Description of Work: I contacted Jeromy Carter Roofing on 10/11/12 and made an appointment for the following week at my convenience for an estimate. On the day of the appointment Jeromy had a little extra time to immediately repair my leaking roof and on an afternoon with miserable wind conditions he was even cheerful about it. Not only did he fix the leak that had caused obvious damage, but noticed and repaired an area I had missed. We discussed the damage caused by the leak and also other problems on the exterior of the home such as eaves, gutters, soffit & fascia. He was happy to make suggestions as to what I should do and who I could contact. Because he was somewhat late he refused to accept any kind of payment including gas money, which I feel rather guilty about when you take into account our current economy. And considering the Oklahoma weather, his will be the first company I will call the next time I have a roof related problem. Thanks again Jeromy.

Description of Work: I had decided to get one more bid instead of calling back the roofer I thought I would be going with. Jeromy Carter was the call and he came out the same day. He was professional, easy to talk to and knowledgable. He recommended I consider re-decking as well as new shingles. He took me thru the process of why, pointing out all the issues with my existing decking. I thought this was going to be expensive but when I got the bid it was nearly 1500.00 below the nearest bid above it and that one didn't even include a re-decking. When the workers came out they were helpful, respectful, and knowledgable. The roof looks great and they went above and beyond to upgrade several things without changing the price. They also offered to haul debris from another part of the remodel without charging. In other words they were professional, helpful, knowledgable and yes I would recommend them to everyone.

Description of Work: I saw Mr. Carter's company on Angie's list and called him out the first time my roof leaked. He came out and was honest and told me it was due to poor construction so my insurance wouldn't cover it and he only saw one or two hail strikes. He fixed the leak free of charge and asked me to pray for a hail storm to damage my room so my insurance would pay to replace it, but that never happened. We recently had a tree limb break through the roof and he fixed that hole, also free of charge and my husband cut the tree limbs off that were on the roof. I will definitely use him if I need a roof replacement and have already recommended him to people.

Description of Work: Mr. Carter came on time, got on the roof, made made minor repairs and didn't charge me for the repairs. Mr. Carter did not install my roof but, he came the day after I called him and fixed my roof for free.

Description of Work: Only had an estimate. Experience was very good, He was just over priced.

Description of Work: I had no services performed. Upon my initial contact of Mr. Carter, I was very impressed with his promptness and professionalism. He sent an estimator to my house to take measurements of my roof and leave an estimate. Once the insurance adjustor had been here, I contacted Mr. Carter once again to let him know. Another visit was scheduled, nobody ever showed up. Not only did he not show up, I didn't even receive a courtesy phone call. My original impression of Mr. Carter was very good, I was also left feeling very good about his business due to all of the positive reports on Angie's list. However, I consider it very unprofessional to not call a potential client to explain and reschedule when an appointment cannot be met. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
