Hard working, they keep going until the work is done and don't act like they are on the clock, I have never failed to have anyone show up, even in really bad weather,

I used them weekly for 2.5 years. They would send some good people sometimes; others so-so; others terrible. I started to complain. They scratched the master bathroom mirror after I asked them to clean it. They said I did it. Ditto for the shower door. They did not clean under the bathroom cabinets. I pointed it out to them and cleaned it myself. We steam cleaned the biggest floors ourselves once a week because they did a terrible job!!!! The blinds were awful. They were sneaky and did as little as possible. They stayed longer when we were here than when we were gone. The house cameras filmed them coming and going. One of them put her cleaning bucket on my antique dining room table. After I started pointing out what was not done or not done correctly or not done at all they cancelled their service, which I was going to do anyway. When two people came, they were here about two hours. My husband and I do our own cleaning now. It takes each of us about 3-4 hours a week (it's a big house).

Well. Engaged them to come once per month.

Used this service for several months. Expected everything to be kept clean. Aeysha was sweet and trustworthy. Just not detail oriented. Too much skipped over too many times. The tresles on tables, the spindles on chairs, under furniture that sits off the floor, ceiling fans, I could see lots of dust. I pointed out dusty furniture, I was told they only do "surface clean". "Detail clean" would cost more ($115) and only after a "deep clean" which also cost more ($325). I had been very specific about what I needed when I first arranged for service. No one said anything about different levels of clean. I would have gladly chosen Detail Clean. Now I can't justify paying more $ when I can't be sure what I will get. Very disappointed. I thought clean was just clean.

Excellent work, very professional, reasonable price. We couldn't be more pleased. The owner and the workers all take great pride in their work. They are reliable and well worth the money.

Great! Jasmine & Marcy are wonderful! Marcy has been cleaning for me regularly about 4 months. Her work is efficient & excellent. I've never found anything that she has missed. Jasmine is a great representative of the company. She did my quote and was so nice & respectful. Not only were they the lowest quote I got, but gave me the best impression. I liked them so much I referred them to my mother & she's very happy with them.

disappointed, could hardly tell that it had anyone cleaning.. left windows dirty,never touched blinds, just overall disappointed.

NeNe has been cleaning my house for almost a year now and I could not be happier with her work. She is always friendly and professional and does an outstanding job cleaning. She never has a problem with specific ways that I like things cleaned and with specific supplies. I always look forward to her coming not just because she will do a great job cleaning but also because she has become a friend as well.

Most of the cleaning that was done was done well, The appliances look great, as do the floors and granite counter tops. One issue that arose was the breaking of a set of collectible ceramics. Not terribly valuable but impossible to replace. Was sent check that didn't quite cover the cost of the items, but decided to let it go. However, we were told that we would receive a call from the owner so that we could give feedback. Had we received that call, two things would have been mentioned. First, the off white hassock was not vacuumed. We have a black cat and that is one of her favorite places to lounge. Second, some items were moved and the space under them cleaned, but the items were not dusted. This was mostly a good job and under the circumstances their willingness to take on the task is appreciated. This was the second time we hired this company and we will probably use them again.

Love, Love, Love these people! I've used them for over 2 years and Ayeasha does a fantastic job, as well as Jasmine. It's so refreshing to come home after they've cleaned. Ayeasha feels like a part of my family. Always very accommodating if my schedule needs to change. Never disappointed in their services. Y

At first, fantastic. Loved coming home after they cleaned. 3 months in, a poor job. I texted to tell Ayeasha (who does a fantastic job of prompt, polite responses). The next month, great job again. it seemed after a couple months, job was ok but not superior; not bad enough to complain about. BUT JUNE was awful. The first thing was our TV would suddenly stop working and ask us to activate an ap we never used and didn't even know we had. Took a while to get that figured out and had to reset all passwords for blue tooth, Netflix, etc. Every pw was gone. Mess w/electronics and my husband is done w/you entering our house unsupervised. Our kitchen floor also had not been washed with oily substance left by the fridge. I texted Ayeasha and told her we wouldn't be using them again and why. My mistake was not thoroughly checking my house and then have someone from the company come over to see. It ended up I discovered the master bathroom floor was not washed, pieces of bedroom furniture not dusted, granite was grimey. We have been robbed once, and I felt exactly the same way. Someone was in our house 4 hours, and I had no idea what she was doing. My check had not been cashed, and I asked that they not cash it. They would not do that, but said they would come clean again for free. Unfortunately, we don't want anything more to do with the company, and I had already cleaned for guests after paying $120. Suggestion, once the service starts declining, inspect your house and have someone come out to see it. They will probably try to make it right. They have good employees, and they have bad. You can't be sure which you will get.

