King's Green Cleaning

I really wanted this to be great. I had used King's Green Cleaning in the past and was pretty pleased with the cleaning itself until I realized the cleaners were stealing pain medication from my medicine cabinet. I immediately discontinued the service and notified the owner. Fast forward several years, I decided to give them a second chance and hired them to do a deep clean in my home. I was expecting sparkling kitchen, sanitized bathrooms, dust, vacuum, sweep, and mopping. When I got home they had broken my range hood, and not swept or mopped any of the floors. They turned on my Neato (floor robot) and let it do the work for them. I notified the company of the issue and sent pictures as well. I was notified by and employee who said she normally checks in to see how things are going but that day she did not and she said she was going to talk to the owners about it. I received a call from her while I was at work that I could not take at that moment and called the number back. This time I got one of the owners Amanda. I also sent the pictures to Amanda, and told her what had happened. There was a pretty descent amount of outrage and a promise to make things right on her end. She told me she was going to call the other owner and figure something out. This was on a Thursday. Friday, and the Weekend go by with no word. I get a notification that my credit card had been billed in full for the service. I send a text and email to the owner that I was about to complete my google review link online that they had sent. Suddenly get a call apologizing for not getting back with me and telling me they were going to refund my credit card back a portion of the fee for the work that was not completed. As of today, it has been 10 days since this conversation and I still have not been credited back and despite reaching out to them 2x no one has responded to me. When I tried to leave my google review with the link they sent me, they had deactivated it and blocked me. I absolutely can not recommend this company and will never do business with them again.

Awesome! They did a fantastic job. I will be using them regularly and recommending to all my family and friends.

My first experience with professional cleaners went well

The crew arrived early. They sent three people to clean my 1975 sq ft house. It took a couple of hours to complete. The house wasn't super dirty, but I wanted to treat myself. I'm so glad I did. The house felt new again. No dust, no grime, and they even cleaned the oven as an extra request. The only thing they didn't do was vacuum under the couch cushions. I could have called and had them come back, but I didn't care too much. It's something I can easily do. I would highly recommend them again.

The crew was very professional. They did a great job and the house looks wonderful. My kitchen and both of my bathrooms are so clean. The floors are vacuumed and mopped. I will call King's Green Cleaning again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good cleaning.

As a person who loves to clean but can't because of hip problem , the ladies only left an hour ago, fabulous great job so professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them, great value for money, I could not find fault. I'm sitting on the couch and looking at my apartment with pride . Great job on the blinds and they even smell lovely. They did a reasonable job of cleaning. They did miss some spots in the showers but we will just have to specify for them to focus on that the next time.

The crew is always very pleasant and have a great relationship with my dogs. The quality of their work is wonderful. The company is very professional and works with me anytime I need to make adjustments to my service. I will continue to use them to take away my housecleaning stress.

The owner lied and stole an extra $55 dollars from my credit card! She said "$210, give me your credit info and we will depart ways". I called her after the transaction and said you lied to me! I told her to make it right, but she didn't care ( We had words before this on the amount she was charging, she was mad didn't want to argue with me, that was when she finally said ok $210 give me your credit info and we will depart ways! Then she steals $55 by charging my account $265 and I was overdrawn on my account!

They did a great job. I would definitely use again!

The crew was easy to direct, and they did a fantastic job on taking care of trouble spots such as the microwave.

Service could depend on the team you get. I have a co-worker who lives across town and he says they've been working with this company for years with no issue. I did not have the same experience. I requested the kitchen (including the oven) and master bathroom be cleaned. I asked for the floors to be cleaned in both rooms. One person vacuumed the living room floor (hardwood), then half way wiped down the kitchen table (no attention to the legs or lower shelf on the table). The kitchen floor received a quick wipe down, at least half of it did- the other half didn't get anything. The lady that cleaned the oven did some impressive work for not having oven cleaner, but it's not what I would consider complete by any means. The sides and back of the oven are not clean. Given she didn't have the tools, I don't think she had enough time to complete this in the hour allotted. The lady that worked in the bathroom is the primary reason for my frustration. Neither the floor nor floor boards were touched; two of my hand towels went missing, and several others had to be thrown out as they were used as cleaning supplies and permanently stained. I just bought these in January, so I'm not too thrilled. Most of this was communicated to the owner except the details about the hand towels being missing, and the others damaged. I didn't know for certain if the hand towels were actually missing at first, and the damage only showed up after I washed the others, though I did tell her they used my face towels as cleaning supplies. To her credit, she did offer to send another team back out, which I very much appreciate, but I'd rather not risk repeating the scenario. Also - I don't recall seeing this anywhere before I paid - but when I tried to schedule the owner told me they only work M-F, 8-5. It took several weeks to get on the calendar for a Friday afternoon appointment. Again, maybe it was just a one off bad experience, but personally I won't be repeating it.

At the end the cleaning crew called debbie and she told them to charge 200 dollars i was shocked and refused to pay so they call her and she negotiated to 120 dollars about 60 dollars above her max bid, i attempted to talk to Amy on 2 occasion and asked Debbie to have her call me , she never did.... I will not be using them again

Fantastic!! I enjoy having the same people come by and clean my house every two weeks. They really know what makes my wife happy.
