new siding stood out. They had all of their tools neatly arranged in the back of my house and all trash/parts that they replaced were gone. The work was completed ahead of scheduled time. It looks absolutely beautiful. Everything was cleaned up and the siding made a HUGE difference in the appearance of my home. Bob and Terra are amazing to work with. Bob has the old time Customer Service that is almost extinct in our world today. It is nice to have a owner who cares as much as they do. To make positively sure that you are completely satisfied with their product and workmanship. I refer customers to them because I know who I refer will be completely satisfied with the quality of the product, the price, the installation and the remarkable customer service that they will receive. I was completely satisfied with the windows that they installed 9 years ago and now I am with this beautiful siding.

They did a great job. Mr. Rhodes and his daughter came by for the initial estimate and gave suggestions on colors to go with the main siding color I chose. I went with their suggestion and it looks really good. It took longer to install than expected because of the weather but I'm very satisfied with the work.

They installed 10 windows in one day.

We hired Mr Rhodes to do the windows on a remodel. The workers were so polite and professional. Since that job, we have had them replace the windows on another property, and install siding on another. They are prompt, professional, and clean up the job site. Great company!

They did a great job! They covered my furniture so it wouldn't get dusty, then completely cleaned everything up inside and outside. All I had to do was put my curtains back up. Would definitely use them again.

This project was our 2nd whole-house replacement of windows that we have had Bob do for us. On our first home we went with all double-hung vinyl windows (white) and 3 large picture windows. We were completely amazed at beauty, noise reduction (from previous aluminum windows) and energy savings we achieved from these windows. Bob beat the next closest price by $5k for the same quality windows! Using Bob and Tara for our next house was a no-brainer. Besides the exceptional value and service they offer with their windows and doors, they do business the old fashion way; their word is there bond and are just a delight to know as people. I have recommended them to many people who have considered window replacement. I wouldn't use anyone else!

They installers did a great job - professional, courteous, and took the time to do the job right. I'd easily recommend them and will be using them again for future projects.
