I called numerous times before she called me back to make an appointment. After she finally called me and made an appointment for her to come and give me an estimate. She never showed up or even called me. As of today she has never called about not showing up. VERY unprofessional. Would not use her if she was free, because she probably would not show up anyway.

I had to schedule a time for the owner to come look at my home and give me a quote first and then schedule another time for someone to come out and clean. They arrived within 15 minutes of scheduled time. They are very friendly and trustworthy. I was not that impressed with the end results though. I could have cleaned the house better myself and saved my money. The very basics were cleaned but things like dusting the window sills were not done which I was told would be done. The house didn't smell as clean and fresh as it does when I clean. They have reasonable rates and they followed up with me to ask how I liked the service. After I told them I expected a little more out of the experience I was never contacted back or offered someone to come correct the missed items to be cleaned. I can be very particular about cleaning but nothing out of the normal housekeeping experience. Overall I was underwhelmed.

I sent her an email and waited a few days, with no response. I called her and she told me that she had been busy. She told me that she would come out this past Thursday to give me an estimate. She called me Thursday night and said that she wasn't able to come. She asked if she could come Saturday to look, they called to say they were running late and they would be here by 5. I called around 8 that night and said that I would like an explanation about what happened. No one has called me back since then. I did let her know when I spoke with her that Thursday evening that if she wasn't going to be able to come out on Monday to clean, then I would reach out to another cleaning company. She assured me that she would be able to come clean on Monday.

I am a very detailed picky person and J Gabriel went above and beyond my expectations. I love them so much that I have hired them to clean my house monthly.

I've never had anyone clean my house before, but overall I was impressed. SHe was a little late but called me ahead of time to inform me of that. She was very professional and great and worked room by room. She asked to use my vacuum and for a quick tour of my house before starting. It took a little over 3 hours as my place was never cleaned professionally before.

After an initial email conversation, Jasmine met me at my house to get a look at things and give me an estimate. She was prompt and on time. She shared her background with me, the details on who works for the company, and how she runs her business. All details that made me trust her and her staff. She did a quick walk through on my home, and then within 12 hours she sent me an official estimate for the initial cleaning and the price for a bi-weekly cleaning. I scheduled my first cleaning two days later, and everything was done to my asking and more. The staff at J Gabriel has an eye for details, and they cleaned my house from top to bottom. It's really lifted a burden off my shoulders, and I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Called Jasmine to get an estimate. She got back to me promptly and made appointment for an on site estimate. She arrived on time, was very friendly, professional and organized. I received my detailed estimate via email and scheduled the clean. On day of cleaning, they arrived on time and got down to it immediately. My husband was home at the time and they did not mind this but worked around him with no problem. I arrived home to a sparkling clean home that smelled great. Am very pleased with the job and have arranged to have them clean my home on a regular basis. If you hire J Gabriel to clean your home you will not be disappointed!

Everything went great. First she came to my house to see what it was I wanted done. She explained to me that she doesn't charge for the size of the house but charges by what it is I wanted cleaned and done. After my first visit, she gave me my estimate via email of how much for a deep cleaning, and how much for a bi-weekly cleaning and a monthly cleaning just as I requested. I emailed her back to tell her that I wanted to get started. She emailed me back with somedays and times she was available. I chose the earliest appointment available. She told me the time frame she would arrive in the email, and on the day of my deep cleaning she called me 30 minutes before she arrived to let me know she was on her way. I was not there when she arrived so I estimated that she arrived around the time that she stated she would. While on the phone I told her my house was very dirty. She was very kind and assured me that everything would be ok. While they were cleaning I texted her a message telling her that I would have to come home early. I came home to see that they were downstairs very busy working. My family and I went upstairs to stay out of their way. This was my choice. They were not bothered that my family came home early at all. When I was assured they were finshed, I came downstairs, I noticed my house was smelled fresh and looked clean. The only thing I noticed that wasn't done was some of the cobwebs and dust were in the kitchen and they didn't dust in one of the bedrooms. I honestly think that they missed those areas because we came home early and they were trying to speed up for my family's convienence. I have a large family!!

I called Jasmine to get an estimate on what she would charge to clean my home. After she did a walk through, she told me it usually runs aroung $90 for a monthly cleaning but she would email me with the price the following day. When I got the email the price was $155 dollars for a monthly cleaning. I was really surprised since I had called based on the review I had read on Angie's list that she had charged someone with the same size house $95 for the first cleaning and then $85 after that for a once a month cleaning. All I was asking for was for them to thoughly dust everything, clean the bathrooms and kitchen, vacuuming and mopping the floors. Just the basic cleaning one would do at any time. No extras. I thought this was a totally unreasonable price. I have since found someone that has 25 years experience. The initial first time charge is going to be $125 and then $90 a month after that.

