KING PEST CONTROL

Champ showed up on time to perform annual inspection for termites. He has done a good job before at our home. He is meticulous and professional. Plus knows everything about pests of all kinds. He takes his time. And all this while training a new employee.

Bait and traps set out. No mice found. Good news.

The mama raccoon was a very smart animal and she had her kits in an area not accessible to humans. The babies cried when they were hungry and the mother was frequently scratching and digging. All this above our family room ceiling. But John was great and very persistent. He knew a great deal about raccoons and their habits. After several visits the mama was persuaded to move her family to a different location. John has helped us before with a squirrel problem. He is great.

They were good. We had used them back in January, I think; anyway, we had moles in the yard. We had to call them back and we had a warranty or something or the other, and had to pay another $50. I think we paid them $300 the first time and this time it was just $50. But they were right out here when they said they'd be, and I guess everything's fine.

So far they have trapped two critters and they do arrive promptly to remove the animals

We've used King Pest Control a couple times now to spray the interior and exterior of our house. Their price was one of the lower quotes I received and they were by far the most responsive to my inquiries. We've traded a few emails and they always responded to each email and phone call. They were the easiest to work with on scheduling - the ease of scheduling was actually the reason I ended up going with them initially. Their serviceman showed up exactly when he said he would and was quick and thorough.

They come out every three months. The job was very quick. They were in and out. The insect spray that they used was pet friendly. The chemical that they used does a very good job. I have not seen any spiders or insects in the home since I started using them. They are very cordial. They are timely.

We live in an old home (1929) and suspected squirrel activity after hearing noises between the 1st floor ceiling and the 2nd floor. An obviously hard-to-reach area of any home, especially an old home with plaster walls, etc. After inspecting the property, the person who was sent out on the call told us that we have mice. He had found some droppings in the basement and a couple of other areas. In his words, "...no idea how to deal w/ it if they're in the ceiling, it'd be a trick." And he left it at that. No treatment plan, no traps - nothing. Said he hadn't been in an house this old for years. But he went ahead and gathered the money (granted, it's a service call, right?) and left. Not really happy that I'm going to have to call someone else (hopefully more competent and helpful) out to my house and yet again, write another check. Very disappointed.

Within a week, all the squirrels were gone!! The gentleman I dealt with (owner?) was very professional and knew what he was doing. It was not cheap, but definitely money well spent!!

Very professional and easy to work with, when I had a scheduling problem very accommodating on rescheduling the appointment. This was an all day job with two workers, but the owner showed up by himself when his employee was absent and worked his tail off to complete the job. He was also excellent at explaining the job and future actions needed to prevent the infestation again.

I called King's Pest Control on a Wednesday and explained my problem. The lady on the phone asked some questions to clarify and then scheduled my appointment for the following day. I was impressed at how quickly they could fit me in. She then explained in detail what I needed to do to prepare for the exterminator and also told me exactly what he would be doing. She told me the name of who would be coming. When the guy arrived he was on time, and very professional. He explained very thoroughly what he would be doing and why he was doing it. He was very thorough. He explained how to prevent future infestations and what to look for and how long it would take for this treatment to be effective. I was so pleased with the entire interaction.

Following all of the late spring rain, we were having trouble with insects, mostly spiders. I looked on Angie's list and found this provider. They had good reviews and offered a discount so I decided to try them out. I called to schedule a visit. The young lady who answered the phone was very professional and courteous. She asked a few questions, gave me information and an estimate of $95 to spray. With their $20 off 1st timers, the whole service was $75. She was able to schedule me the next day. The technician appeared within a few minutes of the estimated time and was very thorough in his work. We live on an acre so have a large perimeter around the house. He even went a few extra feet out from their usual to give us good coverage. I haven't seen a living insect anywhere near here since then. And we were pretty close to "arachnophobia" levels before they provided the service. They did a great job all around!!!! Will definitely have them back out.

The young man from King Pest Control showed right on time. He was professional, found the closet where the spiders were entering, sprayed the entire house, garage and outside perimeter and gave me a 90 day guarantee should any spiders appear. Excellent service and pest protection for a great price.

Overall, King Pest Control did a great job. I called them on the weekend and left a voicemail. Early Monday morning, they returned my phone call and scheduled an appointment to have my home treated for the spiders. When the agent arrived, he was prompt and professional, explaining everything he was doing. He had a lot of experience with the brown recluse spiders that I had a problem with. Total treatment time was under 1 hr. They went into my attic, crawl spaces, closets, garage, around the perimeter of the entire house as well as all the interior rooms. Nothing was left to chance. The price was actually less than what Orkin wanted but a bit higher than Terminix. However, I don't trust Terminix so I didn't use them. Read my Terminix review for more info. I am very happy with the service provided by King Pest Control and plan on using them again for quarterly treatment.

I had a $20 coupon. The guy seemed fairly friendly. He showed up when he was supposed to and started spraying so I don't really have a lot to say what I liked about him. There wasn't anything that I disliked.

Back in Dec 2011 we contracted King Pest Control to start a monthly maintenance program at my ageing parents home. They had seen some "water bugs" in one of their bathrooms. King came right out and took care of them. They also found evidence of mice in the garage. They put down some glue traps, just in case. They stopped by a few days later and sure enough, Mice on the traps. Well there are no mice now or water bugs. I feel so comforted that King is taking care of my parents pests needs now that they can not. They have taken such wonderful care of my family over the last 10 years that I just can't say enough great things about them. If you knew me, you'd know that I usually can find fault with out hardly looking. I don't know anyone more particular than I am. The level of professionalism and reliability is unmatched in there industry. They are always reasonable with their pricing and have wonderful warranties.

We heard noise in the attic and called a couple of animal removal companies. Kinf was the closest and most readily available. They took care of the problem quickly and we have not had any problems ever since.

I have been using them for close to three years. They are reliable. I will continue using their services in the future.

I called Kings Pest control because i was hearing noises in the attic. They were there within a hour and discovered I had mice int he attic. They sent out a technician within a couple of hours and they are scheduled to come out and check the bait and traps for the next 3 weeks. They also sprayed the house for bugs for only an additional $10.00. They were very thorough and hit every part of the house. I am extremely impressed with this company and would recommend them and also use them for my pest control services.
