From my first conversation with the owner, Amy, I have been nothing but pleased. The team leader is always the same, so I get consistent and professional service. When I had other services, the house smelled like chemicals after the cleaning. King's does not use harmful chemicals, which I appreciate with my toddler. If you need cleaning in OKC/Edmond, then you cannot go wrong with King's cleaning.

Punctual, amazing service at all times. The cleaners came on Friday, greeted us and started working. Made sure everything was clean. We have a dog and they worked around her jumping around everywhere. Again as always, good service.

Amazing! They come and are friendly, clean, and organized. There is a team leader who is always there to help supervise. They even are friendly toward the dogs and children.

Amy's staff are amazing. They are kind and unobtrusive. They walk in the door and immediately get to work. There is no gabbing or smoke breaks. It's always straight down to business. They wipe down things I never remember (like backsplash) and they always do some small touches that make me smile, like arranging the stuffed animals on the kids beds in cute arrangements or folding the TP in the bathrooms with hotel triangles. They are eager to please and on the one or two occasions when something was missed they show up the next day with smile on their faces, apologize sweetly and jump right in to take care of the task quickly. I could not recommend this team more highly. They are consistent and also very good with my annoying dog who sometimes stays inside the home with them while they work. I am certain we are terrible clients, but this company makes me a better mother and wife. I am a better person for having them in my home.

Overall the services performed went well. This was their first visit to clean. The crew arrived within the agreed to time frame, and all crew members were cheerful, friendly, respectful, and professional. They worked the entire time they were here and were careful how they went about the cleaning operation. Overall they did a good job in cleaning the house, and were very efficient. They actually did more then I expected them to do. I will use them again.

King's Green Cleaning cleaned my house better than any other service I have used. Showed up on time and went straight to work. Moved items to clean under not just around and put things back where they belong. The bonus was that they even vacuumed the dog beds!! Very satisfied!! And so happy to have found a reliable home cleaning service!!

Amy came out and gave me an estimate last fall, and we discussed on what I wanted them to focus. I needed help with dusting and floors mostly while my house was being remodeled. They were very good. I had them come bi-weekly at first due to the construction, and now they come every other week. They are professional,and they use pet and people friendly cleaning products. The house always looks great when they are done. The house does not smell like a lot of strong chemicals. It only smells clean!

Two employees from King's Green Cleaning clean my house every other week. They are incredibly professional and show up on time or early at every scheduled cleaning. They do an amazing job cleaning my floors, which tend to be very messy due to a toddler and two dogs. After they clean, my house smells amazing and looks amazing. They price they charge for cleaning services is very reasonable. I will continue to use King's Green Cleaning to clean my house, and I plan to begin using them to clean my business as well.

They did a wonderful job and were extremely personable. The initial cost was higher because of total cleaning and getting set up for future cleaning. The cost will drop substantially in the future. Very pleased with this company. Have used others in the past but always had a problem with inefficiency or lack of professionalism. I dislike paying for a job that was not done as promised. These ladies are professional and know their job. Will continue to use them on a bi-weekly basis.

These ladies are quick, efficient and thorough. I have now been using them for about a year and I couldn't be happier. We have them doing our office as well. Convenient to have professionals that are licensed, bonded and respectable. Love this service. Trust them to take care of our home, our office and my daughter has also started using them. So good with animals. Don't have to worry that they will be mean or that I would have to lock up the dog before they can come. I highly recommend them.

My new place needed an extra thorough first clean and the price was more than fair. Contacts with management are very professional. Amy King came to the house to explain what and how cleaning would take place and I liked her preciseness. The 2 cleaners were exactly on time, brought their own equipment and thoroughly worked through the house quietly and polite. I will keep on using their services every other week.

Amy made an appointment with me to see the house and give me an estimate. She asked me what all I wanted done. I explained that I couldn't keep up with the constant dusting and floor cleaning with the contractors in and out of the house. She gave me an estimate on what it would cost. The estimate was about the same as the other 4 cleaning services I contacted. She is easy to work with. We scheduled a time for the cleaning crew to come. Unfortunately that is the same time my contractors and granite people decided to show up, but Amy's crew worked and still made my house look and smell so much better. Now that the dust part of the remodel should be over, I am looking forward to seeing what they can do when people aren't in their way!

I am scheduled with them for 3 man hours of cleaning each time they come. I have been using them for about 3 months now. The cleaners pay a lot of attention to detail and I really appreciate that.

Was recommended by Amy's sister-in-law who owns Two Green Chicks since I was outside Two Green Chicks' service area. Had an appointment for Amy to come by and give an estimate. They called to reschedule the estimate. On the reschedule date, she never showed up. I called and left a message and no one ever called me back. If you forgot about our appointment, at least return a phone call and say you forgot and offer up an apology.

We were mostly happy but there were a couple of things that weren't done well the first time, but were more thorough the next time. They did a decent job for our new job but they were a little higher on price than the other house even though it was a little small. So we found someone else that was a little more reasonable and thorough. We didn't have a bad experience with them overall. The scheduling was easy and they were prompt and they worked till the end. We just had some issue with whoever they had before.

They were on time and professional upon arrival. Explained to person who met them what they were going to do and then were left to get it done. They cleaned the ceramic floor and every nook and cranny of the office including wiping down the door and window. It was very dirty because we had not had it professionally cleaned in a long while and needed lots of work. They left it better than when we moved in. Every wall was wiped down, every ceiling fan was clean. Wish we had used them earlier. Now we will be using them in our new office.

