She was quick to return my call. She was very prompt for our meeting. She did a great job in house. Her customer service was excellent. She showed up on time. She returned my call unlike some of the other ones I left messages for and they never returned my call. She worked me into her schedule quickly. I am planning to use her again.

The lady is young and very nice. Personally I liked her a lot. I was in a timeframe and she got me in on time. She did an okay job. But I think she was hurried, she hurried it. She came here after a day's work somewhere else. I had to clean out several things that she had missed after she left. Her job was kind of her place and not my thing. There were quite a few misses. The girl's name is Jasmine and she runs it. There were lot of positives about her but she certainly could have done magic by cleaning better. I have less than 1400 square feet and I didn't have her do one bedroom. I felt like for that price it should have been thoroughly cleaned. There were positives and negatives. I can't say that I wouldn't call her again. But for the amount of money, the amount of time she took with the house and the end result I wouldn't use her services again.

Returned my call promptly. Arrived for consultation on time and professionally dressed. I felt comfortable with her right away. They arrived when scheduled, did a thorough job and followed up after the work was completed and asked if she could do anything else. Who could ask for more? I would recommend them.

Jasmine arrived on time and got right to work. She did everything she had proposed to do and I was very pleased with the work. I have never had my house professionally cleaned so I had no idea what to expect. I am very excited to have found Jasmine and I will be using her about once a month to do a deep cleaning on my house.

Everything was done as requested and done well. One plus is that Jasmine is open to any requests /suggestions/changes - she wants to accommodate her client. I found her very trustworthy and highly recommend her to anyone.

I love coming home on Mondays from work now (that's my cleaning day). I come home and the house smells good and I know all the dog and cat hair is going to be gone (I have three indoor animals). I have enjoyed her personality and professionalism very much. I intend to continue using her service into the foreseeable future.

We moved to OKC in summer 2010, and were referred to J Gabriel Cleaning by a family member. Being new in town, trust was important and J Gabriel Cleaning had been their house cleaner for years. She showed up on time at the apartment and performed a walk thru, asking what we needed done and what was expected of her. She was professional and thorough.The next day she quoted us an estimate, and agreed on a schedule for us. Since June of 2010, she has never failed us. We also have used her as a house sitter and pet sitter. She has always been flexible with scheduling and has alway let us know if she would be unable to come at the normal time. There is no other person or service we would consider using. She is comfortable around our pets and always does her job.And you cant beat the price, personal attention and the results.We have used 3 cleaning services in each city we lived in, and J Gabriel Cleaning is the one and only we will use.

She arrived exactly right on time on cleaning day and started cleaning right away. She did everything I asked and left everything sparkling. I have alot of dust here so her work is cut out for her. General housecleaning. Dusting, cleaning tubs, showers, sinks, toilets, etc. Wiped down counters, stove, refrigerator, etc. Cleaned tile with my Hoover bare floor cleaner, vacuumed carpets, cleaned baseboards and dusty carpet next to the baseboards. Cleaned ceiling fans and light fixtures. Wiped down wood cabinets and unloaded the dishwasher for me. Cleaned and organized underneath the kitchen sink for me. She did so much, I hope I'm not forgetting something. She did a great job and I am very happy with her services. Things had gotten out of hand for me since being in school and now with my busy work schedule and I really needed someone to get my house back in order. Now I actually feel good about my house and guests can stop by anytime!

J Gabriel Cleaning Company is amazing. Not only is this young woman conscientious, but she is impeccably professional for one so young. She arrived for our consultation dressed like she was attending a very important business meeting. She was clear and direct in giving her estimate and opinion about cleaning my house. She listened very carefully to what I wanted from her and when she arrived the next Thursday to clean, she out performed all my expectations. My ceiling fans haven't been this clean since they came out of the box, and my home, which is prone to dust since it is older, absolutely sparkles. She told me at the interview that she loved cleaning and now, I am a believer. This young woman is way beyond her years in business sense, customer service, and professionalism, plus she is a delight to be around. Very impressive and worth every penny. And, oh yeah, the house smelled like a spa when she left.

We where very pleased overall, we have had other companies clean our home in the past, and sometimes we didn't feel like we were getting a thorough cleaning. But we found this service to be the best we have had so far, our house looked great and had a fresh scent after they were done. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