I have used J Gabriel for 2 1/2 years. They do a great job and have been easy for me to work with. I work part-time and have small children, so they have been very helpful working around my work schedule and kids' naps. I have only a had a few times that I felt the floor could have been cleaned a little better. Overall, I have been pleased with their service!

I hired this company to do a total home clean after reading reviews online. Jasmine who came out to my house for the estimate was friendly and worked with my schedule. I had two people Ayeasha and Dante who did my home clean. They addressed all the areas I was concerned about and took care of anything I saw on the walk through. They were efficient. I have since then hired them to come to my house every other week for a clean. Its really nice to come home to clean house, it always smells nice. Everyone is friendly and pleasant. They respond to any concerns you have. They're really trustworthy. You don't have to worry if you need to head out to work or to the store. They'll lock up when they're done. They even do thoughtful things like straighten the pillows and blankets, make the bed and empty the dishwasher. Overall I'm very pleased with my services.

I had used this service for four months and was hoping to continue. The service was not A+ but thought I could work with them. The last appointment I was given 1:00 and they showed up at 12:00. I was not home so received a phone call they were waiting. I was definitely told 1:00 as 12:00 would not have worked for me. We rushed home to let them in and was met with an angry person. I told her I was definitely told 1:00. She grabbed her things and rushed into the house. I did not have a good feeling at all. It was the worst 'cleaning' ever! The wood floors had tennis shoe tracks all over them from walking on them wet. There was no cleaning of glass door going into the office. The dusting was 'around' things and the master bath was not dusted or cleaned at all. No window sills were dusted either. We have black marbled granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was not clean and the bathrooms were only swiped across leaving spots and smears. The kitchen floor was just swiped across and streaked leaving a mess! I texted Jasmine and cancelled our service. A week later I texted her to say I would discuss the last cleaning if she would like. Never heard from her. One problem I had was you never knew who would show up to clean. The two I had in Dec. did a great job and I would have loved to have used them continually. The last two were terrible and were here a little over an hour. You could tell it too.

Jasmine was very efficient and professional. Her company did an excellent job with my brother in laws home. She gave me an itemized list of what all would be cleaned as well as a list of pricing depending on the frequency of the cleanings. They also provide laundry services at a reasonable rate which is wonderful! We will be using her as a regular cleaning company from now on.

We had recently moved to South Texas and were driving back and forth every weekend to get our house ready. It was very tiring. We had another company give us an estimate of almost $1000 to clean our wood floors. So when I spoke to Jasmine the first time and she really put me at ease that they could get the floors looking great and do other things as well for a great price, I was shocked. You can really tell that she loves what she does and her team is the same way. I requested pictures to be sent to me and they had no problem doing that. Also, I needed it cleaned asap, I spoke with her on Monday and it was cleaned on Wednesday. Thank you so much for your service!

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Jasmine and her whole team! My house was spotless when they were done and smelled amazing! They are friendly and have responded quickly to requests and needs even during the busy holiday season! I highly recommend them. I will continue using them on a biweekly basis!

Everything went great and as scheduled. Ayeasha assessed my cleaning needs and did not try to up sell me as previous services had. Also all communication as been returned promptly I'm very happy at this point and would recommend.

Usually two people come out but this time it was just Aisha. She cleaned the whole house in under two hours. She dusted the blinds and cleaned all the floors in each room. She's delightful and she is wonderful with my grandchildren.

My home had been neglected by us for quite some time. Jasmines crew came in full force and did an amazing job. They were kind and polite and efficient. I will be using this company on a regular basis from now on.
