Description of Work: Covered eaves, windows and doors with siding so I would not have to paint up high anymore.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Rhoades end of June about fallen siding with rotted wood underneath on front porch. I don't have construction experience so I tried to explain the situation as best I could. He proceeded to tell me 3 times in conversation that his business had 76 yrs experience. That's why I chose to his business to evaluate the situation and provide an estimate. After my explanation he said they were were not in the construction business although they would replace the fascia board if that was the case. I offered to take picture of problem. He said they could not come out until Friday 7/8/16, and I said that was fine. He never showed, never called. A simple phone call or explanation as to why he couldn't handle this would have been accepted. My husband then called another provider on Angie's list who was very busy but showed up following day after phone call. He has our business and because of his professionalism we chose to give him more business on our 4500 sq ft home.

Description of Work: Bob came out and quoted the initial job. Once the bid was accepted, he came back out to make sure he knew exactly what I expected. His crew came out the following two days and knocked out the work in a timely and efficient manner. Bob came back out the day work was complete to make sure everything was up to not only my satisfaction but his as well. His crew showed up just a few hours later to complete some things that even I didn't notice. I spoke with his crew during the job on and off. They were always courteous and wanting my absolute satisfaction. I recommend and will use Bob's company for any of my future needs.
