J Gabriel Cleaning Company

When we originally got ahold of Jasmine, there was a mixup for our initial consultation when she was stuck at a meeting and could not come to our home. The only thing that bothered us about that was that she didn't call beforehand, but when we called her to see if she was coming, she apologized profusely and offered to reschedule promptly. We understood, sometimes you get caught in something without realizing the time, so it wasn't a big deal. That was the only time she was late, so I have given her an A for punctuality and professionalism because everything else went so smoothly. We called and rescheduled the consultation and she showed up promptly that time. She told us what would be included in her services, and when we asked that no chemicals be used in the baby's room, she was very understanding. As clients, we were probably a bit of a pain in the butt, because we needed cleaning services within the next week of when we called because my mother was coming to visit (I am hugely pregnant and can't do all the things I normally can when cleaning). Jasmine was really great about fitting us into the schedule promptly. After our consultation, it was only a few days later that we had our deep clean. The cleaning team arrived promptly on cleaning day and immediately set to work. They were DEDICATED, man! They went to town on the bathrooms, which were very gross to begin with, and they were sparkling when finished. Same thing with the kitchen. Everything in the house was very clean for the most part. I would say that their weakness appeared to be dusting. As some other commenters have stated, it didn't look like anything had been moved to get the most dust in the living room or bedroom, so I wound up having to go back over those myself after they had left. But every other task was done to the highest quality. I have given quality a B because of the dust issue; for the amount we spent, I would have appreciated a better job at the dusting, but I would still use J Gabriel again in the future with the hopes that this is an area we could discuss. All in all, I was very satisfied because they were able to get me in in a timely manner, their services were prompt, and for the most part, my whole house was left very clean. I do think that the prices are a tad high and that the dusting could be improved.

We closed on our home Friday morning. Called J Gabriel Cleaning. She came that evening and gave us an estimate to clean our house to include carpets. We were able to move in Sunday. Her team arrived at 0800 Saturday and worked all day. The house was spotless. Exceptional!!!

From the beginning when Jasmine came to give us an estimate they have been fantastic. Jasmine is so personable and you can tell immediately how much she prides herself in doing a good job. Her staff is very friendly and hard working. I have used other cleaning services before, even at a lower cost. I fully believe that you get what you pay for, because my house has never been cleaner. I could tell an immediate difference when I stepped into my home just by the wonderful smell. I look forward to the continued service from J Gabriel Cleaning.

Jasmine was a real professional explaining what she can provide us in our experience with her cleaning services. She was such a pleasure to visit with, we could not wait until the next day to see how well our home would look. She and her crew did a great job and we are looking forward to the next cleaning.

Her team was thorough and efficient. Arrived at designated time, did everything they promised. When two light fixtures proved out of reach, Jasmine and help came back a second trip with their own ladder to finish the job. We feel quite pleased with the price we paid for the services performed and would recommend.

I THOUGHT 75$ WAS TOO HIGH FOR SUCH A SMALL HOUSE BUT I NEEDED THE HELP AND WANTED TO TRY. THIS LAST TIME SHE STAYED ONLY ABOUT 90 MINUTES,(SHE BROUGHT A RELATIVE) AND WHEN I STARTED LOOKING AROUND AFTER THEY LEFT I FOUND A DIRTY GLASS ON THE CABINET,CRUMBS ON COUNTER TOPS, THE FLOORS UNDER THE BED WERE FULL OF DUST AND DOG HAIR, I STARTED RUNNING A WHITE CLOTH ON THE FLOOR AND REALIZED THEY WERE NOT CLEAN AT ALL. (SHE USES THIS STEAM THING BUT MUST DO IT TOO FAST OR TOO LIGHT). I FOUND WADDED UP PAPER ON MY NIGHT STAND, DIRT ON THE WINDOW SILLS, , AND FRANKLY IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE ANYTHING WAS MOVED FOR CLEANING. SINCE I HAD ALREADY STRAIGHTEN THE LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN, IT REALLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN EASY. I ONLY HAVE TWO BEDROOM ONE BATH, AND THEY ONLY CLEAN THE FLOOR IN ONE BED ROOM NOTHING ELSE, ALSO THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE OFFICE, SO I AM BEING CHARGED 75$ FOR THE FLOORS-MAKING ONE BED=CLEANING ONE VERY SMALL BATHROOM AND FOLDING CLOTHES. I DID ASK FOR SPECIAL ORGANIZING UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK, AND LAUNDRY ROOM CLOSET BUT THEY LEFT ONLY DOING THE KITCHEN CABINET. THEY HAVE BEEN HERE FOUR TIMES AND FRANKLY THE MORE THEY COME THE LESS THEY ARE DOING, EVEN WITH TWO PEOPLE. JASMINE IS VERY SWEET AND POLITE AND ALL BUT I DO NOT FEEL I AM GETTING MY MONEYS WORTH. MY HUSBAND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED, AS THIS WAS A GIFT TO ME AND WILL NOT USE HER AGAIN. Update 8/9/2012: After I submitted this report, the company called me and my husband and chastised us for making this negative report. It was very uncomfortable and I will never use this company again.

Jasmine returned my original phone call promptly and set up a time to come out for consultation. She arrived precisely on time, did a walk-through with me of the house as we discussed the items that I wanted cleaned. She was very friendly, knowledgeble, and business-like. After the walk-through, she discussed scheduling and the price which was very reasonable. We set up a time the following week since I was going to be out of town for a few days. The day before scheduled, she called to verify that the time was still good for me and informed me that she and her sister were both going to come out the following day. However, only her sister showed up the day of cleaning, but was on time and did a good job of all that we had discussed. I have hired them to set up a regular monthly schedule.

