King's Green Cleaning

I'm still waiting for the promised phone call ! Three weeks. Granted, I am relocating from a different geographic area of the U.S. My experience is that companies respond to customers' inquiries, whether the inquiry is via internet or telephone; whether the response is affirmative or negative. I am learning through experience that OKC in general is not as tech- nor consumer-responsive as the region I left. Yet, I expect to receive a telephone call, when I am advised that I will receive a call. My review of this company is strictly the absence of customer service. I have no idea how this company cleans homes.

Amy went out of her way to fit our home into her busy schedule. The cleaners arrived on time and cleaned the house very well. We would have no problems recommending them to others. Thanks Amy!

They were delightful, quick, and efficient. I will be using them regularly in the future.

Jennifer and Kim were on time and all smiles. They needed very little direction, did a good job, and put in their full two hours. I would be happy to have this team work for me agin in the future.

The cleaners were on time, professional and very nice. I had no reservations letting them into my home and would use them again. My house hadn't been dusted in a long time and while it was clean, it wasn't CLEAN if you know what I mean. When the folks from Kings left it was CLEAN. I purchased 6 hours of time and two cleaners showed up and worked for 3 hours. I had never used a cleaning service so I really didn't know how long I needed for them to clean the whole house. They asked what was most important to get done and they started there and began working down the list. The ladies worked non-stop for the 3 hours. I'm now considering having my house cleaned on a regular basis because of how happy I was with the service from King's.

The rent house was very dirty and knowing that they could not clean everything in 3 hours I specified what I wanted cleaned. They ended up cleaning what I told them to not bother with and so did not have time to clean what I told them to. They did clean the bathrooms and a little of the kitchen but none of the tile floors in those areas. I was not satisfied with the job done or the price I paid.

King's was very responsive and scheduled my service right away. They were also flexible -- we had them clean an empty house before we moved in, and so we didn't need the floors cleaned because we were about to dirty them up moving in furniture and boxes, so they we traded their standard floor service for interior window cleaning instead. They did a great job getting all of our drawers and cabinets cleaned out, plus the regular stuff like getting the bathrooms and kitchens clean. They had some extra time, and so they ran the vacuum on our carpets and swept our hardwood and tile floors as well. Good customer service, quick scheduling and quality cleaning work.

Kings Green Cleaning has been cleaning my home bi-weekly for approximately 3 months. I wanted a cleaning service that would arrive with at least two workers that would be able to clean my downstairs area in a couple of hours. They have accomplished this very well. Most weeks there have been three staff members, but never less than two. They text me when they are on their way to my home so I know when they will be arriving. The cleaning has been very good and it is twice as good as the job I was doing when trying to clean my home myself. Most weeks they have completed their work in about an hour and a half. They get to work immediately upon arrival and they work continuously until they are finished. Notes were made at the initial consultation about items that they needed to be aware of (i.e.two of my tables cannot have wet products applied) and so far there has been no problem with that. I had tried finding housecleaning in the past, mainly by word of mouth. Usually those referred to me were self-employed, worked alone and were somewhat unreliable, both with the day and time of arrival. I wasn't sure I would like going with a professional company, but I love it. Kings Green Cleaning is a real business and conducts their business professionally. Each week a supervisor arrives with the crew. They try to schedule the same supervisor to your home each time they are scheduled to clean. The supervisor knows the ins and outs of what needs to be done in your home and so far I have had the same supervisor. Sometimes the crew may be slightly different, but with a regular supervisor you get consistent housecleaning for your home. I am very happy with this business.

The cleaning crew arrived on time, greeted me warmly and introduced themselves. We spent a few minutes going over what i needed done and they went right to it.

The crew members were attentive, cooperative, prompt, and courteous. I would have liked to have them for an additional hour, for a deep cleaning of the one room we did not have time for. I expressed my hope that I would be able to arrange for that particular job some other day when schedules allow.

Kelsey and Amy were punctual, personable and hard working. I would definitely recommend them.