I work outside of the home, but my husband has an office extension to the house. He said the housekeeper (one was a supervisor) arrived between 8:00 and 8:15 AM (on time). They set right to work. I arrived home after work and was so excited when I entered the house. It was such a relief to walk through the door to a clean house. Everything was done that I had requested and more! My towels were folded and put away, the burner plates on my electric stove were immaculate, and the sheets on the beds were changed. I am thrilled with the results and look forward to spending my weekends doing things that I enjoy! I feel a new sense of freedom, and I am already confirmed for my next cleaning. They did a great job - first, the customer service was excellent. They were willing to work with my schedule and were willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs. They did a great job and had great attention to detail. They cleaned every surface and didn't miss a spot. They got most of the drawers vacuumed and the baseboards, etc. The best part was that the smell was so much better after they came. I will definitely be using them again.

King's Green Cleaning teams are pleasant and thorough. The deep clean was fantastic. They cleaned almost all of the nooks and crannies, and they ensured the missed ones were clean with their first regularly scheduled clean. We have been quite pleased with the team's bi-weekly cleaning. If they miss an area, we leave a note, and they make sure it is clean the next time. They are responsive to special requests, such as ensuring a door is closed so the cat does not get in that room. For a green cleaning service, we do have to remind the team of some preferred green steps, such as not using plastic bags in the bathroom trashcans, and to empty our office recycle bins in the recycle container outside. In arranging for the initial estimate, Amy (the owner) was responsive, meticulous and personable. I have been using her service for over 6 months, and am pleased to report that they consistently do a good job. There's also a coordinator who checks email daily, makign it easy to make changes to the schedule, cancellations, or to send feedback to if needed. Things do get forgotten occasionally (like one of the not-obvious window sills in my house, or a hard-to reach mirror) but if I send an email, it's always fixed the next time out. I also like that the staff is willing to organize as well as clean, so if I leave the baby's toys out, they are not just shoved in a corner but stacked neatly. They're not the cheapest service out there, but they make up for it by being friendly, professional, easy to deal with, and responsive.

Amy King answered promptly and came to give an estimate promptly. She very kindly worked me in before Thanksgiving, came herself with only one other worker, and did a very good job. The next two weeks the cleaning was done by a cleaning crew of 3 young, fast working women who were very courteous. The in charge person had come the first time so she knew what I wanted done and where. She was the only constant person. They use Mrs. Murphy's cleaner on most surfaces. It leaves white sinks stained and is not recommended for wood floors. The mop used was their own and never rinsed until all floors were mopped. Chairs in the kitchen were not moved on the second visit and only moved with my prompting on the third visit. The vacuuming and dusting are very hit or miss. Nothing is moved in the bathroom during mopping. The bathroom and kitchen cleaning are acceptable. The women are asked to do a lot of cleaning in a very short time and that describes the result. They all were observed to work very hard while in my home.

We had used them before and were reasonably satisfied with their service. We asked them to schedule and perform a whole house cleaning in a residence we were selling. They scheduled us but kept changing the date due to employee problems. We eventually had to use someone else. We own a business and know how frustrating this can be, We had a deadline and they were made aware and they still refused to honor it, even after we compromised. .

The company and I had a little trouble connecting. My original phone call was not returned so I finally contacted them through e-mail on the website. My circumstances changed after making the first appointment for a walk through but then changed again so I called to reschedule the appointment. The day I was told and the day they recorded in the computer did not mesh and they missed the appointment. Vanessa contacted me and offered $20. off my deep clean if I went with them for my inconvenience. During the walk through, Vanessa and I discussed what would be covered in the deep clean and then what services I would require if I continued with them for bi-weekly service. My needs are pretty minimal in my opinion because there are only 3 of us in a 2200 sq. foot home. But I knew I needed a thorough deep clean since it had been a very long while since my home had a good dusting and cleaning. Vanessa quoted me a price to include $5. per inside window track and stated it should not cost more than $320 including the windows and $350 at the most. The most availability the company has is on Monday's and that was fine with me. I contacted her the next day for the following Monday. I am thrilled with the look of my house! Every time I turn around there is something else that is now clean that I hadn't noticed before and it makes me giggle. For example, the toaster and coffee pot! They look like they did when I took them out of the box! I am so very impressed with the job and have asked them to return bi-weekly even though the complete price for the deep clean was $50. more than originally quoted. I understand they went into another hour of work, and Vanessa said in e-mail she had stepped in as a last minute substitute but sticking to a quote is really is important in my opinion. There were a couple of things I requested in the original deep clean and Vanessa states it will be taken care of in the next bi-weekly clean. Obviously, I've asked them to continue servicing my home and if these things aren't completed then I will amend my review. The girls did do a great job. It is worth the $130. cost every 2 weeks to have the sheets on the bed changed, bathtubs cleaned, floors vacuumed and everything else that they will do! They will give me peace of mind so I can provide my special education students a teacher less stressed out and I can relax knowing my family is cared for as we all work together.

Windows were pretty rough with lots of overspray (paint). Cleaning was completed on time and the work was done well. The cleaning team secured the property afterward and I couldn't be happier!