It went very well, they did a great job washing walls, cleaning doors, dusting everything. I was very happy with the job they did and the results of the work. It would have taken us all day to clean the whole house!

I called on Friday hoping I would be able to get in as soon as possible. She offered to come over on a Sat. Morning. Attitudes were very pleasing. She must have told me three times,"I just want to make sure your pleased." I've dealt with many cleaning companies in the past 5years(single, business, soccer, mom) and I promise, you won't find this kind of an attitude any where else. She even moved quickly:-))!! Go figure. I highly recommend this company. Normally when a cleaning company leaves my house, I spend all day seeing things they missed. Sat. Afternoon I spent all afternoon catching up on work and enjoying the clean smell, noticing all the detailing she had done. Very impressed.

Decided to give them a try after reading all the good reviews. I am very happy with the work they did. They were very professional and thorough. Everything looks great!

Thoroughly pleased with the Spring Cleaning service J Gabriel Cleaning Company provided. The owner of the company was very friendly, professional, and thorough during the initial consultation. Fortunate for me, she was able to get me on her schedule very quickly... I was very happy when I got home from work that evening. Of the four room cleaned, the bathroom was the most challenging but it was no problem for J Gabriel Cleaning. The whole house smelled wonderful....and even my normally non-observant husband commented on how great the house looked! Thanks Jasmine!

She came out and she did a good job. I use her regularly. It was more expensive than normal but I think she was going to charge me only $ 75 for every 2 weeks after that. Two people came out the other day for deep cleaning. She was pretty professional and polite. She was very nice. I would rate her highly. She is supposed to be here in another week or so.

I am very pleased. They are punctual, friendly, and I have used them twice. I am going to use them again.

From start to finish JGabriel's service was awesome. Jasmine is very personable and punctual. She got me in to the cleaning rotation very quickly. The cleaning service provided was very thorough!

Jasime came out to meet me and look at the job. She then sent me a detailed email describing the services she would be performing for me (I told her just the basic stuff) and the cost. She was very professional and I felt like she was passionate about her company an her work. Despite being quite a bit higher than my last housekeeper (that was at a smaller house) I felt like she would do a great job, and she did. I can't tell you how pleased I am with the service, Ayeasha was wonderful! She worked hard (despite my kids trying to "help") and did a fabulous job! The house looks amazing. She was even so sweet to leave me a handwritten nice note on the kitchen counter. 😊 I wish I could afford for her to come every week!!! Thank you again for a wonderful job!! A+++

I moved to OKC one year ago and didn't know anyone. In searching for someone to clean my 1300 sq ft loft, trust was a priority to the quality of cleaning. I met with Jasmine and was pleasantly surprised at how professional she was and how much she truly was interested in doing a good job and doing what I wanted to be done. Jasmine has a very sweet disposition and one can tell that she is a respectable and trustworthy young woman. Jasmine has been cleaning my place every other week for several months and does a great job. She cleans my place while i'm at work and i never worry about her not being trustworthy. While I never see her, I know she's been there by the smell in the air and often sweet messages left on my fridge. She does a great job and is a bright, personable young woman.

I was thrilled with Jasmine and Ayesha, and the wonderful job they did on our house. I think the best quality they showed was the willingness to do exactly what I wanted. They definitely wanted to do everything in their power to please me, and I loved that! I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to clean their house.

Jasmine is a wonderful person and very professional. I feel very comfortable having her in my mom's house helping with cleaning. They are always on time and very friendly. If my mom likes them then they must be great! I live 500 miles away from OKC and happy I joined Angie's list to find this local cleaning service.

The first time they cleaned for us, they did a really good job. The house smelled and looked clean. Everything was sparkling. The second time, they missed a couple of things, which I addressed with the owner via email, being very specific. The last time, the owner came by herself. It took the same amount of time when she came previously with a second person. I was surprised that she could finish so quickly. After she left, I discovered why. Many of the things they usually cleaned where left undone. For example, the flight of stairs were not vaccumed. The glass shower door in the master bath is usually sparkling and free from water spots. This time, it was smeary and still water spotted. There was still visible hair on the walls and floor of the shower. The kitchen counters still had crumbs on them, apparently had not been wiped down. There was a place on the tile floor in the dining room where something had spilled and they missed cleaning this area on all three visits. The quality diminished on each visit - started out very strong and dwindled. That is why I am not using them anymore. If the quality was consistent, I would still be using them.

I selected this company based on previous positive reviews. I was not disappointed. The company operates in a professional manner .... punctual, polite, and personable. I was very pleased with their cleaning services. I will use them again as I've already booked them for 2 more cleanings while I recover from a hip injury and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Met ownewr of company for estimate. She was right on time. She needed to clean kitchen and appliances (stove was very dirty), bathroom, and clean the carpet with special cleaners since it hasd pet stains and soil. She quoted a price and set up a date to do the actual cleanng. On cleaning day the crew arrived on time. I returned to find a clean house with pet stains and smells gone and all rooms clean. It was move in ready. I will use this company for our next rental property cleanup.

She does an excellent job and I trust her with my home and personal effects. She is very business-like; always arrives on time, gets right to work and works non-stop till she is finished. She does a very good job and I would highly recommend her to anyone
