We could not have been more pleased with the service, professionalism and friendly service.

I called King Pest Control on Labor Day to find and remove what I thought was a dead animal in the attic. They called all of their technicians to try to find one who was in town for the holiday. They called back to set up an appointment for the next morning. After calling before he came, John arrived early. He was able to determine what the source of the stench was and removed it. He then cleaned the area with a bleach solution and counseled me about how to prevent this from happening again. I would not hesitate to call King Pest Control again for any problems related to animal removal, pest control, or bee swarms.

It was altogether a good experience. Several other people were booked and I called King based on a referral from another pest control company. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate our very short deadline, and he arrived promptly and proceeded to conduct a VERY thorough inspection of the house and yard. He took the job seriously and provided me with a full report of everything he did find (thankfully, no termites!) and gave me estimates for treating some of our glaring issues. He also answered all our questions thoroughly and knowledgeably. I plan to call him in the near future to get rid of the ants that have infested our yard.

We have had such poor experiences with several exterminators that I opted to try this company, due to reviews on this site. The tech. arrived on time and was most professional in customer service and competency of the service. We would use them again.

Other neighbors had/have termites so I looked on Angie's List and found King Pest Control, made an appointment for the following day. Matt (King's rep) was on time, very thorough in his examination of my property, showed me where I had termites (the signs to look for), and explained several options for treatment. I chose the Exterra system with 24 month monitoring as some neighbors do not treat their houses and I did not want a repeat of the problem. Matt was very professional in his demeanor and thrifty in his work.

The service went great, and I appreciated that Josh did not try to sell me any extra services or put our house on a contract. I will call them again if we have more trouble.

Three workdays before our scheduled closing, the mortgage backer decided we had to have a termite inspection in order to close on our re-finance. I called 3 companies who said they couldn't do the inspection on such short notice. Then I called King. The office manager immediately tried to help. She contacted the owner and persuaded him to help us. Although all his technicians were booked for the next couple of weeks, he promised to be at our house at 9:00 a.m. the next morning. He showed up on time, explained what he would be doing, put coverings over his shoes and got to work. After a very detailed inspection of every inch of our interior, he went outside and inspected everything there. In an hour he was done and was able to provide the documentation we needed. Although he pointed out the presence of various types of ants and spiders, he didn't once press us to hire him for more services. He simply explained what could be done for us and gave us prices. Then he left. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and we will be asking him to come back and do some of the treatments he can provide.

Guy that came by was professional, punctual, and friendly. He knew his bugs! So far expectations have been met. Will continue to use there service in 3 month follow up.

King Pest Control came in and sprayed for these bugs and did a pretty good job. They came back 3 months later and sprayed again. We haven't had the problems since, so I think they're a reliable company.

The guy who came from Kings Pest Control was informative. He asked if we had pets or children and explained the dangers some chemicals may have. He was very prompt in returning my call. He was professional and efficient. I have used this company in the past and would recommend them to others.