They were scheduled to come on Monday, but were shorthanded so we rescheduled for Thursday. I was given an extra hour of cleaning, since I had been inconvenienced with the rescheduling. The two ladies arrived on time. They did a good job, although they were unable to clean the entire house (2500 sq ft) in 3 hours. One of my full baths was not done. Next time, I will know to schedule for more time. I do plan on hiring them again.

Services were very professional - missed only one spot but accidently left cleaning cloth there so I think it was about to be done but then accidently missed - it was no big deal. Getting ready to schedule another appointment soon.

Amy and her team were wonderful to work with. We would definitely use King's Green Cleaning again. I bought the 6 hour package for a deep clean, so 3 girls came out and cleaned for 2 hours. I walked them through my expectations for them and they performed great. I came home to a spotless house that didn't smell of chemicals after being cleaned. Highly recommend and would use again.

It went fine. If I needed someone in that area, I would use them again.

I recently moved into my home and was hosting a party for out of town guests on the 4th of July. Since I just got to the area, I searched Angie's List for house cleaning services and read the great reviews for King's Green Cleaning. I called and spoke to Amy to see if there was ANY way to schedule cleaning for Friday, the 3rd (she was incredibly pleasant, professional and responsive). She let me know that they are typically booked on Friday, but asked if she could call me back in a few minutes. She worked her magic and scheduled my service for first thing Friday morning - all with a couple of days notice - right before a holiday weekend! Debbie and Scott arrived a few minutes early and had equipment in hand and were ready to start as soon as I opened the door! They were efficient and thorough. They did not waste time. Debbie was even able to remove stains that I was certain I would have to just live with. They were incredibly friendly and my weekend was a great success, due in large part to Amy's ability to fit me and to the incredible job that Debbie and Scott did on my house. I will definitely use them again - and often!

The house cleaning experience was great. The team assigned to my house were all very friendly and were willing to listen to special instructions I had for certain areas. The team worked the entire time I was there. They all seemed to have their area and went right to work. The first meeting I had with Amy King was great and I could tell from that meeting that this company values their customers. I had to leave before they were finished but, when I came home my house just felt clean. That is how I like it to feel "clean". Thank you King's Green Cleaning!!!

Worked steady for little over a hour. Three people went right to work as soon as the showed up. Came earlier than we had been texted, but still workable. Very through and fast... This was our second time and we scheduled another next month. We are on a Bi-Weekly schedule. Great to do business with....

It went great! Very professional and paid attention to the small details and got everything extremely clean. I work from home and they did a great job of not being loud and noisy like other cleaners had been. Everything went well and would recommend them to anyone. Amy called after they were done to make sure that everything was done how we wanted it. Will be using them on a regular basis.

We contacted King's Green Cleaning about doing a full house, deep clean and they quickly responded. Amy King came out and toured the house with me. She spent almost an hour getting to know us (and for us to get to know her) and asked lots of questions about how we wanted things done. This made us feel much more comfortable with her and her kind and professional persona definitely sold us on the quality of service they would provide. Her team (three people) worked hard for 3+ hours and it was worth every penny. We are so busy that we haven't had the time (or motivation) to really take care of things and these women really brought our house back to where we wanted it to be. Everything looks beautiful and smells great! I look forward to having them come again in a few weeks and hope that we will have a long relationship with this company.

the two ladies showed up 15 minutes early and told me exactly what they were scheduled to do. They worked straight for two hours and did a wonderful job. Very personable women whom I would ask for again when I need the service again. Also thank you Amy for the great communications on getting this job scheduled and completed.

Punctual. Dependable. Experienced. Very detail minded. Use safe products. They even fold my toilet paper ends in to a point (I love that part). They make it easy and it feels wonderful to come home on Fridays after they have been in my home!

Regular cleaning crew is dependable, friendly, and thorough.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from King's Green Cleaning. Amy (owner) was very courteous and professional. She took time to personally come to my house and give me a very detailed quote. The girls that came out were very nicely dressed and friendly. Most of all they were trustworthy. I felt very comfortable leaving them in my home unattended. They did a fabulous job! They paid attention to details that I myself have overlooked for years. I cannot be more pleased with this wonderful company. Nothing better than coming home after King's Green Cleaning has been there. I will tell everyone I know about their amazing service.
