I met with Amy King to get an estimate. She explained the company services and procedures. We went through the house where I described special cleaning items and she explained their general cleaning services. Three days later the cleaning was done as promised. I'll definitely use King's Green Cleaning services again!

They did a great job. They were prompt, professional and I was very pleased. I have them now scheduled every 2 weeks to clean my home.

I hired King's Green Cleaning to do bi-weekly cleaning services at my house. My house is approximately 3400 square feet, with lots of tile floors and knick knacks. I had a housekeeper, but I was unhappy with her services. So I spoke with the owner, she came out promptly and gave me a quote. She quoted a and quot;deep cleanand quot; price that I felt was reasonable and they came out and did a top to bottom cleaning. They came again last week for the regular cleaning. They move all the items, clean, and replace them. They change the sheets on the bed. They vacuum and mop the floors, and use my Bona mop for my wood floors. The house is clean and I am proud to say I have a housekeeper(s) again. I was home for spring break with the kids, and the housekeepers were quiet and did not disturb us. We moved out of the room where they were cleaning. They dust really well, and the house is clean. The only complaint I had was they wouldn't give me a definite time they would arrive. Not much of a complaint, I know. I am keeping them on to clean my house from now on.

The owner, Amy King, evidenced interest in the job by scheduling a personal meeting the day after my call. The first meeting fell through because of a mix-up around my address. Amy and I scheduled another meeting the next morning. She toured my home with me and pointed out the areas of focus covered in the residential cleaning protocol and discussed products used as well as her staff, business practices and philosophy. Additionally, she managed to work in a cleaning for my home within a few days. I especially appreciate this because my home was cleaned on December 24th, just prior the the day I was expecting house guests. It gave me freedom from housecleaning and allowed me to prepare for guests in other ways. The cleaning itself--Amy's crew removed items from countertops, cleaned the entire area, then replaced the items. Carpets and rugs looked like new. Also the blinds had not been cleaned for a LONG time so it really pleased me to have the dust removed from them. Additionally, I continue to appreciate the ability to see clearly through my glass doors. After the cleaning, I had two requests for areas that were missed (some spots on the kitchen floor and soap scum left on shower doors). Amy reports that these areas will be addressed on the next visit. I was very happy to have a sparkling clean home for myself and my guests, and I have already set an appointment for the next cleaning. ,

Overall, it has gone really well. They are good at communicating to confirm appointments.They pay attention to and remember special instructions for the way we like things cleaned and the way we like them to leave things when they are finished. They don't miss details like cobwebs or smudges. They don't use smelly chemicals to clean that require me to air out the house when they are finished. They appear to look at the room they are cleaning for things that need cleaning instead of merely doing a routine and leaving dirt behind.

They did a very good job. It was a good experience. They asked for us to fill out a survey after they completed the cleaning, which I liked because it showed they cared about how well they did.

I have been very pleased with King's Green Cleaning. The people I used before were only here about 45 minutes to clean my whole house. King's is here for at least 2 - 2 1/2 hours. They do a very thorough job. They even fold the tissue like they do in a fancy hotel. I am using them on a weekly basis now, but don't always have them do the whole house. They are very professional and I would recommend them highly.

The job went well. The owner of the company, Amy, is very easy to communicate with. I have been using them only for a month. They come every other week.