I am almost hesitant to write a review because I don't want the secret to get out! They are simply the best and worth every penny. Jasmine may not be the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for.

The owner, Jasmine Gabriel was a very friendly, personable and professional young woman. She returned my initial phone call promptly, showed up for the estimate appointment on time, and did a good job of explaining all the work they would do, and convinced me that after they were done, my house would be ready to be shown for sale the next day. She confirmed they would do all of the work outlined above, and gave me a price quote of $325.00, and we agreed on the day the work would be done later that week. First, they arrived for the cleaning around 6-7 pm, several hours later than expected, but she assured me cleaning on a Friday evening was no problem and the crew would stay until it was done. The next morning, I asked my daughter to go by and check the house (as I live out of town) and verify it was ready to be shown by the realtor. To my huge dismay, my daughter immediately started taking photos with her phone, showing that the kitchen baseboards were still grimy, closets and floors were not cleaned and had not been vacuumed, the inside glass doors were still dirty and had not been cleaned, the front of the kitchen cabinets were still dirty, the drawers in the bathrooms still had lint and hair in them (hadn't been wiped out), etc. The house was clearly not properly cleaned as promised and certainly NOT ready to be shown for sale. I immediately forwarded the electronic photos to Jasmine that Saturday morning. To her credit, she responded to me promplty, made arrangments to get the key and go check out the house. She called me to apologize that when she had left the house earlier Friday evening her crew was to have finished the job as promised, but obviously that had not happened. She personally stayed that day, Saturday, to finish cleaning the house, staying over 4 hours and sending me photos by phone of the cleaned areas that had been missed by her crew. Overall, this was not a great experience for me, and I expect was not a good experience for Jasmine either. I would have been in a real bind if I had showing appointments lined up on Saturday (fortunately I didn't) as the house clearly was not cleaned for showing. I would have rated this experience an "F" IF Jasmine had not been so prompt in working to remedy the situation. Because of her responsiveness and working to fix the situation, I am rating my overall experience with a "C". I feel that $325.00 was a fairly expensive price for this job, and it certainly did not go as expected. I few days later, I personally drove to the house to inspect it after the second cleaning, and while it was adequate, I STILL found cobwebs in window frames, the kitchen cabinets still had food residue on them so I cleaned these items myself. Perhaps some of these problems were because it was a 'one time' job, and if someone hired J Gabriel Cleaning on a regular, recurring basis the outcome would be different. I really liked Jasmine, and feel she takes personal pride in the business, but clearly she needs to arrange for better supervision of her cleaning staff for quality control of the finished product.

Overall it went well, they cleaned the interior of 2500 sq /ft home. Puntuality was B instead of A due to last minute confusion on arrival time of cleaners, confusion was cleared up and they started within 30 minutes of coordinated time. Quality would have been A, except for a couple of ceiling fans were missed and a couple of kitchen drawers had not been cleaned. I would hire J Gabriel again.

J Gabriel is well organized, very thorough in determining what the customer wants done. They have been prompt and consistent, showing up at the appointment time.They are prepared with their tools and supplies, get right to work and are thorough in their work.They pay attention to details, i.e. shower door tracks, mirrors, pictures, etc.They are reasonably priced for the quality of work they do.

They are very good. Their customer service was great as far as getting back with me and accommodating my needs.

I talked to the owner about 5 days before I needed the apartment cleaned. We agreed on a time on a Saturday morning. She gave me an estimate. The owner and her helper arrived on time. I told her what I wanted done. I had just moved out of the apartment and I wanted it to be clean and look good before I left. I have had health issues so I couldn't clean it my self. The two ladies did an excellent job. There was one handicapped bathroom where the floor was very dirty and had pieces of a rug stuck to the floor. It looked really bad. They were able to clean the floor by scraping the pieces of the rug. I felt that they went above and beyond in getting everything clean. When I went in to check it out, it looked great and smelled great too. I would highly recommend this service.

Jasmine and her mother arrived on time and got started right away. They were professional and thorough, cleaning all the rooms including the ceiling fans and sanitizing the bathrooms. They even washed the back and front doors. I have asked her to come back every two weeks! She gave me $20 off of the price for my continuous business. She is great and affordable!!!

I usually clean my own house but I have used her services. Her name is Jasmine Gabriel. She was here when she was supposed to be. I liked her lot. She was just very sweet. She did what I asked her to do.

From the first response to my email of inquiry to my first meeting, I was impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of J Gabriel. When she came to my house for a consultation, she was so nice and had such a great attitude, I couldn't wait to hire her. Although she did promise a crew would come out on the first cleaning, only one person came out to clean, but my husband said she stayed busy the entire time, and when I got home, I was impressed with everything that was done. The actual amount she charged me was lower than the quote Jasmine had given me at the consultation.25 I eagerly requested they return every 2 weeks to keep up the great work.

They were great. Their prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend them in the future.
