Mr. Rhodes kept me up to date and followed up after completion. The windows look fantastic—great service and communication from start to finish with this crew. The installation crew was awesome! They worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and were very helpful. I highly recommend I am very happy with the outcome.

This company is family owned & could not have been better to work with! They were helpful in selecting window color, design, etc. & continually kept in touch to update us on when windows were ordered, when they arrived, & when they would be installed. They also performed as promised, showing up when they said they would, & completing the job on time! Really well. This is the second time (different houses) we have hired M. Rhodes Company to replace windows for us. His response to our call was immediate and the windows were done in the time he quoted. Installation was completed quickly by Stacy and his crew and we were very happy with the results. Stacy and Scott did an excellent job installing the windows. They went above and beyond by fixing issues that were encountered because of damage that was caused by old windows. Iafter one day I can tell marked improvement in the amount of humidity in the house. Great product. Great staff from start to finish. Great price.

Bob and his daughter were very professional and helpful. They were always quick to respond. They even came over within an hour after the windows were installed to look over the work and make sure I was satisfied. The men who installed the windows were very professional and respectful. They cleaned up afterwards and did not leave behind any messes. The windows look amazing! I would highly recommend this company and will never use anyone else for windows.

Excellent. The installers did a great job in avoiding damage to my shrubs underneath the windows. There was a minor problem in reinstalling window blinds with the breakage of a plastic clip. Not a big deal except I was not told about the breakage.

M. Rhodes Co LLC did amazing work. Their pricing was more than fair and I never felt as if I was being taken advantage of like I did with other window companies. While other companies quoted me thousands of dollars more and a 6-8 week timeline, Bob quoted me a fantastic price and new windows were installed within two weeks. I would absolutely recommend them to do any work in the future.

They did an excellent job. I love the windows and doors they work a lot better then the old ones and on more leaks of air to get in or out. The sliding looks great. They did it in cream with out lining in dark brown looks real good with the brick. They have done jobs for a lot of my family and all of us have been very happy with there work. Great people to work with. I'm very happy with the price as well very reasonable.

Mr. M Rhodes visited my home and did a thorough walk-around with me and took extra time to explain the pros and qualities of the vinyl siding he would install. He pointed out areas of damaged wood and explained how it would be fixed. His estimate was within my budget & the amount was comparable to what similar projects would cost. The employees, Ray & Matt, were punctual, polite and informative. They found areas that needed extra attention that were hard to detect and they discussed the issue with me before they started working. Their finished work was exemplary and better than I ever imagined. I am extremely happy with the new look on my sunroom.

These guys did an awesome job. Stacey and Scotty were so professional. They showed up each day on time, and even worked around the crappy weather. Despite the fact that the old windows were in bad shape and damaged the casings, they made everything beautiful. I would definitely recommend these guys AND I would hire them again. Bonus: Before they left, they fixed our shoddy storm door, free of charge. That is some good service!

Great from start to finish!!! I have been dealing with M. Rhodes Company since 1998. This is the third or fourth visit. The work has been of high quality as are the products, workers are always very personable and professional. My experience has been excellent, I will use them again.

It was a great experience! Bob and his daughter were very helpful through the entire process. The two guys that worked on our home were terrific. Ray is the one I spoke to each day they worked on our house. I’m just sorry I don’t know the other young man’s name....he was great, as well. Ray was always very pleasant and was quick to ask if I had any questions or concerns. He always explained anything that they might need to change up a bit. I would definitely recommend M Rhodes Company for anyone needing siding for their home.

The whole process went very well. M. Rhodes Company LLC is awesome!! I love my new windows from the color to the quality. They did an amazing job.

I had heard of the Rhodes Company before and knew they had a good reputation. Mr. Rhodes and his daughter came to my house and measured, described the installation process and put in a bid. I chose the Mastic D-6 vinyl siding. He said he could be there in 2-3 weeks and I wouldn't pay until the work was done. The price was less than I expected and I signed the bid contract. Even considering the January weather he was there in 3 weeks, the crew was great to work with and they answered all of my questions (silly or not). After they were finished and picked up everything, I inspected their work and paid the amount on the bid. The shutters were on a later bid and were installed about a week later. My house now looks almost new. This is a great company to work with, they have different levels of product to choose from and Mr. Rhodes was very helpful in picking out the best colors to go with my odd colored brick.

This is a no brainer. Definitely call them and get a quote. They are great! Bob and Tara treat you like family and are good people. I have a house built in the 1960s, and I have used a lot of contractors. I feel M. Rhodes company is as good as any contractor I have used. They have great prices. Their employees do excellent work. Bob was always calling me and making sure everything was going well and making sure I was happy with everything. They are the kind of people who if there is a problem. I believe they will make it right. We didn't really have any problems with them. I got 3 quotes on windows. Their price was the best. The double hung windows they installed are awesome. The look great and the color matched my house. This was a major upgrade to the look of my house. It made it quieter inside. They have excellent thermal properties for energy savings on heat and air bills. I'm definitely glad I did this. The price was significantly better than their competitors. I already had siding partially installed on my house from about 5 years ago from one of their competitors before I heard about M. Rhodes. The competitor also did a great job and is a good company and good people. I was going to use them again to finish out the siding. I got a quote from them. This was an expensive project so I felt it would be wise to get more quotes. When I found M. Rhodes company, I realized they have the best reviews online. So I got a quote from them. M Rhodes had the best prices on windows, gutters and siding. I had 2 quotes on siding, 3 on windows and 2 on gutters. M Rhodes had the best prices by far. On this entire project, I ended up saving a LOT of money by going with M Rhodes. They have very reasonable prices, but what is great is they do excellent work. They are as good as any contractor I have used. Their work and products are A+ quality. They are good people. Treat you well. My house looks soo much better in my opinion. I won't have to deal with ever paying someone to repaint my house again. I feel this really added curb appear and resale value to my house. The functionality of the windows is great. I hardly ever used my old ones, but these new ones are great and have a lot of features which make them easy to use. In my opinion, these upgrades were worth the money and hopefully will save me on my energy bills going forward. I can already feel the difference in heat transfer by putting my had up to the window. My old windows would feel very cold if it was cold outside, but these new windows maintain the inside temperature. I would rate the experience with them as an A+ in price, quality, responsiveness, and all aspects. I later found out that Bob had done siding on 2 or 3 of my grandpas rent houses years ago, and they had a great experience with him as well. My wife found out that her coworkers also had previously used Bob and they said he is great as well. My wife and I both had a wonderful experience and highly recommend M Rhodes. This is a no brainer. Call them right away and get a quote. I'm so happy I did, and so is my pocket book!
